We stayed inside the junior suite room for multiple times. And really loved the ambience of the area. You will get a whole package recreation while staying at this hotel. If you're looking for a quiet and peaceful hotel but not far from city centre, this is the place. Walking distance to Ubud centre approx 10minutes, while to rice terrace is not so far. You can try the shuttle service in the hotel. Service is so warm and attentive. Try the spa and massage service, it was so magical and peaceful. Def will stay here again.

We are staying in the hotel and it is really disappointing. Writing first the positive part as the list of negatives is longer. (+) The people at front desk are kind and helpful. Good, efficient and free shuttle service to Ubud center is available. Balcony and doors to balcony give a good open feel to the room. Sufficient toiletries, was missing hand washing soap but we got it with a simple call at reception. Still not taken breakfast here, but hoping it should be good considering the breakfast box we got for our early visit to Bali attractions. (-) The rooms are really small and difficult to even keep 2 luggage bag . The bed is comfortable but small overall (with 1 pillow at back rest a 6ft person would not fit in). The bathroom is also very small and congested. The lights in the room are close to the bed, so lights can't be switched on without disturbing the other person sleeping. Also there is only one switch (near the door) that switches on all the lights, even the ones on bed side, so if this switch is off you can't switch on the light on bedside. Poor sound proofing in the room, able to hear conversation from adjoining room. Bedsheet had a stain, not sure if we really got clean set of bed lenin. Overall it an expensive hotel not justifying the price. At the same price or lesser, better options should be available in Ubud. Surely cheaper and much better options are available in other parts of Bali. We would not visit this property again for this price.

Let me first say my stay is during the pandemic, so there are basically no guests in the hotel. It's so quiet, peaceful, no noise or disturbances. Rooms are spacious and modern. Bathroom is awesome. The hotel is about 500 meters from the main area of Ubud which is gr8 but you'll still need to arrange a scooter. About 300 meters down the road there is a cute cafe that serves French pastries, French sandwiches etc. Ubud is awesome.

Very good hotel! The staff are really friendly. Not in the centre of Ubud, but very easy to get to (15 min walk). The breakfast is superb! The rooms are good, at first the bed wasn't very clean and neither were the towels, but we asked for a change and they were very meticulous. Their spa massages are great, a bit more expensive than elsewhere but worth it. They could add some sunbed at the pool. Definitely recommend!

Great rooms and facilities. Reception and management team on site to solve every little travel and logistics problems as may occur. Given the out of center location, the courteous and kind drivers of the free shuttle make your commute easy. The breakfast was better than usual, good selection and freshness of ingredients. The in house Spa has some of the best therapeuts and massage room encountered while in Bali, worth the little extra by far. Worth the little premium, check their website for great offers.

This facility itself looks great. Surrounded by forests greenery, nice pools, some good Balinese art decorations. The location is not exactly walkable to Ubud Center. You either need to bike or take a taxi and you can expect to pay standard 50K IDR for taxi one way. So the disappointment to me at this hotel was the breakfast. At the first look it seemed Like a lavish breakfast buffet however none of hot dishes were hot. Most were warm. The breads, croissant type assortments were fine. Service at buffet was not up to mark. Having stayed at some other resorts at Bali where breakfast was amazing, this one stands as an avg at best.

Mixed feelings towards this hotel. Overall, there’s nothing really bad with it, but also nothing really good. The rooms are decent and moderately clean, the pool is nice and the atmosphere feels very resorty in the old fashioned way. However, there are a few things I wasn’t happy with: - You need transport. It’s a 20 min walk until you reach the lively neighborhoods - Breakfast was mediocre to bad. There was variety but everything was bland. Some of the foods didn’t look fresh and the drinking station seriously needs some cleaning - They use smokey mosquito repellent (good!), they don’t tell you when they use it (bad). I was relaxing in the room when it was suddenly filled with smoke. I thought something was on fire. Not the chill vacation experience I imagined. - Room service didn’t really show up consistently. On the last day, they did show up and woke us up with 2-3 rings at 7am even though the checkout was at 12pm.

