    This place has terrible customer service. And they may not sell you the correct item. And ask them specifically what their return policy is because it is not stated on the receipt. And if you get upset about them selling you the wrong item and then only wanting to give you a store credit instead of a refund, the manager will condescend to you and try every excuse to not give you the money back. Like I said: terrible customer service! I wanted to support a local business but ended up ordering the item online after all and wasting a lot of time and energy.

    Llevé mi iPhone a que le hicieran un “diagnóstico” porque no cargaba, y al momento que me quieren regresar el iPhone, venía con un golpe estético. No se quieren hacer responsables, a pesar de que firmé el documento de “revisión visual” al momento de entregarlo que venía sin ningún defecto. Si llevan sus teléfonos, tomen fotografía y toda evidencia que puedan, porque no hacen válido el papel que firmas de revisión visual, nada de ética por parte de la tienda.
