One of the best places we have stayed at. The staff is amazing and the view is breathtaking. The breakfast and afternoon tea and snacks were great. The infinity pool is refreshing. The room and bathroom was spacious and very clean. We loved every minute of our stay here. The location is very central. Easy walking distance to town and other restaurants

Fantastic stay, well priced and amazing staff. They were really helpful, especially when I lost my glasses. The included breakfast is fantastic and comprises a sweet breakfast, savoury, coffee and juices. It kept me full till dinner everyday. Sunset mojitos on Saturdays are a guaranteed hit. Hotel grounds are easily walkable and very picturesque with an avenue of leaning bamboo. Rooms are well managed, cleaned and conditioned. The infinity pool is lovely, especially at sunset. The concierge will also help guide you to things to see and do in Bali, and book activities where required. Food recommendations for places to try really authentic Balinese food were absolutely spot on. Would highly, highly recommend this stay.

Lovely hotel we spent our honeymoon in one of their one bedroom villas. The place is beautiful. The villa is spacious with a Private swimming pool. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is by order and u can have it in your room, the French toast is especially delicious! The location is nice you’re in walking distance to many shops, restaurants and cafes, yet it is quiet in the hotel. We had a lovely stay. Thank you Goya!!!

Amazing hotel within walking distance to Ubud centre. Peaceful place to relax with a stunning view from the pool area. The villa was luxury and spacious. Great selection for breakfast. All the staff were kind and happy to help. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

A sensational stay at Goya! Ubud can be quite stimulating, but walking into Goya is like stepping into a breath of the freshest mountain air. We stayed in a villa which was extraordinary, and quite excessive for our type of travel. BUT, the villa was amazing and felt so good to be in luxury for a few days. Our breakfasts were top of the line, and we didn’t have any other meals there. We only visited the spa for the complimentary foot massage (!!!), but it looks like a restorative environment. The staff are so warm, so kind, and we loved the location of Goya for walking around Ubud.

We had a fantastic time at Goya Boutique Resort. The setting was fantastic - I don’t think I could tire of looking at the rainforest from the pool area! The room was large and well appointed, food was very good, including the breakfasts, and the hotel is in a pretty good spot in relation to the town of Ubud. What impressed me most however was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and every single one of the team were fantastic!

We stayed in a one bedroom private villa. The villa and the resort are very lux, beautiful and clean. Unfortunately the service and food does not match. The staff are friendly however they just don't have the finesse that other resorts do at a similar price. The staff are helpful when asked but otherwise seem young and preoccupied. The food and drinks are average at best. If you have breakfast in your villa no one comes back to collect the plates. We had staff come to our villa for different reasons and they just walk past the empty plates/rubbish. I did see another guest who wanted to use the pool, asked for a pool towel, easily 20 min later he was still waiting for a towel whilst the staff take photos of the sunset. I did ask if there was a manager however no management onsite. Disappointed as we were looking forward to staying with you.

Exactly where you want to be to get the best of of both worlds. Great pool overlooking lush valley of Ubud where you can chill & heal and situated at Bisma where you can easily hop into trendy cafes. Big and great room with excellent service. Would recommend this resort for sure!

Absolutely loved staying at Goya - it was heaven. The place is so beautiful - gorgeous gardens. Two infinity pools overlooking rainforest. Rooms were roomy, clean and fitted out with lovely furnishings and thoughtful touches. The staff and service was outstanding. We traveled with our 9 month old and they were very accommodating towards him. We also did the cooking class - made four dishes and got a certificate with the recipes on the back. A great experience. Would definitely stay here again - thank you Goya for making our stay so memorable!

Great place to stay in Ubud. Friendly, clean. Fantastic pool, senstational breakfast (did not try dinner). Back for sure if we are in Ubud again. Maybe the largest bed I have ever seen 2.5x2 meters. :-)

