This is a fantastic hotel! We just stayed at a 5 star hotel in Seminyak and this honestly felt like it beat that one. Very clean rooms and lobby, nice air conditioning, beautiful strong shower. Rooms seem like they are renovated. Staff are really responsive, friendly and accommodating. Great location with plenty of cafes and restaurants in either direction. Super comfortable stay, my partner and I are very happy and glad we picked this place! Just keep in mind the bathroom has glass walls which was unique but less privacy!

My Hubby booked the hotel with Breakfast. When we arrived, we were told to chose our breakfast choice for tmr morning. He said the Buffet was cancelled , due to low occupancy rate. We were kinda disappointed as this was not being communicated to us and the reviews on Buffet Breakfast was good.We can select 1 main course(nasi goreng, Beehon Goreng, Nasi Campur, Eggs and toast etc.) 1 of the day we selected Omelette and toast. 1 piece of bread for each, and only 1 side is toasted. I think the cook just pan toast the bread on 1 side. 1 of the day, a wrong meal was served to us.The wait was for 15 minutes, so we didn't want to change it. From past reviews, if someone is pooing, you can smell in the whole room. So prepare an air freshener!! On the 3rd day, the TV was not working. Call the front desk and he said he will get the engineer. 1 hour later, he said the engineer had not arrived. 30 minutes later we gave up.We called them and said it's okay. Next day, the TV worked. There are mini-marts on both sides of the main road, for snacks, beers and daily necessities.

The hotel is very nice and fairly well located in the town. The staff is very friendly and gracious. The spa was excellent, I received the best massage I have ever had there. In addition, the breakfast was excellent. We did, however, have an issue with the bathroom in our room having glass walls. There was less privacy than we are a custom to. We also found that although the pool was very beautiful there was limited seating around it. A very nice hotel, but between the glass walls around the bathroom and limited seating around the pool there were design flaws which did not appeal to us.

Great stay. Conveniently located. Took the cooking class…the Chef took us to the market and we cooked a three course Balinese meal. $64 USD for two people including taxes. Well worth the time and money! Highly recommended!

Hotel is really nice, clean and located in a strategic location. You can just walk 100 m to Ubud main road. Staff are friendly and helpful. However, during my stay there, it was coincide with Jokowi stays in Ubud. So he brought with him security team who stayed in this hotel too. Unfortunately, they were very loud and room seems not soundproof. I heard them chatting until midnight, which at that point already getting into my nerve. I complained to the reception and 10 minutes later, they shut up and I could finally sleep. Over all, it's worth the money and I really like this hotel. They also have in-room massage which is also quite cheap.

Super clean, conveniently located, super friendly staff and great breakfast. Only problem was they have transparent bathrooms. So if you are shy and invite friends over, you would feel a bit uncomfortable to use the bathrooms in the room.

Strategic location, with just around 5 to 10 minutes walk to Ubud city centre. Basement parking is available for guests, who use private cars to reach the hotel. Friendly receptionists, as they gave us not only welcome drink but also welcome cake. The hotel exterior looks old but the room interior is very luxurious and modern. Two lifts/elevators are available for us to reach the higher floors, where our room is located in the 5th floor. The room is designed with great detail and very well equipped, even with an ironing board available to use. Drinking water in the room is limited, but we can refill it from the water dispenser, which is located outside the hotel room. The bathroom within the room was very clean and only had glass as a wall, with a curtain around for privacy. The only minus of the bathroom is the sink, which is a bit clogged. Hotel facilities, which include a swimming pool, gym, and spa (available at an affordable rates), are also good even though the size is not too big. Breakfast was included for the superior room rate that we booked, with a wide variety of delicious food and helpful staff. Overall, a very pleasant two nights stays in the best hotel in Ubud city centre.

We were here for our honeymoon and glad we chose the right hotel. The reception and restaurant staff were all very friendly, and the room we stayed in was very clean and well-maintained. The pool is clean too, and not very crowded. The breakfast is also great, with changes in variety daily. The eggs are made to order, unlike in some countries. Its location is great, located in the city center but away from all the crowded areas which makes going back not a hassle. The massage service here is also great, don't miss out on it!

