Leider gab es kaum Vegetarierische Alternativen in den Restaurants,sodass wir für 40 € p.P das Buffet gebucht haben. Auch hier gab es KEINE! Warme Alternativen. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und hat uns ein paar Nudeln mit Pesto gekocht. Allerdings für insgesamt 80 Euro war das ein Witz. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, die Badezimmer eher klein . Die ganze Einrichtung inkl. Hotel ist eher altmodisch und etwas abgenutzt Fussläufig zum eigenen Strand, ab 3 Reihe sind die Liegen und Schirme umsonst. Reihe 1&2 kosten extra. Die Liegen sind alles war nahe und gequetscht am Strand, empfand ihr eher als unangenehm. Das Personal ist durchwachsen freundlich, zeitweise wurden wir nicht begrüßt. Frühstück ist ok, viel Auswahl. Hotel ist sehr Familienfreundlich, für ein kinderloses Paar eher langweiliges Programm. Preis Leistung stimmen hier nicht überein, viel zu teuer für die Leistung. Ich würde das Hotel nicht nochmal buchen.

Overall, I give this hotel a 4 out of 5 rating. The staff provided excellent service, and the outdoor areas were well-maintained. The food was tasty, although a bit on the expensive side. The presence of two large pools and the convenience of a nearby "private" beach were a plus. However, the rooms felt outdated, with the bedroom and bathroom in need of an update. There weren't enough outlets for electronic devices, and the shower was small. It's also worth noting that noise from adjacent rooms could be heard at times. On the positive side, the hotel offered ample parking space with free electric vehicle charging. Despite the room-related drawbacks, this hotel is recommended for its great staff, well-kept outdoor areas, and enjoyable amenities.

The hotel is absolutely spectacular. The rooms and surrounding areas are clean, the food is delicious and healthy. Outside pool is heated off season which was a huge plus! Everything is so pretty and aesthetic. They have a nice playground for kids and a beach. My kids wanna go back! Everyone who works there are so nice and welcoming. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Excellent resort hotel, located in a large, private park area. We stayed there for 10 days, two adults and one 7-year-old. The park grounds are beautiful and offer lots of space for hanging out, and the indoor areas are inviting and comfortable, including the lobby bar and lounge. Features two pool areas, one for families and an adult-only area. The family areas is sometimes incorrectly labeled as a "children's pool area" in descriptions, but its worth know that there are two pools in this area, one shallow (0-50 cm or so) kiddie pool, and one 20 meter long pool, deep (170 cm) in each end and a shallow area in the middle. We didn't use the adult-only area, but it features a pool, a jacuzzi and a small gym. Breakfast is abundant, with lots of great choices, and excellent service. Guests are allotted a regular table for their entire stay. Fresh-pressed juices are available. The breakfast restaurant also features a dinner buffet, but we found this not very inspiring and overpriced. The other restaurant option, Ganace, by the pool area, is a much better choice, serving a good lunch selection, and a great dinner menu. The hotel is also by a beach, where it has a private section with sun chairs. There's a lunch/snack restaurant by the beach, where you'll also find showers. The area, Marina di Bibbona, is pretty touristy and not particularly charming. It does feature a few good restaurant options if you choose to not eat at the hotel. There's plenty of parking, and easy access to and from the area for when you want to drive out and explore the area. The hotel can help with excursions, including boat trips, horse back riding, and wine tours. The local wine area, Bolgheri, is a young area (officially recognized in the 1990s) that makes wines on French, rather than Italian, grape, making for flavorful, robust, and somewhat pricey, wines that has a lot of potential for aging. A winery visit is definitely recommended. Go on a winery tour arranged by the hotel, or simply find one of the many wineries and go there independently for a smaller tasting. The hotel also features a spa, but we didn't use that. Service on the hotel is amazing. Staff is friendly and helpful, making for a truly welcoming experience.

Great place. Incredibly friendly staff. Food is wonderful and the buffet is amazing . Easy parking space, two great pools (of which one heated in April already), private beach, spa, etc. Highly recommendable.

