Das Hotel hat alleine 5 Sterne verdient wegen der super herzlichen Begrüßung. Wir waren sprachlos wie herzlich wir begrüßt wurden. Er hat uns sofort Empfehlungen gegeben für die Sehenswürdigkeiten hier vor Ort und Restaurant Empfehlungen. Das hotel ist super gepflegt und sauber. **English Review** Hotel I Due Cigni, has been one of the best stays we have had in this area. We have found all of the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful even with our very limited Italian language knowledge they have gone above an beyond to accommodate us. Our hosts Niccoló and Matteo run the hotel to a very high standard and are always available to help no matter what you need. We found our room to be very clean and well appointed. They also have electric car charging facilities which made charging our vehicle very easy as there are not many charging stations in this area. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back again soon. Thank you Hotel I Due Cigni.

This is a good hotel in a small town for a one night stay to see montepulciano. It is only 10 minutes away, with parking right in front ( street side). Modern, Very good AC, early check in, friendly staff, nice continental breakfast. Gears to families as well, very good value ( budget travellers)

Never met someone kind and welcoming as Niccolò! He suggested us the best restaurants and sightseeing spots around, never had such warm welcoming!! We had an amazing stay and will come back for sure, definitely recommend it.

If you are planning to travel around Montepulciano & Sienna & other small cities in this region.. You should stay here! You'll be very pleased with the owner's service. This is such a welcoming place and my family was super happy to stay here :)

Super Hotel mit erstklassigen Service. Ganz klare Empfehlung. Man merkt das die Betreiber mit Herz & Seele dabei sind. Für eAuto Fahrer gibt es eine Ladestation.

My son and I stayed her for a couple of nights in September, 2021 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners were wonderful. Especially loved the boundless energy of Niccolo. He had great advice on places to visit during our stay and always greeted me with a personal Mister Sandsmarka at breakfast and during out stay. Would definitely stay again and such a beautiful area near Montepulciano and the heart of Tuscany.
