If you know the real chinnese food taste, you will know the main reason i gave 3 stars, because its just ok,taste is okay, but not wow, not pricy, and i dont know why they turn the a/c off , still worth a visit especially with high chinnese parents standard in taste and delicacy

I love Honglalia. However the last time we went they gave me a dish containing meat. I didn’t see it at first as it was raining heavily and my glasses were wet and I wasn’t wearing them. When I pointed this out the waitress quickly went to rectify the error but apparently in the kitchen all they did was take ‘some’ of the meat out, heat it up and returned the plate to me. There was still chicken in there. See for yourself. Hongalia I love your noodles but this isn’t on. Bad show!!

Simple Chinese food restaurant in Ubud area with spacious seating area. I tried their bakmi mix chicken & pork, pork fried rice and bakmi chicken. Well, the noodle texture was very soft and good, but the sauce taste is just ok, very light and not really tasty. The toppings are generous. Fried rice was just ok, nothing special.

We stumbled on this place randomly and are so happy we did. We ordered the beef noodle and beef soup. The flavors were very elevated! Nice coconut flavour and the beef was so tender. I love that we have the option to choose our own noodles as well. You even have the option to choose your own spice level as well. The price for two mains and two drinks was under 100k. Amazing value and amazing service. The service was very attentive and kind. They made sure the air conditioning was blasting cold air in our direction. Amazing restaurant.

Awesome noodle house, The pork ribs noodle was best, the pork ribs was so tender and the soup with a coconut oil was really tasty. It was so good that i can choose type of noodles! they offers thin noodle, egg noodle... various kind of noodles, mine was egg noodle, that was right choice. the egg noodle was perfectly fit with a coconut soup and pork ribs. The pork dumpings was full of meat flavor, also delicious. And the price was reasonable. Totally recommended!

Was hoping the flavor will be excellent, and my shrimp dimsum or siomay wasn't good and didn't finish my 2nd one feels a bit worry about the shrimp texture.

I came here at 2am with my friend after a long flight and taxi ride. I really love that this place is open 24 hours! Such places aren’t easy to come by in Southeast Asia. The chicken curry was really good! Very smooth broth and fresh chicken. The noodles were also very tasty. The water spinach was great too, and sautéed just right. Definitely recommend this spot.

Various choices on menu! Delicious meal, very similar to Malaysian/Singaporean food tastes. Bak mie is very alike to Pan Mee I requested a poached half boiled egg (out from menu) to complete my home food cravings 😋 gonna come back visit again

A nice noodle shop, place is pretty chillll. Noodles were delicious and servers were friendly. They also have cards and board games available for you to play with your friends or significant other. I also saw a pug and beacon 🥺🥺 so cute.

Great food, especially the shrimp dumplings (Dimsum - both steamed and deep fried). Thai Tom Yum was superb - don’t miss adding bean sprouts for 3k 👍!!! 🤩

I are at a lot of the fancy restaurants around Ubud however this spot must be one of the most memorable. A simple tofu soup with fresh noodles was a comforting surprise I didn’t know I needed. This soup was the highlight of my trip!

Open for 24 hours with many homemade noodle choices, the toppings are plenty and delicious. Inside they have a little retail of fruits and vegetables that made the place somehow more comfortable.

Great service, noodles were on point. Fried Kwetiau (pork) was well balanced, didn’t require any spice but was a pleasant addition. Chicken steam dumplings were a 7/10. Staff weren’t able to bring soy sauce which would have made 8/10. Parking is adequate, there is a market over the road.

Ordered Siomay, Lumpia, Belacan Noodle, and Chasiu chicken bakmie, Gyoza Lumpia was great but, the skin of the Lumpia is too thick. Yet the feeling tasted good Siomay was not so good, it could’ve been improved because the fillings are too dry and the skin of siomay is a bit thick. Gyoza was also not so good, same reason as Siomay. The belacan noodle was great, probably my most favorite of our order. The chasiu and bakmie was nice, but could be improved because the pangsit is too dry. And the chasiu is not very juicy. Overall, great place to relax and have breakfast. Hope that the restaurant can improve their menu in the future. 🙏

Good, cheap food. When ordering, you can choose the type of pasta you want and other options. It's worth exploring the menu, which has several options.

came to this resto with my two friend and ordered a bakmie chicken, noodle shrimp soup, noodle curry chicken, water spinach, chicken gyoza, iced coffee and pineapple juice. the bakmie chicken was good, and also if u feel like need a warm food the noodle soup was good too, but we quite doesn’t like the taste of noodle curry chicken, also the chichken gyoza is like okay basic gyoza. they homemade noodles are good. but the pineapple juice is just no for me.