My husband and I spent 4 nights at the Best Western Premier Agung. Our room was spacious, clean and with all the amenities you would expect of a quality 4 star hotel. The pool area is impressive and the gardens/landscaping are lovely. Breakfast is extensive and varied. The food stations are constantly replenished. However the best thing about the resort is the quality of the staff especially at reception and in the restaurant. They are without exception friendly, professional and focussed on the experience of their guests. We have stayed at the Best Western Premier Agung several times now and it's pleasing to see the high standards being maintained.

We checked in today at Best western ubud and it was disappointing to know that they are not fully operational and plenty of things are not working. No 24/7 hot water No yoga classes No facilities for lunch / dinner Half of the rooms are non functional They should have told these at the time of booking rather than on arriving there. As Ubud has plenty of other good options, we would have preferred to stay somewhere else.

Standard hotel chain, with the average breakfast (little choice of healthy food) and okay service (had to change the keys 3 times before we could get into the room). It’s quite noisy as you can hear the steps, door sound and other guests from the hall side. The bed with the mattress is very nice though, cleaning service is good.

Wow!!! What a great hotel. I visited this hotel and toured around because I was staying at another place, Alam Ubud, which I hated. Because I was able to compare, I know what a great hotel this was. Not only was it clean, every room came with umbrellas and slippers. The pool, the spa, the fitness room, the restaurant, everything was opened and more importantly things seemed CLEAN. They have a free shuttle that brings you Ubud center although you can pretty much walk there within 10-15 mins. We have different types of birds so if you want a more quieter room you can choose the jungle view. It's a bit further out from the center but it's great because that way it's more quiet and away from the hustle bustle. I have not personally stayed at this hotel, But the hospitality was great and I highly recommend a try!

I've stayed for one night during my trip in Ubud. The room is nice and luxurious. Staff are friendly, and during these days they offer pool package with standard price. I recommend this to those who want to spend short getaway in Bali

In my opinion it is one of the best resort in Bali. There is no way to reduce one star for this resort. The rooms are very clean and tidy, for the service I want to give 6star (if I have the option😄) and location is 1.5 km away from Ubud market. Also I want to mention, the environment is very peaceful here. So if you want to just sit back and relax then it could be your perfect choice.

Fantastic hotel located just a little away from the Ubud centre (the hotel's shuttle service made it very easily accessible.) We enjoyed our stay here and absolutely loved the breakfast spread each day (despite being vegetarians!) The resort is very well maintained, and the staff was super helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Gede from the reception for his superb hospitality and services!

Love, love this hotel. Feeling very safe and Very quiet. Service are wonderful, beautiful people and culture. They are very attentive and kind for our needs. I will definitely choose Best Western hotel again!!! Thank you for all your help!!! Just want to mention Gede who is the receptionist at best western. In the last minute, He made our trip to Gilli very possible and smooth. He made sure all our questions answered and he was very tentative for what we need and made sure the trip went well. Thank you again Gede for everything!

We were told most people stay two nights. We stayed eight nights at this hotel, and on the last day I said, Are we leaving already?! Excellent service, courteous and smiling staff everywhere, Gede and all the others. I wish we had got all their names, but they went out of their way. Every morning Yuni or one of her colleagues came up to tell us they would be happy to prepare something vegetarian if we hadn't found what we wanted at the breakfast buffet. But we ate royally every day.

This was a 3 night stay with my partner Beautiful spot.. The hotel is located remotely in quite peaceful area. On entering the reception to bedrooms the area is clean and tidy decorated with green flowery plants and sculptors. The restaurant is well situated in middle clean and tidy. The rooms are spacious clean and tidy. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Only weak point was that there is no lift in the building. To go to our room we had to use 3 flights of stairs.

A typical top class star hotel. Great service. Amazing swimming pool. Comfortable rooms. Tasty food. Perfect location just outside the bustling town but close enough. Not sure if it’s in all rooms but we experienced a problem where we heard the neighbors’ alarms and woke up. Also, when they were cleaning the room a floor above, it came down loud and heavy on us. Unbearable headache for 30 mins or so. They compensated with a complementary dinner.

Views in the photos from garden view room second floor.Entrance to the hotel.Corridor of the second floor, entrance of the rooms. Last picture view in the spa, massage room. Highly recommend the hotel.Clean, quiet location, beautiful views, tasty breakfast that's included.Bicycles are first come first serve usage included in the stay. Only thing it's 40 min walk to main street attractions of Ubud, but taxi is easy to get.