Great Stay! my mother and I had a lovely long weekend and enjoyed everything about this stay from the long walks on the beach, the bike rides in the natural reserve, the spa time and delicious food. not to mention how amazing the staff is!

the hotel offer all services you need if you want to relax (beautiful park - swimming pool - bar - restaurants - beach - spa - massages) - outside you can find some other restaurants but nothing else of interests

A superb place for family. Rooms are excellent so is the staff and facilities. Restaurants are particularly amazing with a great variety of food and drinks. The outside village is also beautiful and hang out.

Das Personal ist dort hervorragend! Alle sind super nett. Die Anlage ist sehr schön, unweit vom Strand. Es gibt viele Bäume, was sehr angenehm ist. Es gibt zwei Pools und eines davon ist perfekt, wenn man richtig schwimmen möchte. Das Essen am Buffet war gut. Viel Auswahl und frische Produkte. Unser Zimmer war in Torre alta. Es war sehr klein. Perfekt für eine Person, aber sehr klein für zwei. Das Badezimmer war sehr alt. Das Zimmer entsprach dem Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis nicht.

Wir waren sehr begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt hier und können das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen. Für uns war die tolle Aussicht, die Nähe zum Strand und gleichzeitig zum Stadtzentrum besonders wichtig. Alles ist fussläufig erreichbar. Man kann das Auto vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag stehen lassen :-) Zwei Pools direkt am Hotel laden zum relaxen ein - einer für alle und ein Pool nur für Erwachsene. (Er wird täglich gereinigt) Die Liegen am Strand sind ab Reihe 3 für alle Hotelgäste gratis. Wer in der ersten oder zweiten Reihe liegen möchte zahlt einen akzeptablen Aufpreis :-) Jeden Tag konnte man ein frisches Handtuch an der Rezeption für den Strand bekommen. Toll ist auch, dass es direkt am Strand eine Bar gibt, an der man fast alles bekommt und es direkt aufs Zimmer schreiben lassen kann - man muss also kein Bargeld für Espresso, Cocktail, Eis, ... zum Strand mitnehmen. Dort hat es auch Duschen und WC`s, die mehrfach täglich gereinigt werden. Die gesamte Anlage ist insgesamt sehr gepflegt - Wiesen gemäht, Weg zum Strand in 1A Zustand, Büsche geschnitten, Wege von Laub befreit. 2x am Tag kam das Personal und hat nach dem Zimmer gesehen. Das Personal kann insgesamt sehr gelobt werden. Vom Check-In, über die Begleitung des Portiers ins Zimmer (der uns alles ausführlich erklärt hat), über den Restaurantservice, die Zimmerreinigung, die Bademeister am Strand und am Pool und all das andere Personal, das in der Anlage unterwegs war - alle waren sehr herzlich, freundlich und zuvorkommend!!! Wirklich ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt - wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren anfangs Mai für eine Woche im Hotel mit Halbpension im Ombra della Serra. Es hatte sehr wenig Gäste im Restaurant. Das Essen war mittelmässig und krass überteuert. Es entsprach nicht entfernt einem 4* Standard. Im 2016 waren wir letztmals im Hotel. Da hat noch alles gepasst. Preise und Qualität. Jetzt haben wir für dieselben Leistungen mehr als das Doppelte bezahlt. Marinetta buchen nur noch mit Frühstück. Die Lage mit Strand und Park sind sehr schön. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich aber das Management sieht nur noch den Profit. Schade.

Es war ein super Erlebniss. Das Hotel ist sauber und gepflegt. Auch das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Einfach perfekt wenn man entspannen will.

We had a pleasant stay and the staff is very helpful and kind, there is plenty of garden space with different swimming pools and the location is perfect, with clean sea and close to some amazing vineyards. However I feel it is a little overpriced (especially the in house restaurants) - although free parking and free use of the beach is a big plus in Tuscany. Kids playground could be improved or expanded. The buildings and interiors definitely need a revamp. Some staff was very inexperienced and at times it was frustrating to get some simple requests done, but the overall service was satisfying.
