A
fantastic
fine-dining
lunch
experience
that
has
nothing
to
shy
away
from
occidental
restaurants
that
have
similar
ambitions.
As
I’m
dining
quite
regularly
at
Michelin
stars
restaurants
in
Europe,
I
was
a
bit
surprised
by
this
restaurant’s
reviews:
It
has
“only”
4.5
stars.
Thus,
when
we
booked
this
place
for
our
anniversary,
I
didn’t
have
any
expectations
and
I
was
extremely
surprised
by
the
excellent
quality
of
the
service,
the
tasty
vegetarian
menu
and
the
overall
attention
put
to
details:
-
They
use
local,
non-dairy
and
gluten
free
ingredients.
We
had
the
Herbivore
menu
with
18
courses
and
it
was
a
very
tasteful
ride.
Special
mention
to
the
« into
the
wild »
dish
and
the
Black
rice
blini
snack.
-
The
service
was
friendly,
professional,
communicative
and
attentive-
they
were
even
cleaning
our
table
perfectly
between
courses
to
remove
any
leftovers
on
the
table.
Honestly,
I
have
never
seen
such
a
perfect
table
set-up
for
each
course
-
The
courses
cadence
was
perfect:
usually
in
Michelin
restaurants
they
tend
to
rush
and
hurry
each
dish
one
after
another
and
you
don’t
have
time
to
appreciate
them
and
just
feel
overstuffed.
There
was
a
small
break
before
the
desserts
part
which
was
appreciated.
-
We
tried
all
the
blended
drinks
as
we
don’t
drink
alcohol
and
liked
the
most
the
tamarind
one
and
the
Lemongrass
one.
-
Here
the
portions
were
balanced:
enough
to
taste
and
to
not
feel
like
you’re
not
going
to
make
it
past
the
5th
course.
Overall,
we
had
the
nicest
anniversary
there
and
the
staff
was
extremely
attentive:
they
came
to
ask
us
if
we
had
feedback
and
we
even
had
a
card
signed
by
all
the
staff.
You
can
feel
that
they
truly
care
about
their
customers
and
what
they
do,
they
work
hard
to
offer
a
high-level
experience
and
for
me
this
justifies
the
price.
Small
details=huge
difference.
That
is
a
true
fine-dining
experience
in
my
opinion
🙌🏽✨
Thank
you
for
a
memorable
anniversary