We really enjoyed the Goya for its service and wonderful staff, fantastic breakfast and quiet, spacious rooms. The pools are beautiful. The location too is good and only a 15 minute walk to the bustling centre. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Best hotel out of the three I stayed at in Bali. I stayed at the Kayumanis and the Westin and the service and stay was far superior. 1. The room was beautiful, spacious and it contained everything we needed, they decorated the bed and gave us a honeymoon cake. It’s quite normal for a 5 star hotel to give you a honeymoon cake, The Kayumanis and the Westin are 5 star hotels and they didn’t even acknowledge our honeymoon !! So the Goya goes really above service and personalization. The breakfast was fantastic- the options and selections was great and you could order as much as you wanted, I tried the French toast which was the best I’ve ever had and the eggs Benedict. The swimming pools and view was great, the hotel is peaceful as it’s small, it’s personalized, family style, you always have a chair, you always have space. The service was also excellent by all the staff, all workers were friendly and happy to help and all delivered a great service. Negatives - I was woken at 7:00am one morning, I don’t know what it was, it was from above my head I think it was very loud almost sounded like water noise, not sure if this is something with changing the water …. Or someone had a shower and the pipes were above my room, this is something the hotel could look into and improve. It would be good to have some WhatsApp or something, so guests can ask questions if they need assistance. Cocktails were more expensive than other places- otherwise I would order more and more. Other than that I couldn’t find any faults. The hotel does mention about the local construction. But this didn’t bother me or wake us. I wish I stayed longer !!

Great hotel near to the hustle of Ubud centre but just on the edge. Rooms really nice, nice infinity pool, great restaurant and food but the staff and management make this a great hotel to come to. Will definitely come back here.

This place is a dream - don't hesitate to book! We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and it was beautiful, modern and spacious. The service is impeccable. They do everything to make you feel welcome. The pool area and view is gorgeous. The bartender makes fantastic drinks. The staff is so helpful, they provided great recommendations of where to eat locally. We highly recommend Goya and wish we could have stayed longer :)

Can't wait to visit this magnificent place again. We stayed for approximately 1.5 weeks at this gorgeous hotel on the recommendation of a friend, and the staff became extended family members to us. They had clean gorgeous rooms with a beautiful view, 2 lovely infinity pools, and sumptuous food lest I forget nice cocktails 🍸. The staff were super friendly, and I ended up learning some local language from them. 6 stars + 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Stayed with my best friends here. We really had a great stay. Goya is very nice and luxurious resort. Room is spacious and clean. Great infinity pool with breathtaking view. The staffs very friendly and excellent service. Definitely will comeback again next time with friends and family.

Absolutely Love Goya. Great location. All the staffs are so attentive. The room is spacious with big and comfortable bed. The also offer free high tea 3-5pm. We had a great 3 hour Romantic Spa and it include either a healthy lunch or a romantic dinner at the side of the pool.

Fantastic place! On top of what everybody has already written, which is 100% true - the place is beautiful, the food, the pool, and everything... I will also add an emphasis on how friendly and nice the staff is. In the middle of the night, in case of a medical condition, the staff helped us find quickly a medical treatment and evacuation, escorting us throughout the whole process including transportation when needed. They were simply A+ I couldn't recommend this place, enough!

Fantastic hotel. Stayed in a villa. Very large and spacious bedroom and bathroom. Very tall ceilings were great. Bed was very comfortable and clean. A couple of mosquitos but the hotel staff was very accommodating at lit a mosquito coil outside our room every night and gave us a in room mosquito repellent. Very friendly staff. They took care of all of our needs. The breakfast was really nice. Very good scrambled eggs and dragon fruit bowl. Gorgeous property that was very well taken care of. Highly recommend and will Plan to stay again.

Excellent Boutique Hotel. We stayed in a Double Deluxe room which was really spacious, clean, modern and even had a balcony overlooking the forest (but we did not use due to mosquitoes and other insects entering the room). This is the friendliest hotel we have stayed at, the staff were always so warm and welcoming and nothing was too much. The breakfast is amazing and made to your request, the view at breakfast over the infinity pool and into the forest is breathtaking. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Ubud, our expectations have been set high for the rest of our Bali trip.

Everything is good. Friendly staff, nice food. However, shuttle bus booking can be quite challenging. Otherwise, can't fault in them.

Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful view from the infinity pool and the best breakfast we had during our whole stay in Bali. The deluxe room was spacious and nicely decorated. There is a construction site next to the resort, which was filled with water during our stay and probably because of which we could smell the damp in our room, but there was no problem with switching the rooms. A nice hotel to stay in when you are visiting Ubud.

Can’t fault our three nights at Goya. The staff were tremendously attentive and polite. The location is within walking distance of the main strip yet if you don’t fancy it a hotel shuttle is available for free. The infinity pool faces west so the sunsets are epic. Clean modern rooms with enormous beds. Would recommend eating lunch / dinner at one of the many other restaurants around town. Breakfasts were good and coffee excellent.
