Järvenpään rantapuistossa on kiva viettää ihan aikaa ja katsella järveä. Aktiviteetteja paljon alueella lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä toisistaan. Lapsille myös leikkipuisto ja paljon muuta kivaa. Rantapuistossa hyvä ravintola, padel kenttä, skeittipuisto jne… Talvisin pääsee hiihtämään ja luistelemaan näppärästi Tuusulanjärvelle. Usein on ollut myös pieni luistelu kenttä Huilin lähellä. Järvenpää soi tapahtuma yleistynyt ja koronan jälkeen jatkunut taas normaalisti. Hyviä bändejä aina! Eppu Normaali, Blind Channel, Haloo Helsinki!, The Rasmus, Danny, Virve Rosti ja Menneisyyden Vangit, Klamydia jne… Haapasalon Hatsapurit! Ei tule krapulaa, kun ensin syö Hatsapurin ;) Tuusulanjärven ympäri kävelyt, juoksut ja pyöräilyt usein aloitettu tästä. Saa aamuisin auton lähelle, niin helppo lähteä lenkille. Parkkitilaa aamuisin ihan kivasti, mutta ajoittain päivällä täynnä. Prismaan saa näppärästi auton ja esimerkiksi lenkin jälkeen pääsee ostamaan suoraan kylmän juoman kaupasta. Decent park for a city Center. You get everything here and the namesake view of the city. There’s an abundance of ice cream kiosks, a good restaurant, a bar, playgrounds, outdoor gyms, plenty of places to sit by the lake and around the park and even a separate swimming beach for dogs! There’s also the iconic local art that has been sitting there for 30-something years that remind you of the McDonalds logo. The sandy football pit is used as a stage base for events and is frozen into a skating rink during winter, which is lots of fun. The gardens here are kept well and suit the scenery. Good place to hit for a run or a family picnic.

Etenkin nyt, valopuiden loisteessa todella näyttävä paikka. Toki, terijoen salavia sopii kuvata myös muina vuodenaikoina 👍

Nice big playground for bigger and smaller kids with the highlight, a big pirate ship to climb onto. Very much like by my son.

Kaunis puisto. Kaupunki on todellakin panostanut tähän paikkaan ja sehän näkyy. Kiva hengähdyspaikka muuten niin täyteen rakennetussa keskustassa. Tästä vois muut ottaa mallia

Jälleen kerran Järvenpää Soi toi rantapuistoon musiikki-iloittelua, ihmisiä ja kohtaamisia suuremman kaupungin tyyliin. Lisäksi sää, jota ei koskaan voi ennakoida, suosii tällä kertaa tapahtuman järjestäjiä paremmin kuin vuosi sitten, joka mahdollistanee tapahtuman taloudellisen puolen, jolloin jatkoakin voi olla luvassa. Järvenpään keskustan puisto on ihanan iso viheralue aivan ydinkeskustassa. Löytyi kaunis aurinkopäivä läheisteni kanssa sovitun picnicpäivän viettoon. Pienokaiset kirmasivat jalkapalloa pelaten, virittämässämme riippumatossa keinuen. Roskat keräsimme pienintä paperipalaa myöten mukaamme, joten toisetkin voivat viihtyä!😊

Viiden tähden paikka (henkilökohtainen tunneside saattaa vaikuttaa arvosteluun 🤭) rentoutumiseen ja leppoisaan ajanviettoon. 40 vuotta järvenpäässä asuneena tästä on muodostunut kaupungin olohuone jossa mukavat puitteet picnikille ja pussikaljoitteluun järven läheisyydessä. Huilin terassi tarjoaa myös pientä luksusta nurmikolla istuskelun sijaan jos haluaa pyörähtää olut-tuopposen ääreellä. Paikallisena suosittelen jos haluaa paikan missä yleensä rauhallinen miljöö. Nuoriso saattaa ajoittain olla äänekästä mutta omissa oloissaan viihtyvää 🙂

A beautiful and huge lake park in Jarvenpaa. There is 23 km long bicycle path alongside the lake.

Picturesque lake views,interesting architecture. Had a lovely midnight bike ride at Midsummer when sunset was at midnight.

Beautiful park, during the summer months there are couple ice cream vendors as well. For smaller ones there is large playground. Mediocre restaurant called Huili is also here. That place is only recommended for having beers.

Such a scenic place. Whether it's day, sunset or night, it is a beautiful park. It thrives with people most of the time and while some see it as a minus, it isn't honestly even bad. It's the center of the city and it has a lot of stuff from the Tervanokka beach nearby to picnics, an ice cream stand, a large playground for kids and a skate park. The only minus there is is that it feels pretty empty as a lot of the land is just merely grass. On the other hand though, it provides a lot of space and isn't a problem big enough to make me 4-star this. TL; DR: Incredible place that has a lot of activities and people but feels a bit empty.

This is really very nice place for visiting with family and friends. There is a beautiful park besides the lake. You can park your vehicle for unlimited time. There is a attractive play ground for the kids. On other side you'll find a Tennis court, Volleyball & Basketball court. There you'll find a different types of trees. Finally you can see the sunset from this place.

Ducks and dogs. Not necessarily in that order.

Beautiful lake close to the train station. If the weather is good enough, you can see the airplanes taking off and landing in Vantaa airport

Its a spectacular place to enjoy the nature.

Almost in the centre of Järvenpää there is a very nice park, Järvenpään rantapuisto, Beach Park of Järvenpää. Especially during summer time, it is very popular place to exercize, take a rest or have a picnic. There are plenty of benches to sit, some of them having a table, too. There is a kiosk to buy ice cream and restaurant to have a beer. For skaters there is a skatepark and for children a playground. I think, it is possible swim there, too, but in my opinion the beach is poor for swimming - but it doesn't matter, beceuse if you wanna swim, you just have to walk a bit more, and there is a beach for swimming, Tervanokka. It is fantastic that there is in the city a place like rantapuisto just few steps from the centre square of Järvenpää.
