It pains me to write this because we have always enjoyed eating here but today was disappointing. Before, you could see the pride in providing good service and cleanliness. None of that was present today. It was unclean but the worst part was the young woman, an employee, napping in one of the booths with her shoes off. When she woke up, she then had a long, loud, expletive filled cell phone conversation. If that is the best employee you can find, you might as well close it down.

Really enjoyed our visit, tried to order on the app and was struggling, came inside and the guy at the counter was super friendly & walked me through it. Came in around noon, received our order within 6 minutes of sitting down, and the restaurant was almost full. The sandwiches were thick and full of fresh meat and veggies! It had been almost a year since we visited a Schlotsky's, and it definitely hit the spot! We ordered the turkey Avocado & turkey bacon club both mediums. We agreed we totally could've done smalls! Super friendly & great customer service! A lady came in right after us to pick up a large order for a church, and there was several that had came in as a rather larger group & you never would've known. The cashier got everyone taken care of in a super timely manner and with a smile!

Fresh soft bread and sandwich meats that are well flavored and fresh veggies. Best sliced meat sandwiches in town. Staff was friendly and the food came out fast. Environment was clean and quiet. Very enjoyable meal.

I ordered a smoked turkey sandwich with provolone cheese along with iced tea. It was over $17 for a sandwich which is kind of pricey. I miss the different choices of bread that they used to have especially the dark rye which was excellent. The sandwich was good as was the tea. I went through the drive thru. I was happy that it was open during the ice storm since I was in Tyler for training. The sugar cookies are good?

Good food and good service, but a person asked about the senior citizen discount.and was told they still have it, but you have to ask for it when you order. There must have been a dozen seniors in there, myself included, who did not get our discounts. Notice to all seniors - Ask For Your Discount Up Front!

I know it's hard to get good help these days. As of July 23, 2023 don't go to the drive through unless you want to sit there for 10 mins with nobody telling you they will be right with you. You just sit there in silence wondering if you missed a sign that they are closed or that the speaker doesn't work at the drive-thru. My advice with the people working on Sundays at this place is go inside if you want service. Good luck I went to get food elsewhere.

Waited over 5 minutes to be helped and there was hardly anyone there. Food came out quickly once they finally took my order. Inside was clean and order was correct.

Restaurant has declined from being excellent to sub par. Multiple times To Go Orders have been wrong. Sandwiches are poorly made. Chaotic inside store and Drive Thru. Employees seem untrained and lack customer service.

Honestly surprised this place is still open. The food is pretty good but the location is a bit awkward and the atmosphere is usually dead. Recommend takeout/to-go.

Pretty pitiful when part of your order gets forgotten and lost into the abyss. Came here today and when the order did come out, the lettuce in my salad was brown, soggy, and disgusting. And when you pay for a chicken avocado salad, I would think that avocados come on the salad. Granted they informed us of something else that was unavailable at the time, I would still like to know whether you are out of avocados or just simply too lazy to put it on the salad. Probably won’t be back.

Normally people complain about the price at Schlotzsky's, but I know it is expensive. That is not the reason for my 1 star. The 28 dollar meal that I bought was completely messed up. Sandwich was supposed to have no olives or mustard, but of course, they left it on. They didn't give me my drink, so I had to ask for it after the window was closed. They forgot the chips, but I didn't realize it until I left. Last the Cinnabon center bun I order was a cold normal cinnamon roll. Will not he returning to this location.
