I guess the waiter had a bad day today because we sat outside (there were clean tables at the square) and he was saying something in bosnian but we couldn’t understand and he was a bit far from us. Then he was saying and showing don’t sit or something like that. We felt uncomfortable. As a customer this is not our task to welcome guests politely. The worst thing is that, we got this suggestion from a local who likes to come here. Very unfortunate we couldn’t try it.

Nice ambient, but personnel is very unkindly and you wait 10-15 minutes for waiter to come to serve You and also wait 15-20 minutes for coffe even when there is no crowd and 2-3 waiters are on shift. Music in good and prices are strange. It's not bad to sit in summer, there is an ok garden.

Probably the coolest place to hang out when in Tuzla. Good rap music, a young crowd, excellent loghting and decor...

Definitely the best place in Tuzla. The atmosphere is amazing, especially during the summer. The staff is great and they often organize various events. Whether you want to grab a beer or just a cup of coffee, this is the place for you. If you weren't at Sloboda, you haven't felt Tuzla's spirit yet.

Certainly the best cafe bar in this part of Bosnia and Herzegovina. With its ideal location, fantastic large garden with plenty of shade, great customer service, best offer of drinks and tasty cocktails. They have live music events almost every night and Sloboda supports local artists in their aspirations and presentations (music, photo, dance, etc.). Sloboda is aware of the bad financial situation for majority of youth population, therefore they keep low prices and mostly unchanged for the past 10 years or so. Excellent place and I strongly recommend for everyone to visit.

It is hit and miss, one day all good, other day no espresso, ok Ill take Nescafe and glass of water, never got water…😏

The decorations are great, the music is outstanding/ upbeat… the place is fun.. the food was average.. super crowded.. they need to hire more waiters… otherwise it was outstanding… one of my favorite places in Tuzla.
