We went on a tour of the Hub and fell in love with the space they showed to us. When moving my daughter in it wasn’t anything like what they showed us. Her room was like a dungeon and it wasn’t updated like the apartment they show to everyone. So, we asked for her to be moved and they wouldn’t let us see the apartment first but they said it would be closer to the one they showed us. WRONG!!!! They moved my daughter from a dungeon to complete filth. I am horrified by how dirty this apartment is. A film of grease and grime on literally every part of it. The floors are filthy and the air vent was so full and black. After asking around to some of the residents the hub apparently has a reputation of lying about EVERYTHING! We went from so excited to get my daughter into this cool space we saw to overwhelmed and sad and spending a fortune on cleaning supplies. Instead of a fun experience I’m having to spend my time cleaning this disgusting apartment. The management should be embarrassed. I’m embarrassed for them. Do your research and ask many questions. It’s not what they show you. I’ll show some pics but they don’t do it justice. Way worse in person.

The Hub is a great place to live! I have lived here for one year now and decided to renew my lease because no other apartment can beat the location and amenities of The Hub. The building has a great workout space, a pool, terrace, and multiple study areas. The staff is also very helpful and always friendly! There are always able to answer any questions that I have.

I love living at The Hub! It has a great location, right by the quad & Green St. Plus, the bus station is very close by! I think the lobby is a great space to chat with friends or study in the booths! The package system is also really convenient since they put everything in package lockers. Maintenance is usually really quick with fixing problems as well. The gym is kept tidy & has plenty of machines and equipment. The views from your apartment are really pretty as well. Overall, I really like living at The Hub & have renewed my lease for another year!

I love living at the Hub! The location is right by my classes and lots of restaurants and stores, the amenities are amazing (I really love the rooftop pool), and I love the modern and sleek style of my apartment and the building. It is also really nice that the office puts together different events and activities for the residents!

I have lived at the Hub for 2 years and I definitely recommend it! The staff is very helpful and quick to resolve any issues. The maintenance staff is very friendly and our requests have never gone more than a day without being resolved! The amenities are great and nothing beats the pool here. Overall, I have loved my experience living at the Hub!

Living at the Hub the last two years has been amazing. The location is amazing and in the center of everything! The amenities are so convenient and well kept. The gym has all the equipment you could ever want and is always so clean. The people here and the community is also amazing. It is a great place to meet new people. The pool is so nice and the terrace is an amazing place to hang out or get some work done on. The maintenance team is also so nice and helpful. They complete requests so quickly and are always willing to help out. I think the building does an amazing job of having different activities, events, and giveaways which keeps the days interesting! The apartments are beautiful and I love living here. Having people at the front desk is so convenient too and they are all so knowledgable and helpful. It is also super safe here which is something I value a lot. The doors are locked at night and the security is great. I would recommend the Hub to anyone!

Nice place for sure, great amenities and location. Just know going into the contract that you will get exorbitant final bills for 'cleaning and paint'. This amounts to extortion. They provide no proof of the apartment being in disrepair, or the paint damaged. No photos. They rely on the contract you agree to. Making this an extremely expensive place to live.

The Hub is great place for student housing because of the amenities, proximity to campus, and staff’s communication skills. The apartment itself was really easy to move into thanks to the organized process it ended up being. Maintenance issues were fixed fairly promptly which was not the case in my previous resident housing. I really like the resident events because they always supersede my expectations.
