Gymstone is by far the best gym I been to in Finland. It has all different equipments with different variations to allow you to basically train anything. The cross fit, cycling, boxing, weight lifting zones as well are really atmospherically and encouraging to train. The gym is rarely over crowded and is a quick drive from anywhere in Espoo And above all the staff are really friendly and you can see that they care about their business

Great gym, been hitting this one since 2017 or 2018, but they still haven't brought side delt machine. I asked couple weeks ago whether one would be coming and they said yes, so I'm excited for that!
