The taste is just plain. The place and ambiance are pretty, the restroom is not very clean and without paper. The service is slow and they are not nice nor kind with customers. When there’s a problem they upset with the customer instead of apologizing and offering a solution or any alternative. Go at your own risk.

Service and cleanliness was good.but for the food , I don't recommend it. Whether the ramen or soup, it's very different from real Japanese ramen. I actually prefer their other Korean restaurant in town.

Food is amazing and the staff are very friendly! Some of the best food I've had in San Cris. The chicken Ramen curry was so delicious and they brought out complimentary salmon cream cheese sushi that was da bomb 😋 From where I was sitting could see they have UV triple filtered water filter which is relieving in this town where so many people get sick

We were craving Asian food and this place made me and my friends very happy. They have very tasty sushi, non weird rolls that only have a couple of ingredients in them, AMAZING Tamago !!! Friends had vegan ramen , loved it. Deserts are also pretty tasty.

It was a great experience. The ramen was really tasty and we loved being able to customize everything from the saltiness, toppings and spiciness. Highly recommend.

Really average food for the price. I had the vegan miso ramen. It was nothing more than miso soup, raw mushrooms, unseasoned soft tofu and white onions not even cut down to the stem (full slices of raw onion..). The noodles were fine, and there was one sheet of seaweed. After reading all the reviews I was really disappointed in the quality of this “ramen”

It's a really nice place, nicer decor and atmosphere than many places in SC. The food was quite good. The smoked tuna nigiri was the highlight. Wine was not so exciting. I would be open to go again, but I'd also like to explore other sushi options in SC.

The house ramen was excellent. Sushi was OK, we shared a eel roll. Salmon salad was a bit meh. Prices are on the high end for San Cristobal. Drinks were very pricey.

Very friendly staff. Food was delicious and came out in a decent time. Wine was fantastic. Can not fault the experience. Our waiter Javier was very friendly and helpful.

The best Japanese restaurant in San Cristobal. The ramen was almost authentic, and very tasty. The sushi rolls are amazing!

We dad an excellent lunch here today. By far the best sushi we have had in Mexico and the Ramen was excellent also. The meat cooked to perfection. But the dessert stole the show.

Great atmosphere and food! I really liked that the ramen can be personalized and you can choose how much of each ingredient goes in. Also, they have really good agua de jamaica!

Fine dining restaurant. Have a few vegan options The Maki rolls was really really tasty. We also had the Ramen and a Curry. Sadly they were both unimpressive. The curry only had a few pieces of veggies in it (no tofu, mushroom etc) so felt a bit thin for the price. Noodles in the Ramen were more like spaghetti. Staff is very professional and attentive. Very good service.

Over all pretty good, food was nice. Really enjoyed a warm tea made from cinnamon and spices (it was really really good).

The sushi looked really good but was very underwhelming. They seemed to have marinated all the sashimi in soy sauce or something salty that made it all taste the same. Salmon, egg, tuna, and unagi should not all taste the same hahaha. Also, they weirdly did not have any running water so they had to pour bottled water on my hands to help me wash them, hopefully that was a one-time thing. The bento boxes and deserts were pretty good but I don’t plan to return.

Food was disappointing - the curry was more of a soup, not rich in flavor at all ( they were out of ramen, but this was more of a broth than an actual curry), the sushi was badly rolled and completely fell apart - and worst of all there was a tiny slice of tuna on top of what was supposed to be a tuna Maki roll... The place looks fancy - I wouldn't consider eating such food in Mexico otherwise, but it was just bad

Their sushi is pretty good. I can tell a lot of effort and was made with consistency and presentation. Being able to choose the ramen ingredients was nice. I would say it’s in my top 3 of ramen places here, but It’s not on my number 1 spot. This branch is better than the one in El Cerillo, but the other place has Korean bbq and Tempura a la carte. Overall a pleasant experience.

We had two ramens that don’t really qualify to be called “ramen”. It is more a spaghetti soup since they don’t use noodles, but spaghetti. Furthermore, the broth was underwhelming and didn’t have much flavour. They also forgot to bring us part of our order, but we are kinda glad they did since it saved is some money in a relatively expensive restaurant for San Cristobal. The sushi might be good, but sadly, I can recommend the “ramen” to anyone.

The restaurant is cozy. Right beside a hotel. Decent food. It is lacking compared to what I’ve had outside of Mexico, but definitely better than A LOT of restaurants within Mexico that claim to sell ramen. Hence, Ill give it a 5 stars based on that context.
