Well what can you say? It's WYWY restaurant. A good variety of food for family. Decent ambience and quite noisy with all the banging cutleries but hey, it's okay - just enjoy the food. My opinion is that sometimes it's the luck of the draw; sometimes the food is excellent, other times it's just good. It all depends on the chef. Parking area is decent outside although the road entering this space is quite dark and unlit and also small. All in all, recommended for some good dining.

I came and sat down for several minutes waiting to be attended for order but no one came. The restaurant is not even full. In the end I decided to leave before I waste any more of my time.

Food is mediocre with exorbitant price and the portion is different from those displayed in the menu.

Either wool or hair in food. Unsanitary conditions....

This place is crowded when in ramadhan but the food is delicious although i don't know why but my little brother was addicted about this resturant but I like at 'Bandar' WYWY instead Tutong.

seriously lying with their closing times, came here around at 9:47pm for my birthday dinner. turns out they're closed, checked the website and it says closed at 12:00am. what rubbish time setting is this? what an inconvenience

Choice variety is commendable and quality/price-portion is excellent but as of late - Inconsistent service. Food has changed slightly - probably a change in cooking staff (inconsistent since last Ramadan). Good to see more locals on the roster but work etiquette and overall attitude (in terms of service in general) has to improve. Even the small Indian guy who seems the senior staff here can't do much anymore about plates banging, cutleries crashing, long faces, rude attitude and it does spoil the overall dining experience. Not sure what the issue is but looks like poor teamwork., and performance suffers. Please Wywy management, do something about this. If you want to look after your customers, look after your staff. This place is by far one of the top restaurant/eatery establishments in Pekan Tutong and it would be a great shame to let it deteriorate.

At Monday, 17June 2024 I went to the restaurant with my sister and dad. I ordered a burger just to notice that my patty looks like someone take a bite on it. Not just that today at Sunday, 23 June 2024(just a moment ago) I noticed a glass underneath were the stickers was visible with literally mold there. I got the picture but I doesn't know how to post it as I'm using mobile to type these whole reviews. This is absolutely disgusting!

waiting to get some orders from the waiter takes almost 1:30 hour, Food tastes good with various choices of order but the waiting time is killing me in the inside
