I
was
curious
why
the
ratings
were
low
overall
and
it
seems
like
this
hostel
has
existed
for
years
and
it's
probably
had
a
change
of
management
over
time.
The
oldest
review
on
here
is
11
years
old!
I
might
be
wrong,
but
someone
told
me
this
used
to
be
a
party
hostel,
which
was
really
surprising.
There
are
lots
of
negative
ones
which
don't
reflect
the
current
hostel,
I
feel
like
they
should
probably
recreate
the
google
maps
page
for
the
hostel
Anyway,
it
was
a
great
hostel.
Clean,
modern
dorms,
plenty
of
chillout
areas
(covered
from
the
rain),
lots
of
plug
sockets
in
the
common
area,
relaxing
pool,
by
the
rice
fields
so
it
is
peaceful.
Free
water
right
outside
the
dorm.
It
is
not
really
a
social
hostel,
I
think
this
is
because
the
common
area
is
so
big,
people
end
up
being
spaced
out
so
they
talk
less.
I'm
sure
people
will
talk
to
you
if
you
approach
them.
I
didn't
mind
though
because
I
wanted
to
be
alone
during
my
stay
and
was
glad
I
could
work
quietly.
The
bathrooms
need
refurbishing
(at
least
in
the
dorm
i
had,
but
I
think
it's
nicer
in
the
more
expensive
dorm),
but
for
the
price
you
pay
it's
definitely
worth
it.
It's
also
nearby
lots
of
yoga
and
spa
places,
and
places
to
eat,
and
you
can
walk
campuhan
ridge/paths
through
the
rice
terraces.
I
went
to
ubud
yoga
house
during
my
stay
which
was
great
with
a
lovely
walk
on
the
way.
If
you
need
a
restaurant
recommendation
nearby,
warung
gauri
is
cheap
with
good
service
:),
and
lazy
cats
cafe
which
has
a
very
cool
interior,
and
is
vegetarian.
