Friendly staff; regular coffee is so flavorful there's no need for sugar! Lots of room to work. I thank Jesus for this place

My husband and I were so happy to stumble upon this new coffee shop downtown while home for the holidays. We were thrilled with our coffees. I had a honey lavender latte and he had a caramel latte. The flavors were incredible and very high quality. We took our coffees and panini down to the lake. The panini was made with all fresh ingredients and was absolutely delicious! We wish roasted cafe all the best of luck and thank you for opening such a great business in our little town of Cadillac. Great to see local businesses succeed and bring people in to enjoy and support the locals and the atmosphere our little town has to offer 😊

Love their vibe and dig their weekly specials! Can't wait for the beer, wine, and cocktails! If you get the chance the cranberry chicken wrap is awesome!

Great start up non franchise coffee shop. The foods always stellar, coffee drinks too. Only place around here you can get a lox bagel, which is great. The avocado toast is flavorful, ceasar salad is delicious and the dressing is house made. You can taste the love in what they make.

Unfortunately I’m not able to give a sixth star here or I would. Hands-down best coffee shop I’ve been to in a long time and many miles of travel. The espresso was the best I’ve had since traveling across Europe. I’m not a fan of pumpkin spice latte’s from chain coffee shops, but the pumpkin pie latte was on a whole ‘nother level here. Wow. And finding a coffee shop that offers a lox bagel was quite the treat. Great, courteous service by Josh and the other gentleman there (didn’t catch his name). Nice, clean, spacious environment and appreciate the WiFi! Definitely will stop here again on my next travels thru Cadillac.

Today was my first time at Roasted. I ordered the avocado toast and a Chai tea latte. They were both excellent! I will definitely return.

This peaceful nook is perfectly located in Mitchell in heart of downtown and an easy walk from Baker student housing and Plaza. Plus food is so delicious quality in house chefs!

Excellent atmosphere. Awesome selection of food and cocktails. Very reasonable prices. Will definitely be a regular hangout from now on!

First time trying this place, and my boyfriend and I loved it! Their food is delicious(sadly, I didn't get any pics), and so is everything else!

Honestly, it's gotta be the best place around. I frequently work from coffee shops as I need to get out of my house to focus on what I'm doing. It's about an hour drive for me but it's worth every minute; there is enough space between tables to not feel overwhelmed, the food and drinks are incredible every time and Josh and Taylor are incredibly helpful and always pleasant to talk to. If you're looking for a place to enjoy some brew with friends or you're trying to spend a couple hours finishing a project, look no further as Roasted is without a doubt the place to go.

Roasted Cafe is a "hidden gem" kind of spot. I travel a lot for work and am very glad to discover this coffee shop during a trip to Cadillac. Food is well constructed and interesting, coffee is superb, and tables are positioned well spaced out for ease of movement and conversation. I visited twice, had the chorizo wrap and the avocado toast and both times a coffee with add shot. Also observed staff working hard and ensuring cleanliness. Plent of parking within walking distance too.

My husband and I were in this quaint little coffee shop on July 15, 2023. We both had the loaded burrito, as we were there for breakfast. The bees knee was a delicious cocktail as well. Highly recommend this spot to sit and relax and enjoy some food and drinks.

Our first time here, won't be our last. I had the grilled chicken panini with garlic aioli and the best iced latte i have ever had. Very smooth and no bitterness at all. Lovely old building with exposed brick walls.

Stopped in after a long weekend of camping, and the macchiato was a perfect shot to start the trip back home. French toast was amazing with the homemade whipped cream, and the team here seems like great people with a passion for their cafe!
