I have just completed the Certificate of Competence in Educational Testing (CCET) with Eirim. The course was excellent, both Kate & Rebecca are extremely knowledgable in this field and facilitated professional delivery over the 3 day course. The support provided during and post course was superb, both were always on hand to answer any questions. I would highly recommend Eirim to all teachers.

I completed an Eirim’s course in 2020: Certificate in Testing Competence (3-full day in-person course in Dublin) and I wish to sincerely commend the company on this fantastic course. Kate and Rebecca are an amazing team and consummate professionals. Their course is well structured, informative and incredibly challenging. The resources provided were excellent and there was a wonderful collegial and supportive atmosphere throughout. It was a small group for the three days, so we were given a huge amount of attention. It is not an easy course. You will be put through your paces and the team will thoroughly assess your abilities on completion. But this just reassured me and I regard this as a testament to the standard of this course. It most certainly has prepared me to take on my role as learning support coordinator with much more confidence. This course should be a prerequisite for any professional engaging in the assessment of students educational needs. If you are reading this and you are a teacher or professional working in the education sector and particularly within the SET model, this is a course you should do. I think this course represents fantastic valve for money, considering the content covered, the high standard of competence achieved and the fact that it is a British Psychological Society accredited course. I subsequently completed the online RACE course, this was also excellent. Well done again to all the team. I look forward to completing more courses in the future.

The Eirim CCET & AAT were the best 5 days training I've ever been on. The presenters Rebecca and Kate were fantastic and had me engaged from start to finish. There is a lot of material to get through and some difficult issues to get to grips with but they explained it all so well you came away feeling competent to go away and use the knowledge and skills learnt on the course. Rebecca and Kate are excellent presenters for this course with detailed information presented at a pace that everyone could follow. They also provided loads of resources that we could use in our daily practice. We had exposure to a variety of attainment and ability tests and were given great examples of how to write reports. This is an excellent course for SENDCos to accurately test and monitor student learning and needs and to implement accommodations in the classroom for student's to access their learning and tests and exams. It will also enable them to present their results to teachers and parents with confidence.