No need to look further. The room and hotel is amazing and clean! The staff here exceeded the 5 star hotel’s staff ive stayed at the second I exited the taxi. I would definitely stay here again just on the basis of how amazing the staff was in welcoming and making us feel like home. And also make sure you dine in their restaurant, amazing halal food for all my muslim brothers and sisters.

The rooms are modern and clean but the bathroom is awkward. Their bathroom doors opening is awkward so it is hard to get in and out the bathroom. They have curtains to close the bathroom but it won’t closed all the way and you can hear everything. The rooms are pretty small and cramped. Their breakfast selection is not good. It is sad since we chose this place based on the reviews saying their breakfast is great. The service is okay. We got sick (massive headache and vomiting) and called the room service to ask if they have medication at the hotel that can help with that. The person told us to go outside and buy medication at the convenience store when I told him we are really sick. The bell boy that helped us with our luggage was rude. He took our stuff downstairs and wanted to just left them. My friend literally needed to tell them to help pushing the cart outside the lobby. Location is pretty far from ubud center. It is good value for the price but you can get better prices with better service at other hotels.

I spent one week in this hotel and everything was perfect. Great welcome from all the staff, comfortable and quiet room. Luxury breakfast with a great variety of choices and very delicious. Thanks to Okta for her kindness and smile.

Excellent service. Definitely arrive at this hotel as guests and leave as friends. Yoga and all the dining staff were attentive and friendly and contributed to our very positive stay. They made our anniversary very special with a beautifully presented meal and decoration. The room was light and airy and very clean.

Comfortable room with friendly staff, always ready to help, with a smile. They helped us get rental bike at reasonable rate and other good spots around the hotel in Ubud.

Great service, we came from a horror hotel to Sens and it was a relief. We were 3 hours too early but they still managed to get the room ready while we had our welcome drink. The rooms are clean and the service is even better. They are all great, we enjoyed the service by Artriti and Dayu. By the way, the food in the hotels restaurant is very good.

This is a quiet location that is in the center of everything in Ubud. From this hotel, you are able to walk to literally everything, from the Rice Fields to the Monkey Sanctuary. Be advised to walk to any venue or attraction, though the terrain is mostly flat, be prepared to constantly keep a lookout for holes in your pathway. The rooms are modern, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is multifaceted allowing for clothes to be hung to dry overnight. All in all, this hotel is your bang for your buck, will recommend and will return here on my next vacation.

Rooms are quite small. We got a room in ground floor, though we booked for 6 days and requested for higher floors could not get one. We expect some place to dry our clothes after coming from waterfalls. Higher floor has that option but not ground floor rooms. Also, washrooms does not have good ventilation. For the price of 5k INR per day, it’s not worth it. Best part is they pack breakfast box upon request in case we leave early from hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at SenS hotel in Ubud. Its peaceful location, surrounded by numerous spas and close proximity to Ubud city center, made it an ideal choice. The hospitality was outstanding, and they went the extra mile to cater to our vegetarian preferences during the buffet breakfast, preparing smoothie bowls and veg sandwiches upon request. The room was comfortable and provided all the basic amenities we needed. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, hospitality and convenient location.

Great location, friendly staff and service. Rooms and quality of the hotel are excellent (it’s a real 4 or maybe 5 star). Very relaxing, quiet place (after all day sightseeing we need a good rest)

Lovely hotel with great service. We got a premium room with balcony overlooking the pool. The breakfast buffet was very nice and you can also get coffees and omelettes made, which we enjoyed. Can definitely recommend.

The only thing is the washroom only has glass walls, otherwise the rooms are spacious. Buffet breakfast has a good spread of Balinese and continental food. The swimming pool is pretty small and there is not much space around it.

