I have been a patient of Dr Barnes for 40 + years and I have received the same high level care and treatment with concern for my dental health at all times. The staff is always kind. Helpful and caring. I recommend him and his staff to anyone who wants the best Dental Care in Birmingham.

I had a pleasant (?) experience today if anyone can have a pleasant experience at the dentist😂 However, Brittany did an excellent job in subbing for Gina. She was professional, experienced, and courteous. Dr. Smith is always a pleasure. He is wonderful! I’d never go anywhere else for dental care.

This was my first time at this office and I was very pleased. It is a nice office with plenty of parking. I I went inside and checked in with the friendly receptionist and set down to wait a few minutes for my appointment. The smiling dental technician called my name and took X Rays and cleaned my teeth and I was out within an hour. Dr Barnes came in and checked my teeth and said every thing looked good. I will be going back for my next check up because of the very friendly and smiling office staff and Dentist.

Changing dental providers after a move is not taken lightly. My experience was excellent. The warm welcome, thorough cleaning (best in years!), and consultation with the dentist confirmed that Mountain Brook Dental Care is right choice for me.

Love this practice! Our family has been seeing Dr. Barnes for almost 20 years. Would love to see the return of the reminder postcards. Forgot to book and missed a cleaning.

I consider this dental practice to be the best I have ever experienced as an adult. Dr. Barnes is terrific. He clearly cares about his patients and is available 24/7 for emergencies. Jeff always addresses patients by their first name -- he knows everyone! His dental technicians are excellent.

Just switched to this practice and everything was so easy, efficient, and fast! Everyone was so nice and attentive. Love that they open so early- was able to arrive at 6:45 am for paperwork and I was finished in less than an hr.

Did not seem too concerned about the crown thar came off 30.dentalnassistant did not know if it was a crown or a filling.would have felt better if maggie leeds would have at least tried to glue the crown back on.
