I love The Space Between and I've been attending hot yoga classes almost since the day they opened. It's such a cosy and serene environment that even the most challenging classes are a pleasure to attend. From the moment you step in, you feel welcomed and in a happy place with friendly staff, amazing teachers and the cheerful and playful ALFIE, definitely another perk of The Space Between. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this place to anyone. 🥰🥰

I have gone to several practices here now and this space is by far the best yoga I have done in Dublin. Each class I’ve had a different teacher and all have brought me something different and challenging in their own ways. Everyone who works here is incredibly kind and accommodating, they bring so much ease to you even before you begin your practice. I highly recommend to anyone interested in yoga or looking to begin. It is a very special place.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting a yoga studio that truly exceeded all my expectations. The moment I stepped into the elegant and modern space, I was captivated by its state-of-the-art design. The ambiance was both calming and invigorating, creating the perfect environment for a yoga practice. The studio's greatest asset, however, was its exceptional team of instructors. Their expertise and passion for yoga shone through in every class, making each session a transformative experience. The hot yoga classes, in particular, were nothing short of fantastic. The carefully curated sequences combined with the warmth of the studio elevated my practice to new heights. Overall, this yoga studio is a gem that seamlessly blends sophistication, innovation, and a commitment to holistic well-being. If you're seeking a place to nurture your mind, body, and spirit, look no further.

Great yoga studio, the space is beautiful and very cozy- tried the hot yoga and yoga flow classes, both very well taught and relaxing. There are showers and a tea room for relaxing after classes. Really good option in Dublin City centre!

Absolutely the only proper yoga studio in central Dublin and totally one of the best I’ve been to in Europe!! After being so many years a loyal member at Yogahub, I came here with a intro offer and now I’m totally in love with The Space Between. There’s no need to comment on the interior design, which is elegant and functional. I simply found the details such warm gestures, such as hairband available in the changing room, branded shampoo and body wash, two headed shower that works amazing, free yoga mats, and the iced little towels after each hot yoga class! The best thing is that you will never find this place cramped! There is space for my practice and enough space in the changing room, having a space is quite essential to me personally! 🥰I am really grateful that such yoga studio like The Space Between exists in the center of Dublin!

What's not to love about this serene studio right in the centre of the city? First off, the smell when you walk in the door is instantly transports you to somewhere special. Small details such as the complimentary tea, tropical plants and eucalyptus towels after class make this place extraordinary. Shout out too to the wonderful teachers and staff who are brilliant too.

I went to visit this gallery for the first time today (30-07-2022). I thought I never saw any galleries like that before in my entire life. The exhibitions are absolutely amazing! There is a nice chap who works in this gallery and his name is Colm.

The heated lunchtime express yoga class on Thursday is really enjoyable. The heated yoga room is calming due to the minimalistic decor and dark tone. These elements really help you focus. The tuition is great, perfect teaching points at the perfect moments. The reception area and non heated yoga room are bright, minimalistic, neutrally toned and filled with light and vibrant green plants. The reception is a lovely space with mellow music playing. This yoga studio is one of the most beautiful I've visited. Thank you for a great experience

The most gorgeous yoga studio, beautiful room with artwork and super variety of classes. The hot yoga classes are brilliant, dynamic and challenging with the most stunning view to a garden behind. Would recommend !

I had the privilege of taking a hot Flow class at this studio on 9/18/2023. I'd like to start by complimenting the beauty and serenity of this studio. I was met by a kind manager that gave me a brief tour of the facility. I am from the US and was visiting Dublin. The 6:05 pm class was taught by a substitute named Oksana, and when I say this class was exactly what I needed, it was exactly what I needed. This was a slower paced flow style class that built up to expressing a pinnacle pose. The cool down was also remarkable by offering cold hand towels. Please keep Oksana on the schedule regularly, her teaching and practice was very soothing. Thank you, The Space Between, this was a highlight of my trip. 😌

This is easily the best yoga studio I’ve come across in Dublin. The teachers are knowledgeable, and the classes aren’t just tailored to beginners either, there’s a variety of styles of classes: hot, vinyasa, hatha, yin, restorative. There’s lot of locker space and the changing rooms have showers, a hairdryer, straighteners and hair bands. Things that just make sense but you don’t see elsewhere here. Relatively limited on street parking in the area.

Finally got to a class in this beautiful place at lunchtime today. What a wonderful welcoming person Eczter is and she went to endless trouble to help me, a technophobe! My new favourite place , if you haven't already, try it. You will not be disappointed.

I am enjoying this place, loved all the classes. However I can’t hide the disappointment following the Warm Ying and Yang with Sofia yesterday. She was not attentive to anyone , she did not provide assistance or indicating the options to certain movements. I think I got a little injury due to this. She was clearly seeing that I was struggling and that an additional block would have helped and she did not help me, but did help the person behind me. When I got to the class I sat on the last mat available and she did ask me to move, very impolitely. Her vibes were essentially off the whole session. Used “half svastica ” as a word to indicate a movement and started talking about the moon and the effect on our body without ANY scientific backup. Ultimately before the class was finished she left. Overall I was disappointed by this class but I am giving a 4 stars as I like the rest of the staff and the positive vibes people have here.

I practiced Yoga with Anna, a truly wonderful teacher. She takes the time to explain each movement and always gives alternatives so you don’t get stuck in doing things you are not build for yet. Hopefully she will be back soon at the Space between 🤞

Gym
😠 I've been a member for more than 1 year after pandemics. It is not worth its price. Extremely expensive. Equipment is dusty and old. Working hours are meaningless. Literally the worst gym in Dublin for me. I won't be back there.