Came here after watching Ogoh² parade the of Silent Day eve, the café was crammed with visitors. We had chicken kwe tiaw and pork glass noodle. Which taste so amazingly delicious and worth the price! The service was sadly quite low, as it was served so late due to the rush hour. Ambiance of the restaurant was okay. Will consider to come back during low season so won't be too crowded.

Both dishes we got were excellent, the pork curry noodles and the fried kwetiau special. The texture and the how the sauce clings to the noodles is exactly what I’m looking for when I get hand pulled noodles. It’s a casual mom and pop type place, no frills. We commented multiple times how nice our meals were while eating and how glad we were that we chose to come here.

We stumbled on to this hidden spot while venturing the streets of Ubud. Although it didn't look like much from the outside it's definitely was a wonderful experience. The inside had alot of seating available and upon request the staff is quick to turn the AC on helping you to cool from the heat outside. There were ants crawling on the walls but it wasn't affecting the eating area and we figured it was worth giving a try since ants seem to be a common issue in most establishments in Ubud. The waitress was very sweet, polite and attentive Let's talk food. The food was fantastic - I ordered a beef noodle dish which came with a bowl of soup on the side and hubby ordered a curry noodle dish. The flavor in my partners curry broth was so sensational and my dish was full of feel good vibes. The best part of ordering here is they have multiple noodles that you can choose from instead of just being served a standard type. We also got 2 iced matcha lattes which were perfect and served with a side of liquid sugar allowing you to control the sweetness of your drink. Also I think we say the owner who has 2 dogs running around the outside and honestly it was adorable. 100% recommend this place

Best about this restaurant is it's open 24*7. We arrived here at 6.30am and restaurant is ready to take our order and served us delicious food with super hot cappuccino. Ambience is very chill. Must try this restaurant at early morning.

We were having lunch by ordering Bakmi Ayam Kampung, Pork Gyoza, and Shrimp Wonton. After ordering, I saw the sign that this restaurant is non MSG. I thought this foods will be tasteless. When the food is served, we tried the noodle soup first. The chicken stock is so fragrant. Bakmi Ayam Kampung really delicious. The authenthic flavor and aroma from Ayam Kampung is really there. The gyoza is also very good. The pork meat is generous. Don't forget dip in the sauce a little to get more flavour. The last one served on our table is Shrimp Wonton. At first, I don't have high hopes. But after we taste it, we were wrong to underestimated it. The shrimp in the dumpling really crisp and meaty. It is very good. After we finished our food, we chat with the owner a bit . The owner and staffs really friendly. The other picture is Kwetiau Special we ordered at night. Me and my wife really feels like to taste other menu because tomorrow will be our last day in Ubud. The flavour is really good even though it didn't use any MSG I got fresh ingredients too. I hope we can visit Omiiku again next holiday trip.

My first time visiting hongalia and I dont think I would go back. Feels bit annoyed with the smell inside the restaurant maybe because they also sell fruit and vegies inside thus make the room bit humid and smells moldy. The bench i was seated also felt damp. I also bit disappointed with the way they served my food, using the chopped bowls. Its reduce my appetite the first time i saw it. I ordered curry noodle. Nothing was so special about it. Not really taste like curry.

probably one of the best bakmie i ever had in my life 🙌 omg i was sure im not that hungry until even asked them to make the portion of noodle just half but they said can’t, so in the end, i ended up eating all of it until the last drop just because its too gooooodddd to left it omg 😭 and the portion is sooo biggg and i even not a person who eat that much portion usually. ordered bakmi ayam kampung for just 58k and it comes with a lot of local chicken dish and sooo goood 😭 make sure add extra dumpling if you are a dumpling lover, they are extremelyyy goodddd 😭 for sure will back again if im in ubud, and will make sure to empty my stomach first 😆
