First of all stuff are amazing helpful and kind people we loved them a lot 😉 Breakfast is weak so if you are family portion is so small and and no variations. ( No Cheese, Olives,Salami,Fruits) Pool is quite nice and clean Room is really big but no wiew in front of your balcony really big wall. Hotel restaurant same price with outside. Location is amazing specialy if you have kids with you. Last warning : If you are booking via booking.com they don't show the breakfast price on the list so for my daughter I had to pay extra 400.000 IDR for 4 nights.

Ideally located hotel in the heart of Ubud. Generous rooms beautifully appointed. Peaceful pool set amongst the tree tops. Wonderful friendly staff particularly Tika at reception. Excellent customer service skills. Highly recommend

I have been a repeat customer for years, close to 10. I have stayed at this location and Tangga Yuda, both of which I am extremely satisfied with. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They remember our name and converse with us at the breakfast table. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. I prefer the lower floor because the higher floor has the view of other buildings, being in the city centre. For us quiet is important, and we can't hear noise from outside or our next door neighbors (maybe we were lucky this time). Overall, would recommend and would come back again.

We stayed in the 2-bedroom villa (Room 4107) and there were 4 adults and 2 young children. Pros: - Rooms were modern and well-equipped with USB chargers, TV had YouTube and Netflix, etc - Complimentary water, cookies - There was a living area and the outdoor lounge area was also spacious. 2 rooms were divided by the outdoor area so there was enough privacy. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious - Staff were amazing! - Breakfast was set menu, simple but tasty, especially the nasi and mee goreng Cons - One of the bathroom didn't have enough privacy because we could look in. Ok if u are staying with family but a bit strange with friends. - They wanted to charge 200k for each child for breakfast which I thought was too much.

We had an amazing stay in Ubud at Komaneka Rasa Sayang. Filled with lush greenery’s and beautiful setup. Loved the ambiance. It’s located in the mid of the main ubud market. It was definitely a treat to stay here.

Would highly recommend the hotel. Room was well equipped and we loved how green the hotel was, beautiful garden between the rooms. Staff were super friendly. Loved the pool that you overlook for breakfast where you can spot monkeys swinging in the jungle backdrop. Location is perfect for Ubud, it's central enough to walk to everything but feels incredibly quiet compared to the manic streets closer to the palace. Thank you for a memorable stay

Beautiful place. They don't have a garden but the entire building looks like grew out of the jungle. Pool is big enough to swim even with other people in it. Food is very good. Ala carte menu. Variety in the morning. Great service. Spacious room. Very close to everything in Ubud. Great stay. I am grateful for being there.

The best, luxurious hotel in the heart of Ubud. My partner and I booked a last minute, 3-night stay here. We had already been in Bali for 3 weeks and before transitioning to our next Villa for our second month here, wanted to splurge on this hotel. No regrets! The room was huge with a seating area and soaking bathtub. Very comfortable and clean. One of the best beds I’ve slept in in Bali. Cold AC, hot water, room service, amazing amenities, and kind staff. We are already talking about when we come back to Bali (likely next year) we will stay here again and for longer.

Komaneka Rasa Sayang is a very beautiful hotel, the amenities are complete and the place itself is located near restaurants and bars. All staff are friendly and courteous, breakfast is awesome, and pool area has a very exotic feel to it. I believe the room is worth 3x more than what we paid for due to the size and everything it comes with. Wonderful experience !

Exceptional. Right off Jalan Monkey Forest but once inside it’s like being out in the jungle. A bit beyond my usual price range but was well worth the splurge. Well appointed large rooms, comfortable beds, fast WiFi, pool with a view and the friendliest staff.

Central location surrounded by cafes, galleries and boutiques but still quiet. Beautiful, spacious rooms. Gentle and attentive staff. Totally loved it.

Great hotel, with gorgeous architecture near to shopping and monkey forest and other major attractions . Staff are really friendly. At every turn, they have been amazing. Ari from the reception team really helpful and she helped us to book tours at last minute.Will definitely recommend this hotel again.

We have stayed at Komaneka resort Many times over the years and returned after 5 years to this wonderful resort . The rooms are spacious , staff are so intensive and know how the make you feel at home . Yesterday we actually didn’t leave the resort and spend a very relaxing day by the pool over looking a jungle garden valley with a river running through . We highly recommend this resort .

