Disgusting! I stayed in the same hotel room a few years ago and could not believe how bad it had become. There was a horrible black mould patch in the bathroom and the sheets were completely stained! The pool which was once blue was also now a sickly green and everything felt tired and run down. There was no breakfast served in the morning, no staff to service the rooms and no one at the reception desk. We left after one night and had to return several times before we were able to find someone to officially check us out. The only redeeming feature of this hotel lies in its location, which Is in the heart of Ubud. It was sad to see what had happened to this once charming hotel, but until it gets a bit of TLC by the owners I recommend staying away for your own health.

Beautiful lush green surroundings, clean hotel and relaxing environment. Situated at central location of Ubud near Monkey Forest. Shops, restaurants, massage parlors, money exchange all are on walking distance. There are both types of room with air conditioner and without so be careful while booking your room. I did the mistake :) We booked standard room which is little small in size, with basic amenities like towels, soap, toilet tissue, wardrobe and hot water. All rooms have Balcony with chairs and tables with beautiful view. The hotel also have swimming pool which is opened throughout the day. They also have kitchen downstairs with sitting arrangement where you can eat food, make tea by yourself, have refrigerator and they also serve breakfast on request. The staff are very helpful and cooperative. One of the best choice for those who want relaxing environment without any noises of traffic, clubs and people.

This neglected hotel has potential, but in it's current state is to be avoided. My room was dark and the pillows hard. The sink didnt flush and the aircon barely worked. Worst of all you can hear other guests as the walls are paper thin. And the water in the swimming pool was as green as grass!

A nice and simple hotel. Good breakfast, lovely area and beautiful rooms. The only downside are the showers, which aren't very practical.

The room was kept clean. Bug and ants, you never get rid off in places like Ubud. Consider this and those similar places as simply a place to sleep in. Pool looked clean, i didn’t try. You get what you pay for. Can’t complain about that.

We have been in this hotel during our "bite and run" trip to Bali, we arrived quite late in evening (around 9pm) and the owner come to welcome us explaining us that twice at week there is a traditional puppet show in the structure (unlucky we arrived late for it and we not stayed long enough for could see it again.), and then we have been guided to our room, quite big and well-kept, clean and comfortable, I literally loved the style of the structures, really good looking and typical. Breakfast is simple but satisfying, where you could chose between three different sets and with two really nice girls that works at breakfast zone that make you have a nice breakfast. Owner is really nice and friendly, all these points made the stay here really enjoyable! The only bad side is that the shower takes around five minutes with water open before you could get it hot, but it is not really a bad point after all if you are not too pretentious. If I'd back in Bali I would surely come back here.

Service was good. The bathroom was shocking to see ants crawling along the walls. The walls of this hotel is bad as I complained about the neighbours being very loud at a late night and even early morning 4am and 6:30am.

The bathroom was very dirty, the sink was broken and clogged. They did not clean the room every day. The breakfast was tasty, however there was just 3 options to choose from. The location of the hotel was very good although, near to Monkey Forest, Ubud Palace, Ubud Arket and Saraswati Temple. The employees were nice.

Beauty garden and pool. Very close to center, good breakfast. Room missing light, can hear everything next door by the ceiling, small animals runing in the ceiling too, sink about to fall down, nowhere to put you soap in shower, bathroom complitly wet after shower and damp smell, loud music from bars until late and the worth ever when you go to sleep , you pilow stink damp, and damp stain !! ...

Really nice accommodation with a friendly welcome but not the cheapest and no cooking/fridge facilities on offer. It’s a great location and has a small swimming pool

Amazing potential and terrible execution. The only positive thing with this place is the location. Our room moldy, smelled bad. Dirty sheets. Both bed side lamps not working, no hot water (was fixed). Smelly towels and alge green pool. Please please please invest in this place!!! It can easily be a 40$ per night place if you invest in it.

Hotel with a excellent location, convenient to all tourist attractions. Pretty garden and clean pool. Room dated but fairly clean, in line with price (get your own shampoo & shower gel, they only offer towels) Helpful staff. Bar across the street stops music at a decent hour, otherwise very quiet. Can't complain for the price.

We love the location of this hotel, it’s in the Ubud Center where you can easily access everything such as Markets, Convenient Store, Temples, restaurants etc. The hotel staff are all friendly and nice, they always kept the room clean whenever we go out of the room. The wifi is good. They have free water for the guests. However, their kitchen is kinda mess and unclean. We’re hesitant to use the kitchen utensils and other things here, so we just bought outside. But overall, we had a great stay here for 5 nights.
