I have had great experience tonight with the employee at the pharmacy counter. I was picking up a prescription for my partner, and she made me want to pick up every prescription from her for the rest of my life! Excellent customer service, and I will come to this Walgreens as long as she is here, I wish I had gotten her name. She is a beautiful girl, Brown eyes, a gorgeous smile and a lovely set of braids through her hair. Give this girl a raise. She’s awesome!!! I visited August 2, 2023 around 8:50pm. Whoever she is, she is great, and like I said raise, cause she’s someone you want to keep!!!!!

I typically don't go to Walgreens, but since I've been at college Walgreens has been my go to. I started losing hope since I kept facing issues with having my specific medication brands in stock, but what truly brought my hope back was the delightful experience I had with pharmacy tech, Hannah. Throughout my many exchanges with Hannah, she never fails to let me leave with the biggest smile on my face. Her warmth radiates onto every customer she comes across, and she truly deserves the world (and a raise).

I wonder why I review Walgreens since they are all basically the same, but the difference is typically in the service which is really important. This was a nice little store that I stopped at on my way to a local rink. The staff were nice and helpful, but all things considered people need to learn the correct way of wearing a mask and still no paper towels I can't wrap my head around stocking up on that oh well.

Why so much plastic for so little pills? Why are we not using something more sustainable by now? It's not like we don't know there is an issue. This is a FULL rX. There is no reason that 1] we can't find better - more sustainable - packaging, or 2] need THIS big a bottle for this few pills.

On multiple occasions now the staff in the pharmacy has been rude, and unhelpful. We've had to change/update the same information with them on multiple visits.

Janelle and Emily went out of their way to assist me with filling a prescription. By reaching out to other Walgreens in order to help.

Every time I try to call and speak to someone in the pharmacy, I have to wait upwards of 30 minutes just to get through!! Even during weekday hours.

I recently moved here from Whitehall where I used that store for most of my shopping and they were great pharmacy and store employees. This Walgreens on the other hand I have had nothing but issues with the pharmacy refilling scripts, and definitely don't care for the night manager, she is quite cranky with her employees and with customers. Definitely doesn't need to be a manager! Very disappointed with this store!
