Great place to pickup. Was in and out in about 1:15mins. Easy peasy. Park in staging area and check in at door 12b. They give you dock door #, once the green light head back and they’ll have your paperwork ready asap. Quick and easy. Yes overnight parking. No gate or guardshack whatsoever

Very bad experience with Frank who checks in the drivers. this man is a bummer foul mouthed and pushy please be aware of this man at Door 12B. His language is very offensive. I think he has some problem of professionalism with his work or he no longer cares or his bosses speak badly to him and he does the same with others or it may be a racial attack that he used with me. but it's not professional at all. a lot of lack of education and he shows no desire to do his job. verbally aggressive.

I can't belive that they have railroad at front of the company.And when trail come here nobody can't park on dock.So no pick up and no delivery when train is here belive or not.I lost 3 hours and 30 min here.Avoid this place.

I’ve been waiting for a door 2 hours i was Here on time for my pick up and told i have 2 wait because there’s no doors available but constantly seeing other driver get a door that come in the staging area way after me…. This will definitely be my last time here

Clear check in instruction for drivers. Clean washrooms inside building. Overnight parking available. Do not come too early for your appointment. They have 50-60 docks but use only a couple to load trucks. Once at dock average loading time is 45 mins.

For paper roll you don’t have to go inside to check in Go pass their office and make left before rail cross its uphill and u will start seeing docks on ur left with no ,6,5,4,3 on right not first small door but second door 3a to check in by call got door no 5 to unload they have plenty of overnight parking

Easy to follow instructions. Was in and out relatively quick. They have a scale on site but I didn't use it and so I can't say how accurate it is or if you are even allowed to use it. They loaded me kinda heavy so make sure you scale as quickly as possible. Big dirt staging lot. I'd come back.

The customer was easy to communicate with and being a driver new to that facility the directions very helpful didn't take long to get loaded there at all