Excellent location, 15 minute walk from the buzz of centre Ubud. Staff wonderful and professional- no hard selling about trips in the area. Nice restaurant, great pool area and views of the surrounding jungle. We went for pool view rooms. Each had a balcony, bath etc. Exactly as per the description online- couldn't fault it. We hope to return.

The room rate was excellent, and the service too. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room cleanliness was good. This is one of my fav hotel in Ubud and we had stayed there several times. This hotel also suitable for family with kids, the pool was great.

One of the best resorts in Ubud Centre. The room is very spacious, the facilities are great for the 4 star quality. The staff are friendly, hospitable, and deliver amazing service. I would highly recommend solo, couple, or even group to stay at this accommodation. Btw, I even brought my regular groups staying at this resort 🙏😊

I loved my stay here! The staff were so accommodating and helped me with some activities - also with a beautiful room that was quiet and over looking the jungle which was amazing. The restaurant was perfect - loved breakfast also. It’s close to town I walked each day - you can also get a Gojek:) I highly recommend and felt very comfortable here.

Visited in August 2022 as part of a Klook package that offered an hour massage at this property. Views are amazing from the massage room! There’s also a big area for you to shower post-massage. Quality of massage was alright. Some drinks are offered post-massage where there are nice small tents around to relax and chill. Staff are pretty friendly all-in-all.

Had booked this place last minute as my already booked villa was below standards, thanks to Ms. Kadek at the reception who was super helpful in blocking the only room available. She is a super host and helped us with the room upgrade the next day and also since it was our anniversary she decorated the room. Overall the service, the stay and the food was fantastic. Really enjoyed my stay here for 3 days. Thank you Ms. Kadek once again for being an amazing host.

Good place to stay. The rooms and the hotel in general is very clean. The service was great. The breakfast was really good and with many options. It is walking distance from the center but they also offer a shuttle bus for the ones that rather not to walk.

we had a great time here. Brekafast was good. Nothing was a hassle. Lovely staff. Room nice and clean. Only tiny, tiny complaint is that the pillows onnthe bed were hard and to high. But not a biggie. We really enjoyed it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Best Western Premier Agung Resort, and I can say that it’s without a doubt one of the best experiences. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and provided remarkable service. They were really friendly and genuinely cared about making my stay as comfortable as possible. I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Excellent hotel even more so considering the price. Service was good, and my room was overlooks the pool and countryside which was great. Breakfast had both traditional and European style food. The hotel is about 20 mins walk from the centre

The night we came it was raining and our booking was not on the system ( we booked it a week before), but the front desk was very kind and helpful, they provide the room right away. And all the staff were very kind and polite. The room was nice and clean. Pool is not too big but enough for soak and dip.

I'd say the best room I've ever stayed in whilst in bali. Absolutely amazing, Downside was the doors glass made a racket when opening and closing. Location wise is up the top of the hill, so away from the very busy traffic and noise. Few minutes on a scooter or and steep hill walk if you don't mind the uphill walk in the intense heat.

Absolutely 10/10 recommend if you want a good night's rest after a big trip! So nice to kick off my shoes and relax after a busy day of travel and before a long flight the next morning. Room was extremely clean, peaceful, bed very comfy! Staff was absolutely phenomenal and went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. I struggle with an anxiety disorder, especially when traveling solo so the kindness of the staff was grestly appreciated! Restaurant serves high quality food and drink and it was great. All in all, I will absolutely stay here again. One of my best hotel experiences ever!! 😍

Wow!! One of the most wonderful hotels I have ever gotten to stay at. The hotel is located a quick 10 minute walk from the main Ubud town. The staff at the resort are so wonderful and kind and I can’t say enough about how great they are. They all smiled, had a chat, learned your name, and really made the stay so special. The room itself was modern and beautiful with a lovely balcony, shower, and bath. The breakfast buffet was absolutely fantastic and was the highlight of every morning. If you are looking for an affordable yet luxurious stay in Ubud close to town, I highly highly recommend this hotel!

Good hotel, nice and clean rooms. I don't recommend the spa service and I think they need an upgrade on their breakfast (more european choices will be good idea). Overall, we had good time there.
