Without sounding too over the top enthusiastic, this place is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. The service was impeccable and the care and concern every staff member had was undeniable. Kirk, the owner, was involved in every way possible and made the process painless financially, while the staff ensured that every procedure was as painless as possible physically. I had a root canal, gum work, a crown and a cleaning.... and my wife had a cleaning since she was here anyway...all for a quarter of the price it would be in Canada. But even though it was so less expensive, there were no corners cut in the procedures. In fact, more care and time was taken than any dentist I have been to in the past. The doctors here are more professional, the equipment is more up to date and the overall service is more timely and cost efficient than I could ever receive back home. I will be back for anything dental I need and I will recommend Dentoamerica to anyone looking for great dental service! Absolutely the best!! I can't say enough good about the clinic, the staff, and the help Kirk supported me with. I found this to be more professional than what you might find in the US. Their equipment was top notch, and they worked through my fears of what work I might be facing. I had my teeth cleaned (which by the way was outstanding), then I had a root canal, a new crown, one filling, and one tooth pulled due to an on-going infection in the tooth (which I am told was not a normal easy extraction). Aside from the pricing that saved me several thousand, I feel the work was gentler and just so much better than what I have experienced at home, which is why I don't visit the dentist as often as I should at home. Each December I spend two weeks in PV and will reach out to them next year to make sure all my very old and worn out other dental work is still working well. Thank you Kirk and I hope anyone without hesitation will come and see you and the staff. I couldn't be more pleased.

My wife and I have been coming to Dentoamerica for about 10 years. We have had crowns,root canals,extractions as well as regular exams and cleanings. We decide to try them originally because our dentist of many years retired. We had several bad experiences in the US with other dentists. Since coming here we get the best service we ever had. They do great work. Above all they are honest and great to work with. Always prompt and professional. Better and more up to date equipment than I ever saw in the US. trust they always have my best interest in mind. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was on vacation in January of 2022 and one of my teeth broke on a Friday while travelling to Puerto Vallarta. I called numerous dental offices and was able to get a appointment on very short notice the following Monday with DentoAmerica- the receptionists were helpful, easy to communicate with and professional to deal with using whatsapp, email and texting . I was fortunate to see Dr. Daniela who started the process to repair my broken tooth by preparing a temporary filling to cover the missing part of the tooth. After a discussion we agreed that a more permanent solution would be a crown. Dr. Daneila took an impression for the crown and then put a temporary cap while the crown was being prepared for Thursday as i was leaving early on the Saturday. Unfortunately the manufacturer of the crown had a issue and could not deliver it on Thursday and we rescheduled the appointment for Friday afternoon, but once again, the crown was not ready for my appointment. I spoke to Kirk who was apologetic for the issues and tried to find a solution but because my flight was leaving we could not come to an arrangement for installation of the crown. Kirk and i continued to communicate via email when i returned to Canada. he was very helpful including filling out a Blue Cross claim form and refunding the amount of my deposit for the services that couldn't be completed because of the supplier issues with the crown. Upon my return to Alberta i have seen my dentist and they were impressed with the work of Dr. Daneila and I am now in the process of getting a crown manufactured and installed in Canada. As a FYI the cost of a crown at DentoAmerica was under $500 CDN (which included freezing, a temp filling a temp crown and the installation of a permanent crown) and my cost of the crown in Canada is over $1200! If you are in need of dental work this office is first rate, staff are fluent in English and pleasant to dela with. The office is clean, modern and very professional. Although my full services were not completed i was extremely satisfied with the dental work that was done and the efforts that were made to resolve the issue including refunding the difference between my deposit and the services completed.

This review is well overdue. I got some dental work done by them 3 years ago and they do great work. I have recommended about 5-7 family, friends and my clients to them. They make you feel comfortable and explain the procedure in detail. Can’t wait to go back to get more work done. Very friendly and great customer service!

I am impressed! I had a crown fall out suddenly (which you can imagine left me toothless and feeling very embarrassed) and they managed to get me in the very same day! I had a temporary crown placed and a permanent one a few days later for a reasonable price. Clesn, professional and very great service. We'll be back for our regular appointments here!

I had several extractions done along with some partial dentures. They took a very high tech 3D Xray to plan for implants on my next visit. Prices were very fair especially considering the advanced level of care. Dr Mireya was excellent, and I am very happy with the work she has done for me. Kirk was very helpful with my planning and explaining the steps required for either a removable denture over implants, or the All On 4 system. Thank you, and see you soon.

Midway thru a 2 week vacation I developed a large painful abscess on a back molar. The concierge at our resort recommended Dentoamerica, Nuevo Vallarta. She said that she and her family go here for their dental needs. I could not be more pleased with the promptness and professionalism of this team. I left a message late one day and the next morning, the office manager, Fernanda responded and said they could see me that afternoon. Upon arrival, within 10 minutes I was asked a series of questions about my problem and general health. Upon completion, I was seen by Dr. Daniela Venegas, general dentist. Upon examination she said that she wanted to consult with the periodontist, Dr. Karla Joya. The two dentists together too pictures and X-rays and did an examination. Even though they were fitting me in to their schedules they took the time to fully explain the situation and my treatment options. Both of them could not have been nicer. Since we were leaving in a few days there was not enough time to do the treatment and follow up here. If there was I would not have hesitated to have it done. Then the next day they sent to me the photos and X-rays they took to show my dentist in the US. Impressive. Lastly, the cost was a fraction of what I would have paid at home. Highly recommend.
