Stopped by to checkout some books. They didn’t have what I was looking for but they had a few other titles that caught my eye. Only bummer is that you can get every book noticeably cheaper on Amazon. Overall it was a very nice store.

Nice variety of manga and children's books. The employees are very helpful; When you can find someone that is available.

Great customer service, wonderful collections of many books! Every category you can think of they have. Offers sales, toy section, digital tablet section, music, and Starbucks inside the store. Best gift to give, is always a Barnes and Noble gift card.

This place was busy. There’s one young girl working the register. There’s a woman with rainbow hair who seems to be the manager wandering around behind the counter doing nothing. 2 other wandering workers came out 15 minutes later. Nobody is making the drinks 🤦 25minutes waiting, coffee was gross. P.S. they were all touching their hair and faces while working.

They didn't have the book I was looking for, but found many others. Great place to hang out.

Tim was especially nice and helpful today. They allow me to do curbside pickups as I disabled. The employees here are great. Thanks again.

Great 2 story book store! Friendly staff. I recommend the book "A Happy Life for Busy People "

They have books here. Not as many as they used to though, corporate greed has pushed other junk onto the shelves and it is now harder to find the older (more than a year or two old) books that you might be looking for. The staff are still really helpful and it is still easy to order what you are looking for but it is definitely harder to find something that isn't in the top 10 most popular things. Still cool but not as cool as they used to be.

The woman working behind the register in the children's section helped me find the perfect book for my daughter to occupy herself with after having surgery. She asked a few questions about my kiddo, and then knew the exact book series she would enjoy! Her pick was spot on. It was called The Tree of Life Series. I got her book 1 and she's begging me for more of the books! We couldn't be happier.

Always a pleasure to wander through the 2nd floor here, the book selection isn't as vast as some others I've visited, but it's still worthwhile. They do occasionally have interesting things set up like they did today (April2023), a table with "mystery books" so you could pick up something that you might not have read otherwise! I'm looking forward to seeing how mine turns out!

Passed through to use the bathroom without the kids freaking out over the auto flush in every other mall toilet. It's hilarious how they've placed every Bible and religious book right next to the toilet. Along with the romance and fantasy novels. Toilets 👍

I like supporting brick and mortar bookstores when I can. This location is a really nice place to browse and hang out since they have a Starbucks inside.

One of the best Barnes and Nobles I've been in. Its two stories, has a Starbucks, and plenty of sitting areas to browse through books. The kids section is prefect little get away spot for kids to sit and enjoy new books.

Being here several times although it has been a while since my last time. This time I was looking for Spanish literature for kids, unfortunately the selection was pretty poor, and almost everything about politics favoring only one of our parties. Nonetheless I got pretty good deals in the 3 dollars section and learned a bit of cool places to go around Wisconsin.

So glad Barnes & Nobles are sticking around! Bookstores are a dying breed. This is a great location with multiple levels & a nice little cafe. Great selection of toys & boardgames here too! Our kids didn't want to leave!

Some of their prices are way out of line, but overall it's a nice place to look. They do occasionally have some sales and clearance items that put things in the realm of the reasonable. Hope they will maintain long-term.

This location is huge! It's two stories tall with a Starbucks inside! I love coming here with my sisters. If nothing else, I will make the drive to this mall specifically for this B&N location

Ok i just need to say one thing for this place. If you need books absolutely just come here. They also do have tons of stuff like board games, strategy games, stuffed animals, this is just a brilliant store. All of the employees are really kind and helpful, if you're looking for anything specific, and honestly I just love this place. I couldn't recommend coming here any more.

The reason for the lower rating is the Starbucks. I absolutely love this Barnes & Noble! It’s huge and it has nearly everything you’d want! I don’t think I’ve ever been here without someone in my group finding something! However… the Starbucks inside is an absolute disgrace of a Starbucks which is why I had to give this place three stars. If there’s a separate place to review the Starbucks, I’d rather review it personally. The cashier I had was extremely rude. I could tell she was fairly new based on her asking questions but that’s not an excuse to have an attitude. I ordered a Pineapple Passionfruit. My drink did not look appetizing at all. When I got it, my boyfriend looked at it and said “is that scrambled eggs?” It looked horrifying. I never threw a drink away after a couple sips but I couldn’t drink that without wondering what was put in my drink. Then my Oreo brownie was a tiny sliver. I’m pretty convinced as I looked at the display case that the cashier sliced my brownie in half because the brownie I got versus the display case didn’t match.

Barnes and Noble in Mayfair mall has much of what you expect from a big box mall bookstore. Plenty of selection for the avid reader. The coffeeshop is a nice place to meet someone or take a break from the rigors of malldom. Great to have 2 floors of books, and, to my mind, better to buy from a retailer who has a physical presence. Staff has always been helpful.

I have been to this Barnes and Noble location multiple times now, since it's so close to work. I gotta say that every single worker has been very helpful especially the woman who worked in the children's lit section. She came over to me in the corner without any other reason than to tell me that she's available to help with any questions, should a need arise. What a lovely go-getter attitude coupled with warm hospitality! I was SO impressed.

More and more the bookstores seem to be disappearing but I still love to drop into B&N every now and then to browse the shelves. It's nice to see so many young people hanging out in the stacks. I love to find something unusual at a good price so I usually check out the discounts books and the sales. I always find really colorful cookbooks and good stuff to sit around reading in the Wisconsin cold winters. If you're a member, you'll get discounts in the coffee shop and on books so come, stay a little while, browse, and take home a good winter project or two!

Entered Mayfair through this barnes and noble and I was glad I did! It's pretty fricken big, very clean and well kept, easy to move around in, two stories and has a pleasant atmosphere to it. Inventory is wide and varied and reasonably priced all around as well. Service was good, nothing more, nothing less! No problems, like most barnes and nobles, it's a great bookstore! Pictures are of the store inside and out!
