Skip it. First we got the room where the toilet water flooded the bathroom. Then they changed it for another room where I got bitten by the bed bugs. They said sorry and offered no compensation whatsoever. Not to mention that the breakfast was extremely poor and below average quality.

The room smells very bad of mildew. There's black mold growing on the cieling. No hot water in the shower.

Absolutely the best hotel we stayed in Mexico. As a hotelier, I can definitely tell you, that I am jealous of their Staff commitment and level of service. Absolutely recommended without a question.

Nice rooms and good breakfast. Typical of Holliday Inn.

My boyfriend and I spent one night in this hotel. The room was nice and clean. The set of towels for one person was prepared in the room, but I called the desk and they brought the additional towel very quickly. The really big disappointment was a laundry service. We prepared: 3 t-shirts 3 pants 4 pairs of socks 4 pcs of underwear We paid almost the same amount for a laundry as for a room ~700 pesos !!! That’s crazy. Please keep this in mind while booking this hotel. It is better to handle laundry by yourself.

Very good breakfast, clean hotel with a good view of the city. Well kept rooms. Close to the Marimba Park and downtown.

One of the worst Holiday Inns I have visited. Rooms smell of mold, ours was even lacking a shower curtain. No benefits for Diamond members. Limited facilities, no pool.

The hotel is nice, breakfast really good, clean rooms, but we had issues with the door since day one and instead of relocate us to avoid us having to call everyday to be able to get inside our room, or charge the battery of the door( that was the issue) they just ask us to call if we need it help, and this was everytime we need it to go back to the room. This was very discouraging. One day we arrive at 2am and at 220 we still lock out tired, waiting for help🥴 thank God we only stay 3 days
