The doctor was rude and didn’t explain the procedure or exams done. I had to look over the paperwork and called with questions. He was very short with answers. My pet has been scared of the vet since.

Two star for the friendly staff and the clean place, but pricey and most of the time i have to wait for the veterinarian to see my dog 30 minutes or more , but they don't wait 5 minutes for you.

Worst customer service. My dog had a medical emergency she’s on the banfield plan. My dog is bleeding blood I was advised to take her to the emergency room instead of them seeing her. This was during business hours. When I asked what’s the purpose of the banfield plan-she said I was being rude and hung up on me. Stay away!

This place is awesome and I always feel comfortable with leaving my pets here.

I have a diagnosed (from here) diabetic dog. Cam to get a refill on her insulin and i was denied. They have to recheck her now and i have no medication now for my pet. Never coming here again! I cant afford these "rechecks" i just need insulin for my pet. horrible customer service.

Banfield Pet Hospital is a very friendly and clean place to take your pets, this place is pricy, though that is what you get with a chain. They are very nice and knowledgeable. For a regular check up and shots, this would be a trusted place to take your pet.

Front desk girls are very friendly and helpful. I hate not being able to personally talk directly with the vets due to Covid restrictions. They have been very helpful in caring for my little girl, Bailey, a Bichon Frise.

The staff is very knowledgeable and love animals. I feel like my pet is a celebrity when ever he is brought in.

I like that they are open on Saturdays, very friendly veterinary staff, always greet you with hello, plus the veterinarian doesn't rush the visit, answers all your questions

Unfortunately my kitty was in kidney failure and I decided to let him go. Both the doctor and staff were kind and respectful. I was able to hold my boy before and hold his head as he passed.

Never again. The people that work at this banfield do NOT like animals. The women I dropped my cat off with was the absolute worse. I told her my cat does not like dogs and is nervous being at the vet to begin with. The same women I told this too proceeded to take my cat back with two other dogs on leash. They shaved 3 of my cats paws and told me it was because they “Couldn’t get blood”, although there was no evidence they tried taking blood from 2 of her front paws. I’ve been to banfields all over the county and I will be sure to never visit this location again.

Our appointment was at 7 am (when they open) and they didn't get their til about 20 mins after that. We thought we would get our pet back after an hour or so but it took them til 3 in the afternoon to give us a call saying our pets ready. I'm trusting that the vasectomy they did on our cat is fine, but it left a concerning color on where they did the surgery.