The location is nice, close to the Ubud central. There are many nearby shop and resto. + the room is spacious + they have bath up and provide nice smell soap and lotion plus mosquito’s spray + the internet connection is good + they provide cookies in the room 😂 - the breakfast option is so disappointed and boring for that price :(. I expected more, as even for a hotel much more cheaper than them serve better and various option - (I think) there many rats on the ceiling, as it’s so louded moreover on the evening, like some rats are running all over the ceiling. It must not cat, because we didnt heat any meow. - only 2 bottle of water (500mL each) per day? :(

Loved our stay in May 2023 at this lovely hotel. Check inn was smooth and we loved this hotel from the minute we entered the room. Large room and spotless clean.The bed was comfy and we slept like a baby. Loved the a la carte breakfast with also lots of healthy choices. In the middle of the breakfast restaurant there was also a small buffet for juices and fruits and yoghurt. The staff was so friendly and warm. One of the best and I like to compliment them. One of the biggest reason I would come back for. The pool area and pool is clean and refreshing . Enough sun beds when I visited . The location in Ubud is so convenient. Right in the middle of Ubud. We would recommend this hotel to everybody .

Welcoming staff, beautiful place in the center of the ubud. We reached there very late in the evening to check the availability of the room. We don’t have any high expectations. This place surprised us. The entrance look small but when we went inside the place it’s quite big. They make us our check in quick since we were very tired. I would like to thank you the team specially Dw Ode. I really recommend the place.

We were very happy with our hotel choice in Ubud. Although the hotel is situated in central Ubud , it’s very quite and peaceful here . The à la carte breakfast was fantastic. Much better than most hotel restaurant buffets. The rooms are also very spacious and clean. But what really sets this hotel apart is it’s staff. There were always so helpful, nice and they truly do the best they can to make your stay as nice as possible. 5 stars through and through!

Nice place to stay, a little bit overpriced but location and room have been really cool. Staff attitude is amazing. However there is not much public areas and no territory, but it’s ok cause the hotel is in the city center anyway. We had a little incident in the end with the laundry bag, where we’ve been keeping our dirty clothes. We’ve packed it in our suitcase when leaving and it turned out to be ‘such a precious bag’, so the personal demanded it back. It was not cool to unpack in the lobby and take out our stuff in front of everyone else, so I offered to buy it. They charged it for 20$, can you believe it? We stayed there for 8 days in total. So, finally, I just took my things out. That’s a shame!

The rooms are beautiful and spacious while still being price-friendly. The staff are among the nicest people I’ve ever met always greeting you with a smile whenever you come back to the hotel. The hotel breakfast is delicious. The only issue I have is that the Wi-Fi doesn’t work. This is fine though because we had SIM cards which you can buy for cheap.

Great central hotel in the middle of Ubud centre with easy access to both Ubud center for shopping and monkey forest on the other side. We have stayed in other Komaneka properties but this was our first stay at Rasa Sayang and we had a pleasant stay. The rooms are of bigger size compared to other hotels in the same category and the space was well designed and decorated for comfort and ambience. Great value for $ for the space, comfort, food and service standards. Without a doubt Komaneka always stands out in this mid tier category with their well trained staff and right price point in all categories (hotel, restaurant, spa). Service by the staff is Komaneka standards, well trained and well looked after staff which translates into impeccable service with a smile all the time. When you get speaking with the staff, you can see the komaneka group looks after their staff very well and they are genuinely invested in providing the best service. Great stuff by the management team for both training their staff, holding the service in such high standards and looking after the staff. Complimentary high tea is always a delight with a rotation of Balinese items that we looked forward to every day. Breakfast options came with a good choice between western and Balinese dishes. Overall a great property and a good spot if you want to base yourself in Ubud center.

We stayed here since Monday night. Staff are very nice, honest, helpful. Breakfast menu has a variety of selection from drinks, starter, main breakfast course and it’s all included when we checked in. The place is very quiet, calm. The pool is lovely.

Stayed in Komaneka Rasa Sayang for 4 days, the hospitality is top notch- from security to the room service who cleaned our room perfectly everyday. Everyone is warm and welcoming. Really love how gorgeous and spacious the room is. The breakfast taste can be improved. Having breakfast overlooking the idyllic pool is something to remember though. Thank you Komaneka team for lovely stay.

