We stayed in several City Express hotels throughout a trip around Mexico but this one was a complete let down. The wifi never worked, we didn't receive any help about this and there was no hot water in our room.

Fairly basic. 2 towels would have been good. We only stayed one night.

Don't set high expectations, but for the price you can't beat the ability to safely lay and rest your head for the night. Free breakfast in the morning and money left in your wallet will ensure you that you made the correct choice.

Great hotel with friendly service. The free breakfast is a bit small. Nice pool and free wifi !

Clean hotel with pool. Friendly staff that speaks some english. Decent breakfast included. They can arrange airport transportation with on staff driver.

Beautifully clean and great customer service restaurant on site was ok but service was awesome. Will recommend.

It's a good hotel to sleep after work, has a gym, Wi-Fi, pool and the breakfast included.

This is so very nice, much like a hotel in the United States. No free water or meals, but rooms are very clean and shower has hot water.
