    Ohhh yeah definitely a good location. Service was fast and accurate. Donuts absolitely suck but the drinks are outstanding. They need to drop the donuts and focus on coffee drinks exclusively.

    Promised myself I wouldn't be back as soon as Starbucks opened. Gave in and picked up a large signature caramel latte. They must be out of espresso today. I never expected the cinnamon sugar topping before, so no expectations today. $6 for just milk & syrup. A refund takes an act of congress going through email for weeks as the store won't refund mobile orders. Go ahead and just close this location.

    Stop selling milk without tea and letting ppl think it's tea. I told them the first time and they said they were out of the tea, like they thought it was okay to sell me milk with vanilla syrup instead without telling me. Yesterday they gave me the wrong food. Today more milk. Rediculous. Last week another girl got vanilla instead of French vanilla and she called them on it too. They said they're out of it and substituted like they thought she couldn't tell the difference. Today was the last time for me. Its disrespectful and a waste of time and money. Heading to Starbucks literally a few blocks over.

    Placed an order through the app this past Sunday, September 10, 2023. Picked it up at the drive-thru, brought it home and discovered that three of the items we ordered and paid for were missing. Started calling on Sunday and each time of the 15 times I tried to call, I got a busy signal. Today is Tuesday and I’m still getting a busy signal. Very disappointed ☹️

    When it first opened it was fantastic,but the last few times I’ve been to this location it was not good at all. I’ve had the iced coffee that tasted bitter and now we went through the drive through today for hot coffee and breakfast (maple bacon croissant & sausage egg croissant with 2 orders of hash browns) didn’t appear to have many customers inside and there was only 1 car in front of us in the drive thru. Hash browns were pasty like either they weren’t cooked all the way or that they had been cooked and then tossed back in the microwave to make warm again. Both sandwiches were not good either to the point of throwing them out and going to get food from somewhere else. The hot coffee was very bitter. Tasted like it was some office coffee that had sat on a the heat plate and cooked and burnt all day. After multiple trips here and being more disappointed each time, I think I’m really going to have to think hard on if I want to spend my money at this location. The last few was like I could have just thrown my money directly in the garbage since that’s where the products ultimately ended up. I really hope they can get together and do better.

    It’s one thing to be out of stock out of items, but when I ask what other allergen safe products do you have (so no one gets sent to the hospital) and the cashier says “I don’t know anything. I can’t help you” in such a demeaning tone, is a whole different story. There are FIVE people in the window for some ungodly reason and not one knew their menu items to help me. It’s time to look at your A team vs C team members who actually need to be working the morning rush or not. Not to mention the app glitched and I was double charged, app crashes when you press the give feedback button, the phone line is cut off, and a virtual robot feels it’s acceptable to send points (that I’ll never use bc I can promise I’ll never come back) for nearly $20 worth of coffees I never received. Thankfully Starbucks is finally opened down the road and seems like they have staff who cares about keeping a job.

    I order 2 chicken biscuits w/ hash browns and and ice spice drink($17). I had no top biscuits bun the biscuits taste doughy and wasn’t done.On top of that my hash browns was burnt and greasy. The coffee was as good I recommend the drinks/coffee ONLY!

    Constantly getting my orders wrong (I’m a vegetarian and they always mess it up by putting meat when I never get meat). I’ve had multiple doordash orders (not their fault) and It’s aggravating. They never acknowledge me or anyone who’s in there either.
