We went here on a Sunday night and saw a great live reggae band with a very engaging lead singer! Fun night and big bar area. Enjoyed the music, dancing and atmosphere. The mango mojito is a must!

I was there for the reggae band. The lead singer is mostly Bob Marley with a touch of Sean Paul and the odd slipknot 😅. Everyone is super friendly, staff and patrons alike. You can chill outside in the back, play pool, enjoy the music in the front, and they have a DJ after the band in a separate room. It's very loose, get drunk, dance, have fun. You'll make great memories here!

It is a Lively music bar area with live acoustic music for your night; great if you want a more relaxed evening. Comfortable seating and at the band table available downstairs. Very reasonable prices for food and drinks. Staff are very friendly and work hard to make sure you have a good night. The band take song requests. Spent majority of my nights here.

Randomly went to this place on NYE after dinner nearby. The band played Reggie music and it was awesome! It got busy and crowed later and everybody was dancing. Didn’t get the food but drinks are just average. Great atmosphere though and we counted down for new year together. Would recommend for a casual Reggie night when you come to Ubud!

Nice place to chill.. The food is flavorful and larger in portions and inexpensive.. The drinks are inexpensive as well.. the band plays some really good old skool rock, with a little twist of there version, which is actually good.. they play newer music as well .. they interact with the crowd n lift up the vibe.. sad part is they stop playing around 2315 and the place closes at 0100L which is a nice time to wind down

Great place to grab a bite and chill out. Came here for dinner and was satisfied with what we got. The service form the staff was excellent, they were happy and polite. I ordered the Sliced Pork Sweet and Sour which was delicious! I got fries too expecting the portion to be small, I was wrong. It was in fact quite large and filling. My girlfriend ordered the Mie Goreng with some Homemade Wedges. The portion of these however was very very small, which was quite disappointing. We also ordered some Spring rolls as we were on an asian run already. These weren't that tasty and the pastry let them down also. Upon paying we were not left out of pocket as the bill was significantly lower than we were expecting. After eating we enjoyed a few games of pool on one of their 2 full size pool tables. Overall we enjoyed out experience however in some aspects the food could have been a little bit better.

Without a doubt a hot spot on Monkey Forest road for late night entertainment both for tourists and locals alike, which is unusual. The band had the crowd ( both young and the young at heart)on their feet throughout the night and everyone had fun! Which is what it's all about right?! The crowd was exceptionally well behaved with smiles on every face and not a frown in sight. Further to the back there are pool tables which are FREE! from here you can still enjoy the the live music while playing. Some people mixed dancing and playing which only added to the positive vibe. So if you're ever in Ubud and feeling adventurous... look it up. Any driver will instantly know where it is. You won't regret it.

I was travelling alone through bali and randomly stopped at this bar. I was warmly welcomed without any problem for being alone. They took me in, set me at the bar and I was entertained for the whole evening. The staff is like a big, happy family and they are unobtrusive and always behaved properly, even to me who was a woman alone in a foreign country. The staff is also a bit crazy, what makes the this bar so amazing and charming. Not only are the drinks absolutely amazing, but the fantastic live music also invents to relax and enjoy your evening. I absolutely recommend this bar to everyone, and I will 100% go back there. Thanks again at the whole crew for the amazing nights <3

This place is by far the best bar I have been in Ubud. The staff are hilarious and friendly. Different to other bars, but in a great way. Live music is mint! Getting the audience involved and putting on a great show. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

The wife and I walked in a bit early on a Monday evening (7.30pm) and sat down to wait for the band to start (8.30pm). Drinks are reasonably priced for the area and we had Bintangs for about 35,000 each. The only reason we’re at 4 stars is just coz the band turns every song into a reggae song, which I suppose is what they’re known far. It’s just that every song started to sound the same and it started sounding a little repetitious coz of that. They are super talented musicians though! Another good thing about LOL Bar is that it’s off the main Ubud strip so it’s relatively easy to get a private hire car to get home. Pool tables and the “dance club”-turned-Karaoke-room were fun touches that added variety of things to do at the bar. Would definitely come back again!

Food was decent; I had the carbonara and it was nice but not amazing. My friend said she loved her chicken burger. I personally didn’t like the cocktails I got, Pina colada was strong and basically just coconut and no pineapple. I then tried a ginger lychee martini (I think) and it was absolutely vile. However, my friends had more luck with their drinks but we all agreed you could definitely taste the alcohol in them. The place has a really good vibe, the band is really good and service was good. Stopped in for a handful or so of cold beers after dinner. Two nice pool tables to play here as well. At the back of the bar there’s a really nice area for dinner and drinks. Has its own little waterfall which is quite nice as it’s right at the back of the bar well away from the street noise. Definitely a place to return to for drinks and pool tables in Ubud 🙏
