Double hamburgers like Heaven,meat km 0, friendly waitresses ,top cocktails. The American owner is a gentleman -Italy and USA in one place🔝. Nice music soundtrack too. American high standard style decor. We ordered duble hamburger and they put in bill normal one, we found it really nice-thank you:) Good job guys!

Finally, I found a good burger in Florence! The service was fast and attentive! The burger was good and tasty ! The fries are delicious too. Definitely recommend. I think I will pass by again to check if they have a classic cheese burger.

our experience here was…very strange. we really needed a break from pasta and saw all the amazing reviews, so we went the other night, excited to check it out. We were the only ones there, the waitress seemed to be afraid of us (or maybe was new to serving and nervous about that), there was no bartender that night so we couldn’t have any drink besides house wine, and a lot of the sides weren’t available “because it was the weekend”. (Literally word for word what she said???) Overall it felt like we were in the twilight zone but at least the food was pretty decent. burgers were actually good (although the “bacon” is actually prosciutto) and the fries hit. Maybe we just went on a really weird off night but still.. just weird.

Great place for a burger!! We stopped by on the tail end of our honeymoon and were craving a burger; we saw this burger place and decided to give it a shot. First, Alex (the owner) was EXTREMELY kind and hospitable; treated us like family and gave excellent recommendations. I got the cloud burger and my wife got the classic burger and both were AMAZING! The meat quality at this place might have been the best I’ve ever had at a burger joint. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! Great food, great experience, great drinks, couldn’t ask for more!

Pretty good if you’re looking for a break from Italian food! Fries were fresh and tasty and the burger was good, too. Could’ve been cooked a little longer, but overall not bad. This place is rated as one of the top 5 burger places in all of Italy… I wasn’t blown away, and it wouldn’t be considered anything incredible in the US, but again it was the perfect break from Italian.

I'd been craving a good burger all week and I saw all the great reviews for Cloud 59 so I thought I'd check it out for myself. I actually messaged the Instagram page to check about their timings with the new regulations and they replied. It's now open from 12:30-4:30 pm. The food was delicious and the owner was just as nice and friendly and helpful as everyone said he is. I had the truffle burger and it was sooooo good! I usually don't manage to finish an entire burger but I ate the whole thing and also had fries. I was there with three friends, one of them American, and all of them enjoyed the meal. I've tried burgers at two other places in Florence but this one is my favourite and I'll definitely be back for more! ☺️

I read the reviews before going and thought is it really that good? Well .. it is. Best burger I have ever tried so far, and surprisingly it is in Florence. If you are looking for a switch from the Italian food, it’s definitely worth it.

We loved this place. Needing a break from Pasta and Pizza and happened upon this place. How often do we wish our burger we order would just look like the picture they show on a commercial or menu? Well Alex (the owner and great guy we discovered) has a picture of a very enticing, mouthwatering burger in the window of his restaurant. Our hamburger came and it looked every bit as enticing and mouthwatering as that picture in the window, and even better....it tasted out of this world delicious!!!! We couldn't have been happier with our choice in restaurants for lunch today. Alex even put on some Denver Bronco highlights from Monday nights game for us. Very welcoming, wonderful place. Can't say enough good things about this awesome hamburger joint. Give it a try you won't regret it!!!! Whoa..... I forgot a very important piece her; very reasonable prices

You’re an idiot if you want a burger and don’t come here. We arrived in Florence and after a long day of travel and sight seeing we found Cloud 59. Walking in you come across a clean, trendy restaurant that has some of the coolest photos (some signed) of both a theme of New York and Italy combined. The owner came and served us both with drinks and food. The Cloud 59 burger was INCREDIBLE. I don’t boast I know a lot about burgers but this burger was easily the best I’ve had. Seasoning on the bun, burger perfectly cooked and super fresh toppings; get the cloud 59 sauce-worth it! The only thing that would rival the burger’s quality was the fries. Seasoning and crispiness, I would come here for these alone. Lastly the service was awesome. Personable and friendly. Seriously, 10/10.

If you come to Florence you cannot miss this place! I had the lemon pepper chicken and it was so moist and flavored perfectly! I have never had fries as perfectly seasoned. My husband had a truffle burger. Highly highly recommend all the food!! We met the owner, Alex, and he is the most humble man and gave us a gracious italian hospitality! Definitely add this place to your Florence to do list!!

We were craving cheeseburgers after having been eating Italian for awhile and this place was FANTASTIC. They have a wide variety of burger options and a great list of cocktails- definitely something for everybody. The burger I had was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had! I highly recommend Cloud 59!

Out of desperation for something other than pizza and pasta- We showed up a bit before 9, seeing their hours posted they were open until 12 a.m. I tried to order wings, but the server quickly said they weren't serving them, just burgers. Tried to order some onion rings instead of fries, NOPE. After almost an hour wait, the food shows up. Surprise, surprise. Not good. Shoulda went to Burger King(mind you, I haven't been to a Burger King in 25 years). Ugh.

Small place, GREAT food! We went late, the place across the street was closing, a happy mistake 🙂 One of us had Wild West burger, the other the Texan burger. Fries were hot, thin and nicely seasoned (salt and pepper). Onion rings are good too, not greasy. Overall for our first dinner out in Florence it did not disappoint.

For our third night in Italy, we were looking for something different than pizza and pasta, so we decided to go for burgers. I ordered the Crazy Cowboy burger and it was honestly one of the best burgers I've ever had...and I've eaten a LOT of burgers! The fries were definitely the best fries I've ever had! So crispy and expertly seasoned!!! We were treated incredibly well by the owner, Alex, who was very friendly and personable. We left feeling very appreciated. For anyone looking for a great burger in Florence, you have to check this place out!

Went here on a whim during vacation, and it's the best burger in town! The service was also amazing. The owner came over and was super friendly and welcoming - 11/10! I ended going back twice during my stay!

I am very picky with my food and I could genuinely tell you that this burger place is amazing! Officially declare it Florence is best burger joint. Don't waste your time and money! I don't know were to start... the place have only a few people seating outside, my family was the only table inside. We order our drinks and took like 15 minutes to get a hot beer. After 45 minutes the first burger arrived... after 10 the other and 5 minutes later my father in law got his burger .When all my family was already done eating they decide to bring me my burger. When I told them to cancel my order the owners came out and give us stupid excuse and blame the waitress saying she was new. No flavor or seasoning in the meat...overall awful experience.

We were two Americans on vacation who wanted a break from pizza and pasta. This place really hit the spot. We got two different burgers, the classic and the bacon supreme. Both were excellent, cooked medium, great amount of toppings, good quality meat, toasty bun and good fries. We also got the onion rings which were a different style than I’m used to and tasty tasty. Friendly staff! This place gets two thumbs up from hamburger loving Americans.

Tired of pizza and pasta? This is the best spot! Not only do they have amazing burgers, they have salads, chicken, bowls etc. i got the honey chicken and it was great! the drinks are also great! Quick easy delicious food! Would definitely recommend coming here. Nothing else late at night was opened when we arrived, but the owner was awesome and opened the kitchen for us. Get the limoncello (from Venice!).
