Dr. Long well on his game, knowledgeable, no two patients the same and each patients treatment and struggles are different and with understanding he there if any change, he's got it, there with positivity to move forward. Tho MS not curable, he once said, he will do and does what he can to keep every MS patient as comfortable as possible on there MS path, as comfortable as much as he can. I highly recommend Dr long to anyone, he's positive, knowledgeable and much more. There and with a plan even when changes do come he don't miss a beat in his step, he is there with plan.

Dr Long is very aware how every MS patient is different, with different health problems & needs, and he is very attentive to the patient. Every detail is important to help him manage each patient's care in the special way that is best for that patient. I have had MS for over 27 years and many neurologists, some ok and some very good. Dr Long is definitely one of the VERY GOOD ones!

Jason does a fantastic job as an expert physical therapist. The work he was able to do with me made immediate improvements with a plan for long-term physical wellness. I would recommend him to anyone.

Jenna helped me with my lower back pain with the proper stretches and dry needling which is also helping with my flexibility. Jenna is very professional and very good at understanding what exactly the problem areas you are having with and what treatments will help.

He is a great doctor. He asks you important questions about symptoms you have and determines the best way of dealing with them. I am very happy to have him for my doctor.

Professional staff that doesn?t give up but keeps looking for answers. They take time when you see them and reply quickly to messages sent. In fact I just referred my daughter here

I've received better care with Dr Parnell than any other Neurologist before! She's friendly and very knowledgeable!

Don’t believe all the ratings. The neurologist will still teach you a lesson for knowing what condition you have before HE does… Be prepared to have your time wasted for 3 to 4 visits if you’re coming here for the first time with A, already diagnosed condition. My, BAD, experience wasn’t even at the neuroscience group center with the doctor. My bad experience arose, AFTER, I first saw the doctor, and received a referral for braces. Everything seem to have been fine during/after the appointment. The doctor and I both seemed to agree, and understand each other at that time… THEN, when I go to the next doctor, that THEY (neuroscience group) referred me too. The limb and brace specialist, REFUSED, to see me for my visit due to the lack of information on my referral, FROM THE NEUROLOGIST at this location. So if you like paying doctors for their time, and the doctors in return wasting yours, this is the right neurologist for you to be seeing!

I go to Physical Therapy for my neck & back per Dr. Johnson So far the Water Exercises for my back didn’t help & we moved on to P. T. We tried Dry Needling in my neck that didn’t work. Been doing massages, stretching, & traction for my neck which does help at the time it’s just another process.

I had an appointment to talk about new treatment options 2 weeks or so ago at the Neenah location. I sent a message and called and asked if I could change it to virtual because I wasn't feeling well due to my period. I was told they would ask Dr. Parnell and get back to me. They got back to me about 2 hours later and said its already past the appointment time and I'll need to reschedule. A few days ago I called and asked if I could make it virtual because I wasn't feeling well (period again) and I was told by Dr. Parnell's nurse, Tabitha, I was a no show for my last appointment and I just had a period 2 weeks ago. I said I've been getting them every other week lately. She said Dr. Parnell really prefers not to do virtual and asked if I thought I could still come in. I said sure, as long as I don't faint. I got there about 15-20 minutes late and the receptionist went to check if I could still be seen. She said Dr. Parnell left because she assumed I wasnt coming and I'd need to reschedule. I don't like how 1. she assumed I was lying about my period because my medical info says I have bad periods likely due to endo, I faint with periods, and one of my neuro conditions is hormone related and 2. I came all the way from Oshkosh for no reason. Wouldn't most places call and ask if you're still coming or call and say the Dr left for the day? I was also told they dont fill out any forms that will help with disability etc and most neuros don't. My former Dr here, Dr. Garland, was more than willing to write something for me and I recently spoke to someone that also goes to Neuroscience and sees Dr. Parnell and was in disbelief I was told that

Informative. Kind, caring and Non- judgemental. Never rushed. It took 5 1/2 months to get in, which l find unacceptable.
