Amazing place for the ultimate health-improving experience. I first started coming to Aqua Health in 2007, visiting their Melbourne clinic in Australia. I live in Bali and am delighted to have them here. I am very experienced in colonic hydrotherapy and this is by far the best clinic in Australia and Bali!

First time doing this, I was immediately put at ease by two very friendly warm faces to greet me. The practice was clean, sanitary and the equipment looked brand new with a highly efficient set up. The full procedure was explained and once I felt comfortable that I knew what to do I was left to relax in the privacy of my own company. Staff politely checked in to ensure I was ok and also offered a helpful and comforting stomach massage which assisted in the process. Overall I had a great experience. I was extremely pleased with the results both during and after. Post treatment I felt incredibly light and had a surge of mental clarity. My skin was tighter and I've noticed an improvement on my skin, intuition, digestion and general physical comfort. Would highly recommend Aqua Spa and will certainly be returning for more.

Very good first time experience, great staff and very clean facility. They didn't try to sell me any after care products however they do have probiotics in the fridge and some other products. I actually would not have minded them telling me more about these. I felt a bit tired the day after from toxins coming out and being stirred up. Each day after that I have regained my energy, I have stopped being bloated and with some combined exercise and good eating I have also started to loose some weight. Great outcome.

Such a great experience - qualified nurses , clinically clean, discreet and fantastic results to start my holistic beach break in Bali. It’s best to have the package of 4 sessions for maximum results.

I was slightly nervous of booking in due to a negative review I read on Google however my experience couldn't have been more positive. Ive never had a self directed session before but it was clearly explained, the place was extremely clean and the front of house were incredibly helpful and accommodating so all in all it was relatively easy and painless and extremely private and dignified.

Disappointing Experience with Colonic. I recently had a deeply uncomfortable experience at this establishment. Upon arriving, I realised it was a self-service colonic and expressed my discomfort with their system. This system requires you to insert everything yourself. It quickly became distressing, leading me to tears. When I requested to leave due to a panic attack, the manager refused to provide a refund. Feeling taken advantage of, it's disheartening that they prioritised money over customer well-being. Steer clear of this place. —— To the establishment’s reply: I appreciate your response, though it only deepens my disappointment in how my concerns were dismissed. Gaslighting, as implied by the suggestion of "other issues," is not an acceptable response to a customer expressing discomfort. While I acknowledge the information on your website and intake forms, the priority should be ensuring a respectful and empathetic environment for your clients. Experiencing distress after self-inserting, despite there being no actual colonic procedure that took place, led me to request an end to the treatment. Yet, the refusal of a refund felt like a disregard for my well-being. Respecting clients involves more than just acknowledging your treatment system; it requires genuine consideration for their emotional and mental states. I urge you to reflect on your responsibility to create a safe and supportive space for your customers.