My stay at Komaneka at Rasa Sayang was truly incredible. The property is surrounded by the rainforest and is a tropical paradise set slightly back from a main road. You get the best of both worlds - absolute peace and tranquility inside the resort and yet a stones throw from all of the best restaurants and shops in Ubud. The staff were incredible and the room was truly stunning. I stayed here for a week and it was not long enough. Five star experience from my perspective having stayed in numerous 5-star resorts worldwide. Loved every minute of it and can’t thank management enough for the care and help throughout my stay in Ubud.

What a wonderful place! Not sure we expected too much but this hotel is family run and they continuously went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The pool is really amazing, out back and overlooking a small piece of forest over a canyon. We stayed in the 2-bedroom roof top villa/suite and everything was well kept (almost the standard of a 5* hotel). The architecture is basic but because it is purposely overgrown you feel like in a nature sanctuary. We were here over Christmas and the family had organised an amazing night!

Superb hotel in the heart of Ubud. The room is very spacious with all the necessary comfort. The service and the staff are simply fantastic. The framework of the swimming pool is top! We highly recommend it.

Poor service. Usually stay in 2 places per holiday. This was the second. Both highly rated but the service here was not so good. Have to justify what you want. I wanted a mosquito wall plug and after being denied couple times, and then saying they don’t have it, they finally gave it to me. (This was after another room informed me they got one earlier). Breakfast is the most appalling part of this trip. You order a “main” and the partial buffet is pretty bare. Have a look at pic. The “main” was a sunny side up egg. Let’s just say I’ll never go back there

Each and everything abt this place is perfect. We stayed here for 2 days to celebrate my wifes bday. And they did a splendid job. They have a romantic candle night package which is a grt exprnce. Food is amazing rooms are spacious and very very clean and its right in the centre of Ubud. Tika and dian were specially very warm and helpful no exception to the other staff too. Must stay here for utmost luxury

Stayed here for 3 nights. Here are my overall reviews Good: 1. For IDR 1 mil you get quite a spacious bedroom , clean , and with a balcony 2. Staff are generally friendly and helpful (but.... cont below) 4. The room' s curtain can be shut to make the room completely dark, this is a plus for me, since I am a light sleeper 3. Location is awesome, right in the middle of ubud heart , walking distance to the busiest street in Ubud , ubud market , and ubud temple Bad: 1. Albeit staff are generally friendly, but I find the way they do things are quite... robotic. I.e once I called the receptionist and told them to send a house keeping staff because there are few things I wanted to throw out.. few moments later, the house keeping guy showed up along with a huge rubbish bag (already used and filled with rubbish, so it has a strong unpleasant smell) to my door. I mean I am thankful that they are attending to my request.. but I think this is just a bit off..? 2. The door (i assume) is quite light, hence everytime the nearby guest is closing / opening their room's door, our door will start to shack and create a loud banging sound. This is quite annoying since I am a light sleeper and it happens every morning staring from 7am 3. Breakfast really needs an improvement both from taste and service. There was practically not enough staff attending the breakfast area (and this is not busy season yet)

Fantastic hotel in the middle of Ubud. Everything is within walking distance from the hotel. The staff is attentive and very friendly. I so much recommend this hotel if you stay in Ubud. Shopping, restaurants, warungs all is really close. The hotel has a nice pool with loung chairs.

Wonderful stay at Komaneka. First time in Bali and we were so impressed by the fantastic and friendly staff and beautiful facilities. Great location for visiting Ubud too. Would love to come back!!

I’m currently staying at this hotel, and it has been an disappointing experience. The hotel is really beautiful and the staff are very polite, which is why I’m giving it two stars. But there is A LOT of deficiencies. -The check in was 45 minutes delayed, and we were an hour early, so there was a lot of waiting to get our room -There aren’t tables enough at the hotel restaurant, so you have to stand in line to eat breakfast. There aren’t enough staff to wait on the tables -The internet connection is so bad -There is only eight sun beds at the pool -We have to go to the reception to ask the staff to clean the room and bring soap, water etc. they don’t do it by themselves during the day I definitely had higher expectations for this place
