I was hesitant at first, seeing a couple poor reviews, but our family of 11 had a great experience. The 2 young men were very friendly and got our order of 9 smoothies in about 8 or 10 minutes. They double checked some ingredients with us since we said we have dairy issues. Pretty impressive if you ask me.

They're better off being closed on Sunday. The two guys working kept a jabber-session between them while taking orders from the one car outside and on the phone while my teenaged son and I waited to order. Took them 7 minutes to acknowledge us and take his order, didn't even ask me, so I didn't offer my money. 15 minutes later left with one drink. Won't go back.

I normally don't post bad reviews, and I'm sure my review will get deleted as my coworker had a bad review that she posted as well a few weeks ago and it got deleted shortly after, about CODY as well. I had a terrible encounter with him, I told him I wanted a LARGE smoothie the one that is $5.00. Got up to the window, no social skills whatsoever for one. He looks at me and asks me "you wanted the one that was really big right?" and I responded with, "the standard large, the one that is $5.00 as I told you when ordering." He then continues to tell me that my total is 11 dollars and some change. Confused, still handing him the money, I tell him that that shouldn't be right, he responds with "oh sorry" no try to fix anything, hands me my change and shuts the window I wouldn't have been as angry if he would've even acted like he cared or even tried to fix it. This place needs better customer service, remember you work for the public. Will never return to this place ever again.

This is the best smoothie and health snack place in Longview Tx in my opinion I come here at least three times a week, I Love Smoothie King🥰

Overall, smoothies are great but I don’t know if it’s worth a drive through wait time of over 30mins.

SK is my favorite place. A variety of smoothies to select from and occasions: post-workout or as a snack. Their app is also convenient because it provides detailed nutrition facts and ingredients.

My smoothie wasn't bad or anything and the service was very friendly. My only issues were that I didn't expect it to be so costly (and of course I forgot to bring my coupons to save me some money). Also, I thought it would just be creamy because every other smoothie I get from anywhere else always is creamy. It wasn't creamy like I thought it would be. I ordered something really sweet with strawberry, banana, and blueberry. They recommended the angel food smoothie and said they would just added blueberry. The blueberry made it too tart, and they didn't put any extra sweetener in it or anything. I ended up buying some vanilla ice cream elsewhere and mixing it in, so my smoothie world be more sweet and more creamy. Next time, I'll know what to ask!!!

Love this location and how convenient the drive thru is! They’re very fast and efficient! The Lemon Twist Strawberry smoothie is my absolute favorite! Staff is always super friendly as well! I always forget to get her name but the young woman with the piercings is always so sweet and nice!

I dont really appreciate having someones tiny fingers scooping my drink into the cup cause it spilled and landed on her. The young blonde with braces needs to take some lessons on being smart about not doing that. It was my first time going to smoothie king and i think ill refrain from going back with the way they did my drink and made a lady wait for 20 minutes after she called her order in way ahead of time. Instead they focused on to younger women who came in after both me and the lady after me. The young guy who was there made sure to get them their drinks ahead of everyone who already ordered

This was my first trip to Smoothie King! I was quite impressed that I was greeted with a smile and all staff were very helpful in deciding my first smoothie! It was delicious! I highly recommend this Smoothie King.

Everyone here has always been so kind and efficient. Even on busy days, I've never had poor service! I went through the drive-thru a couple of weeks ago, and the poor fellow who was working was there by himself, but he still filled those orders quickly and had a great attitude the whole time! I can't say that I would have been as patient if I had to pull all of that off by myself.

I absolutely love Smoothie King. I have arthritis in my ankle. So I figured why not try the collagen supplements and gut mobility supplements. They work! My gut is not as cranky as it used to be. The collagen helps with achy joints. The employees are wonderful. They do get busy in the mornings. I love the app. It works very well so I don’t have to wait as long. The drive-thru intercom has its moments depending on wet weather. And the donut shop is next door.

The only thing I find wrong is the wait is so long. Don’t try to go here on your lunch break Other than that it is good. Smoothies were off the chain.

Six groups of people inside waiting in line. And no one would take our order. Only the drive-thru was getting taken and made. So I just turned around walked out. I'll come back .. in due time
