Good place, affordable prices, I stayed 2 nights in different rooms and both were very clean, without uncomfortable noises despite being in a very noisy and apparently dangerous area but without any inconvenience, internet a little bad, cable TV, air conditioning c and hot water (only during the day) because it is with a solar heater. It has an elevator and a somewhat small parking lot but it doesn't take more than two maneuvers to accommodate you....

The water is heated with a solar heater, at 9am it is less cold and at 10AM it is ready to bathe. Cleaning well. The good thing about this hotel is that it has bottled water outside, good wifi. Free coffee. It is also central. Close to restaurants, regional food, clothing, churches, La Marimba Park.

Excellent hotel in relation to quality price, It is comfortable and economical to spend a few days there, It is advisable to bring your bottle of water since the hotel does not have that, it has climate and cable channels that make you enjoy your stay.

This hotel is no longer in service, so I answered no at all, the Albert hotel is operating exactly next to it.

First, the service was poor, the elevator was very bad and the facilities seemed very old, they offered hot water but their heater was solar panels, so the hot water lasted for as long as 2 minutes, the sheets were old and dusty, I would definitely not go again .

They have decreased the quality of the service, they no longer have hot water service, they have already closed the restaurant which was one of the points that most of the people who stay there liked, good point the cost of the accommodation and the location of the hotel , it is still very clean... It is only valuable to get to rest after a day of hard work.

A hotel with so much tradition is unfortunately closed. I hope they remodel it and reopen.

Unfortunately this occasion was fatal. I paid for a more comfortable room and it was so uncomfortable that I thought I should have paid for the cheaper one. The bathroom is super small and uncomfortable, the bathroom bowl is very close to the wall, horrible it couldn't fit. The single bed and the mattress almost came off the springs. The very small room. It has nothing to do with the idea they sell you.

The location is really good near from downtown, the room was nice and clean, but the Wi-Fi connection is a little bit slow
