Fantastic session! Shoutout to Kyle (hope I get this right 🪓) and Nic! Very approachable and warm staff. 90 min interesting, interactive and sweaty axe throwing session😁 Kyle gave us an informative and explicit axe throwing technique instructions with lots of humor. My friend and I learned both double hand and single hand throwing techniques. This is a actually a good chance for women to feel the power of toughness haha Will def visit again 🤙🏿 90 min session 45 pp what are you waiting for?!

Went there last Friday evening with a friend for the 7pm session after seeing it all over social media. Had a FANTASTIC night - everything was explained very clearly, although the guy spoke super super fast lol Very safe with heaps of practice before launching into the scoring game. No alcohol served on premise and no alcohol to be drunk before or during the activity. Heaps of fun and a decent work out!!

Excellent family fun! Having seen ads, I wasn’t keen, but my wife brought us here as a surprise- and we all enjoyed ourselves.

Had an absolute blast throwing axes. The staff are friendly and love a good joke but above all else they want you to enjoy yourself. Book ahead of time as they do group sessions.

Great fun for the whole family! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here for a special birthday celebration. The staff are super friendly, attentive and helpful and their sense of humour made for a fun demonstration to help ease our beginner nerves. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone. We went as a large group, all throwing for the first time & was so much fun. The staff were great, Nikki gave us all so many useful tips and was very helpful the entire session.

Had a very quiet Sunday morning date session. Our instructor (Cale?) was a delight! Very easy to listen to instructions & safety info. Had a choice of fun games and competitions, as well as free-throwing time. I really enjoyed getting to focus on technique and getting plenty of tips. Thanks, team, you do great work! We came to Lumber Punks for our 12 year anniversary. The 5pm session was pretty quiet, so it was just us and one other couple. Caleb was a great instructor; really funny and helped make sure we had a great time and were able to throw properly. Highly recommend.

Had a great time with my dad here. Kyle took care of our safety and technique promptly so we could get straight to the throwing; and he led our session passively such that we didn't feel he interrupted or was overbearing. It was great to have an advisor and not a guide when the two of us felt comfortable after his examples. The site was clear and we felt that we knew what to do right away with how the session was planned and our equipment laid out. The whole experience was smooth, and it seemed easy to get involved in the community if you're interested. If you're with people from out of town, state, or country; this is a great activity for friends to have a laugh at/with each other. Recommended.

Such a unique experience. Had an absolute blast pretending to be a Viking. Friendly and funny staff made our visit very memorable. Very enjoyable training, and consistent feedback to participants made it feel like we all got much better throughout the session.

Had a great time here. The staff were awesome and very helpful with plenty of tips. If your unsure just give it a chance they also have a league that you can join if we lived closer we wouldn't hesitate to sign up

This is a great thing to do. We had guests for the weekend and were looking for things to do that were different. We had the best time it is so much fun. None of us had been to axe throwing before but the staff provide excellent instructions in a fun way. Everyone had a great time.

Wonderful, patient staff, Foxie and Nick, who took their time to have us all throwing and hitting the board. They kept helping through out the session so we could all improve. So much fun and something completely unique. We will all definitely be back.

Amazing experience! I’d never done anything like this before and the staff are a standout - funny, friendly and really attentive to ensure you get the most out of the session. Would highly recommend and I definitely will go again!

This place was alot of fun. You can get why it was super busy. It was straight forward process to book and sign waivers. I would have loved to be able to try some trick shots but its understandable as safety is always paramount. They gave very detailed instructions on how to throw and the all the staff did well to walk around and give pointers. Thanks Kim (I hope that's right) for running our session. You had a massive group to teach but you did so well to get the message across loud and clear and keep it fun and entertaining.

First time visit. Group of young women in throwing have real fun and doing good after small tips by helpful staff. Always watching. Then Comp nite and the serious fun begins. Good comp men plus women.

Had the BEST time uncovering a hidden talent he he Axe throwing with fellow veterans through Young veterans Australia! Wow Such an incredible stress relief ha ha I’ll be back ! It’s so worth having a crack ! Ahhh You only live once woohoo Ahhh fun
