I recently dined at this restaurant with high expectations for a delightful Italian meal. While I appreciate the staff's efforts to be informative, I found the service to be somewhat overwhelming. For instance, the repeated reminders about the extra cost for additional bread seemed unnecessary and detracted from the dining experience. Regarding the food, I had the Caprese salad. Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations of traditional Italian flavors. The choice and quantity of cheese in the salad was quite unconventional, resembling thick slices of Gouda rather than the lighter, more delicate cheese typically found in a Caprese. This made the dish overly heavy and difficult to enjoy. I believe there is potential for improvement both in service and cuisine. A more subtle approach to service and a closer adherence to traditional Italian recipes could enhance the overall dining experience significantly. This restaurant has the opportunity to refine its offerings to better align with the expectations of an Italian dining establishment.
