Groovy restaurant on the Main Street (Japan Raya Ubud) in Ubud. We ordered their tacos combo special for 99k IDR (3 tacos), preferring the beef tenderloin and pulled pork which didn't disappoint. However the pork brochettes which were presented with a lot of style (skewers poked into a wooden platter, accompanied by sauces and fries) were the star of the day. Wow, we came here for some appetizers and drinks after walking around the town and it was great. The staff are so welcoming and extremely attentive to all your needs. We ordered the feta and tomatoes which came with delicious fresh sourdough bread - we will definitely try to recreate this dish as soon as we're home! Only thing to note is that we had to order extra bread to make use of all of the delicious dip.... Not a big deal and well worth it! FYI no Amex

Only stopped for happy hour drinks so my review is only based on that. Vibe is great, right in the heart of Ubud, staff is nice and friendly. 2 for 1 drinks is limited to 2 of the same drink, which isn’t ideal. They were also both extremely watered down. Due to this we didn’t bother ordering more. Watermelon Cucumber Margarita’s in Ubud isn’t terrible, but compared to other places we tried in town this was not memorable.

Had a lovely experience with my partner at Union restaurant. It’s located on the corner of the street and offers a wide variety of pan Asian and western food. I would highly recommend the chicken skewers, chicken gyozas and hummus pita bread! Red wine was really nice too!

Sometimes youI just want delicious food that's familiar. After dealing with the ever so common "Bali belly " I just wanted and needed something simple. They serve brunch until 4pm, perfect. The coffee was delicious with non-dairy choices, and my food was just what I was craving. I actually ate there a few times because the price was right, they take cards and it's delicious. Try the French toast with berries (brioche soaked in deliciouness), better than I've had in New York City. This is also a great spot to people watch.

But to their immense credit, they were impeccable in their service and extremely understanding of the unavoidable disruption that we occasionally caused. Tia is very friendly and approachable. A cheerful personality that add sparks to our drinking experience, I had a delicious juice called REVIVE & hubby had 3 Bintang, service was excellent, nice lovely ambience and all the staff are so friendly.

The view was nice, good place to people watch or get some work done & they played nice music. Service was great! But one of the first bites I took of my salad was a huge thing of mint which I wasn’t expecting in my salad. It’s nice when there are small chopped pieces of mint in salads but I wasn’t prepared to eat whole leaves. I also didn’t think all of my pieces of chicken were cooked the same - some were a bit undercooked but some cooked perfectly. Aside from those two things, the meal itself was refreshing. I think I would choose something else next time - maybe the tacos or pita. I feel like my food took quite a bit for just a salad as well.

We ordered 3 meals and 2x smoothies. 2x Hamburger and fried rice with satay chicken. Hamburger was good. Smoothies was great.However the fried rice is just okay, luck of flavour. I am not sure about the satay chicken and the sauce. Overcooked and tough. And there's no flavour at all. No spices in it. I think they did modification indonesian satay to adjust with westerner taste.

We visited Union for dinner and cocktails. The dinner was tasty and the cocktails delicious. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. One of us had Tuna Steak, and a few hours after the dinner felt very very ill with a bad case of food poisoning. Not describing the details of the symptoms - but you can imagine this for sure. This is very unpleasant and unfortunately ruined an entire day for us - even tough the visit itself in the restaurant was nice. Therefore I have to give only 1 star :-(

Hands down the best cocktail bar in Ubud. They have achieved some very distinct flavors and their aesthetic is beautiful. It's a whole experience. They also have happy hour from 3-7 pm and you can choose any two cocktails for the price of one. Their food is high quality and delicious, especially some of their sushi. Highly recommend!

Fabulous food from this place. For starter we got the chicken gyoza and it was so tasty, flavours together were delicious. For mains we got the parmigiana chicken burger. I’ve never seen a burger like this but was one of the best chicken burgers I’ve ever gotten! Pity we didn’t have another night in Ubud because we would’ve came back to this place again for dinner!

Let’s start with the Bao Bun Vegan Green Rebel Meat, was salty and messy. Next, Aubergine Meatballs with Smoked Vegan Cheese, where’s the vegan cheese? 😂 and the meatballs were still too floury… the Impossible Burger was not IT at all! We’ve eaten many times!… perhaps the redeemer was the Hummus and Ice Latte. I’m pretty disappointed with the food.
