after i complained about kids running around upstairs for hours, They sent me to a room at the very end of the building, room 1145, Only 2 meters to the street and there is a bus stop, old bus stops and goes here with very loud engine noise, Starting from 5 am until 1am after midnight. I can sleep for only 4 hours a day. I didn't want to bother them at weekend because I think they may not have a lot of room available so i stayed here for two nights and ask them at Monday noon if I can have another room. Surprisingly, they told me they don't have any room available. It's not the busy season And it is Monday noon, a big wedding group People just checked out. I can see a lot of rooms empty. I don't believe them. I'm okay for the room is not perfect. But i am disappointed the way they deal with the problem. They said they don't have any room available which are lies even if its not like they didn't offer me an alternative time to check back. Problem exists everywhere I understand. The attittude and the way they try to solve the problem worth no more than one star.

Great place if you're staying in Tuxtla. It was recently refurbished so the hotel rooms are modern and kind of new. It's very well located in the center part of Tuxtla and just in front a commercial center and a supermarket. The pool is very nice and comfortable.

Definitely above average from other hotels. However they need to pay more attention to detail when it comes to cleaning the bathrooms. There's mold in the shower heads and shower walls and air filters. Other than that everything good.

No recognition of loyalty at this property! They wouldn’t even assign an upgrade valued at $20 a night as a spire elite member. Reception staff are rude and unprofessional and disconnect calls instead of transferring to someone senior.

Terrible service. Room was very dirty. We had 3 rooms for 7 days. Went asked for a table and chairs for pool we were told that they had no more but every other person/ group that came i. Waa given a table and chairs.

The hotel and its staff are friendly, and the in-hotel restaurant is quite nice. I especially enjoyed breakfasts. That said, do *not* let them convince you to use their in-hotel travel agency. That left me without a ride to the airport, which was rather upsetting for obvious reasons. Lost them a star

Well kept and clean hotel. Very good food.

It’s fine. Old but well maintained. Rooms are spacious and clean. Close to shops and restaurants. Public parking without any security.

I come here often for work, it’s the fourth time they don’t have AC. And instead of being upfront about the problem they always come up with crazy excuses. And to make matters worst I had to clean my bathroom today because the toilet was stained. It looks pretty on the photos but the reality is otherwise.
