Ubud Inn & Spa is a delightful place with a beautiful garden filled with an abundance of flowers and trees. The serene ambiance created by nature is truly enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The staff at the inn were incredibly helpful, going out of their way to assist with any needs or inquiries. Overall, it's a great choice for those seeking a peaceful retreat with a lovely garden, cozy rooms, and a supportive staff.

We had the suite which was lovely and had nice decorations on the bed for our honeymoon. Pancakes for breakfast were nice. Location was great โ€“ right next to monkey forest. Big downside for us was the treatment of the wild monkeys around the area. One of the staff would shoot them with an air gun to scare them off โ€“ which we didnโ€™t feel was very appropriate for a hotel in a monkey forest. Didnโ€™t get to sit and watch all the monkeys roam as other reviews had suggested as they were scared away.

Beds are really comfy, gardens are beautiful. Pool water burns your eyes and the showers in the rooms are revolting, mouldy shower curtains and dirty tiles. Over all desperately in need of renovation

Nice grounds, the rooms have seen better years. They seem a bit old and the beds were not that comfortable. There was a mini fridge and it worked. Bathroom was huge but not super functional. There is a large window with no shade so if you are on the toilet you are getting a tan. Great location.

Stayed here for five nights. The rooms were nice and relatively clean. However, there were some lizards and large bugs in the room throughout the stay. The garden is really nice and well looked after and there is also good pool. I would not recommend eating or drinking in the restaurant, and definitely not wasting any extra money by paying for breakfast with your stay. There are much, much better options available close by. Some of the staff were very friendly, however others were unhelpful and borderline rude. One member of staff was also a bit pushy with suggesting his friend for transport every day. TLDR: a decent place to stay and avoid the restaurant.

Rooms very good, spacious and clean. Shower also clean and spacious, maybe a little old but has a hairdryer. Not bang in the middle of Ubud, but easily walking distance to the centre as well as monkey forest you even see the odd monkey on the hotel ground because it's so close. They get chased away though. Also you can't hear any of the traffic so that was nice. Pool very well maintained and clean. Staff exceptionally friendly. One of the cleaner staff even organised a driver for us for the most important sightseeing around Ubud, for like 1/4 of the price you'd normally pay, so don't hesitate to ask for Made the driver. We had massages after the Batur hike. Not even 10 dollars so that's easy worth it. Some negatives: Breakfast was disappointing, skip it. Tasteless, boring, small portions with odd combinations. Ok it's cheap but just walk 2 mins up the road and you'll have far better breakfast. Internet was dreadful, very slow and cut out often, if you're here for work idk if you'd be satisfied for my 2 minute blog reads at night it was enough. The entire hotel ground is very well maintained, clean and looks tidy and neat. For a 3 -Star hotel it's brilliant.

Ubud Inn is exceptional. The cottages are set in a tropical garden setting (with a 1st and 2nd floor). Luckily, we got a 2nd floor, and our cottage was next to the jungle, so the nightly sounds were amazing. We had a veranda with a table and chairs and a light above. Nice to sit out there in the evening and watch a bat fly around the light eating the bugs it attracts. The interior was spacious and beautiful with a queen bed. The bathroom was clean, but the shower had a toad living in it. I guess he enjoyed the water. We didn't mind, and he probably ate any bugs that ventured in. The pool was nice, with lounge chairs and plants around it. In front of that was a dining room, but we only ate breakfast here (Love that black rice pudding with sliced bananas.) For lunch and dinner, we at out (lunch usually in a restaurant, and dinner in a food court). The inn is on Monkey Forest Road, and at the end of the road is the monkey forest (just a short walk). Buy some bananas there from a seller. The monkeys will love you, and they enjoy posing. Ubud is the culture center of Bali: painters, metal workers, wood carvers, dancers, gamalan music. A dance show is a must see event. Look for one that includes the Monkey Dance (Ketjak). I bought a beautiful painting from one of the galleries. Also, the famous Bali terraced rice fields are nearby. We rented bicycles one day for a wonderous look-see adventure. Definitely go to Ubud if you go to Bali, and I recommend the Ubud Inn (Only $50 a night from Agoda).

Stayed in room 225, it was lovely! Enjoyed food from the restaurant at all times of the day, great menu selection! I had a spa treatment package that was 3 hours which included a Balinese massage, salt rub (I chose it with coconut), a floral bath and facial. It was so relaxing I kept calling asleep! I feel great both in muscle, skin and spirits. I would gladly recommend then and go again myself.

Just okay. Staff are nice and friendly, but rooms don't live up to the standard of a 3-star hotel. Air-con was so old and small it barely cooled down the room to acceptable temperatures and, in general, the room was rather gloomy and sparse. I also would have appreciated it if it had been communicated prior to booking (on the booking website) that the hotel were conducting construction work close to our cottage.

Nice place to stay in Ubud, right in city center steps to all the happening but quite peaceful and quite, close to nature. This estate is close to the mine key Forrest, which is convenient for visiting, and sometime the monkeys escape to come here but itโ€™s quite nice to watch them right in front of your room ๐Ÿ™‚ quite cute and fun and not annoying to us The bathroom is a bit dated though and only has rainshower so not very convenient but for the price itโ€™s ok. There are restaurant right in front of the villas but we were impressed by the food. Better options outside. Spas and pool available which is quite convenient as well but we didnโ€™t use ๐Ÿ™‚

Excellent location to monkey forest, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. I would pay the extra $15 a night and upgrade the room. Quiet location. Nice pool and green space around the resort. Restaurant is good and breakfast is included.

I love how spacious our room was. My bf and I also enjoyed the pool all for ourselves at night so it felt very romantic for us plus the lush garden around. It felt like we were in a paradise. We enjoyed our 1 night stay here.

The place is a walking distance from the monkey forest, and a lot of souvenir shops close by as well. I enjoyed the breakfast at the resturant. The place feels like a jungle which was lovely. The rooms are basic but clean and I wouldn't wish for anything more. It maybe needs a little bit of a renovated furniture.

Stayed 7 nights and our experience was very good. Rooms are spacious and clean, staff are very friendly and happy to assist. We booked several things via the front desk and it was easy and painless. Gardens are very pretty and well kept with a great pool area. It was our one year wedding anniversary during our stay and the staff made it extra special for us.
