My issue is with the pharmacy the lady called so I went and she said good afternoon and so did I, I guess she didn’t hear me. But she starts complaining on why I didn’t say it back and how I was looking somewhere else. Like lady you need to relax, I explained to her that I have a bad ear infection so I can’t hear that well and she keeps going off how why I didn’t say it back to her, like ummm just give me my medication. I’m not sure if she doesn’t like working there but she needs to fix her attitude. Her name was Irma.

This location need better employees! Even management is rude and useless! Honor your prices and accept when you are wrong instead of accusing the customers of being ignorant! I was charged over 10 dollars for a mistake from the store! That would have not been a problem if the cashier explained the misunderstanding instead of insisting I was lying. Do better!

Needed assistance to retrieve an item placed behind locked glass doors. I pressed the assistance button twice. Later asked an associate for assistance. She stated she would have someone assist. I waited 25 minutes and no one ever came . That's unacceptable when there's 7 associated in the sales floor. 11/10/23 5:25pm

Walked in right now to return an item I bought last night. Maria the cashier older lady curly blonde hair was extremely rude and unprofessional. She assumed i had used up 30 days worth of supplements in less than 24 hours! She gave me such a hard time. I will never return here.

I called the Pharmacy.The Pharmacist "Ron" answered he is the most rude person I have ever spoke to.CVS pharmacy needs to screen there employees better before hiring. Really bad customer service.His voice was like he wanted to punch me.His manager needs to open an investigation and write him up.

The fact that this CVS is open 24 hours is very convenient! Parking lot is big so there’s never an issue with looking for parking.

First time sharing a review specifically for the pharmacy. The only reason I'm doing this now despite being a long time customer because I got a really rude service over the phone. This space doesn't allow for long review so I'm just going to say the folks who answer the calls for pharmacy are extremely rude, they act like they are being bothered when they answer the phone and very abrupt. I understand being busy but rude customer service is bad for business.

They implemented an unnecessary policy. They aren't not letting costumers inside with a school backpack. Despite is not even part of the cvs company policy.
