The museum is beautiful, ideal for any tourist who wants to visit Tuxtla and get to know the state and also for some school visits, but for children 10 years old and older so that they understand the importance and meaning of each piece and art in the museum, take children from 6 to 9 years old see nothing but figures; The center needs more ventilation, even though they have fans, they are not enough, but if some students from different schools go, there are guides who explain each piece of art; If you want to do an activity like painting a ceramic mask that they do in the center they charge around $15 pesos or they do their business, I don't know if it is allowed since the center is supposed to be part of the city, so they also charge The parking lot is a place to visit at least once in your life.

Until I was made to go to the regional museum and the history museum, at least learn more about the history of Chiapas and its emblematic characters and I now understand many things. I took my girl but like every child, I just said: look what a father. We went mainly for the temporary toy exhibition, in a small exhibition area. From there I think that this exhibition is more for parents who were born in the 70s, 80s... seeing various collection toys from various parts of the world, and you realize or know what other children played with in other places and at other times. . I refer to parents because there were some toys that took me back to my childhood, which I didn't remember, they made me shed a couple of tears. Very nostalgic indeed. At the end of the exhibition there is a screen showing a children's film. I got the Bambi one.

In addition to the fact that the Museum of Anthropology and History houses the exhibition of Mayan vestiges, colonization, independence and revolution in the territory of Chiapas, the building itself is an icon of the country's modern architecture 👌🏽 a must-see site

It has a good collection, it is a shame that people do not know how to appreciate the value of the biodiversity of Chiapas

For people who appreciate history it is an excellent place! There is a lot of data from the region that helps you understand more about the traditions of the State of Chiapas and our country. There is no air conditioning, at least not during my visit.

Es interesante saber cómo se fundó el estado de Chiapas, descubrir que iba a ser independiente de México y que la población tuvo en sus manos la desición de incorporarse de nuevo.