Location - 5/5 Room amenities - 5/5 Buffet breakfast - 4/5 Pool size - small Enough parking space in basement. Overall very comfortable stay with all room amenities that could have in a 4 star hotel. They also have an iron board & cutlery(incase you order food online). Buffet breakfast have good items but mostly non-veg & limited veg items. The hotel also packs box breakfast incase you have a early morning travel plan & would not be available for buffet breakfast. Just inform them a day before with the items you want in box. They also packs freshly prepare juices along with pan cakes/ croissant/ danish pastry/ boiled egg/ fruits/ sandwiches etc.

The hotel is located in the bustling center of Ubud, surrounded by shops and restaurants. However, as soon as you step into the lobby, the atmosphere changes completely, offering a serene and calming environment. The staff is incredibly kind and always ready to assist you whenever needed. Despite the rooms being relatively compact, every detail has been carefully considered. They are exceptionally comfortable, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The breakfast is outstanding, and I would like to give a five-star rating to the staff members who prepared a delicious omelette for me with extra cheese. If you stay here, I must share a secret with you—the vegan restaurant, Sayuri Healing Food, and the fantastic coffee shop, Suksma Kopi Ubud, are right next door.

It's in Ubud centre but , surprisingly isolated in a sense that the road infront is not much busy . Our check in was really slow , the door access was broken and had to wait another 5 minutes there so we went out for a while . They mentioned we'd be moved to 2nd floor with kingbed but , when back they did change us to room with kingbed but , not second floor . We wouldn't have mind the same floor had they not mentioned it at all . We could hear guests on other room even if they were not loud .

Staying at Sens Ubud means witnessing a masterclass in hospitality. Fortunate to visit dozens of countries and countless hotels, we've stayed at every level of accommodation and Sens gets everything right. * Everyone (and I mean everyone) greets you w a title and your name, and remembers what you tell them, "good morning Mr. Joe, how was the volcano?" * The room is very clean, comfortable, and well-appointed * They opened the gym and made breakfast early just for us on requested days * Massage service is excellent (in room or in spa) * TAKE THE COOKING CLASS. If you like to cook or the food in Bali, you'll love this. It's on-site and mine was solo so I had two chefs w 40yrs of combined experience teaching just me. At the end my wife joined me to eat the meal. That meal would've cost more at a restaurant than the price of the class and they give you the full recipes to take as well. Thank you Chef Permana! * Concierge gave us an incredible driver that allowed us to see everything and was a fun, great guy * Breakfast was included and very good, with a wide variety and eggs/specialty coffees included and made to order. Don't miss it * You're in the center of town yet somehow on a quiet street. Pro Tip-walk the opposite direction of the main street for some of the most affordable yet best experiences in Ubud (Ray Spa, WW Pizza, White/Yellow Cafe) * One manager named Yoga was truly outstanding. He made every part of the stay better. So much more to say also. Hope you have a wonderful trip to Bali and if you can stay here, do it. You'll be glad you did.

Very nice and lovely staff, location is great in the center of Ubud. Breakfast menu is amazing, western menu is always there and they change the local menu every single day different taste from any other area in Indonesia

The front desk was very welcoming and friendly. Really enjoyed the welcome drinks. The room was very clean and roomie. The pool was clean and good way to end a day after being in the heat all day.

For that price Hotel is exactly what lt should be! Great quality. Very comfortable, clean rooms with everything you need. Spa is a little bit overpriced, but Massage was good. One small note: rooms are not really Made for fresh relationships, as Doors to the toilet are glass made and have a lot of space in between, so there is no sound isolation, can be uncomfortable to use the toilet with the other in the room.

Only popped in for coffee and relief from the heat. Staff are lovely. The restaurant is next to the pool through a glass partition which has a relaxing cooling effect. One of my favourite places in Ubud.

I happen to stay in hotels almost every month throughout the year. Have seen all kinds of hotel but i must say SenS hotel service is outstanding. They go out of the way to provide in-room amnesties. Hotel and rooms are very clean and well maintained. Timely housekeeping is done. I will always choose and refer Sens hotel whenever possible. Thanks for such a pleasant experience.

We stayed here for 4 nights and the service was impeccable. It felt like someone was always there to assist and you never had to find someone to help, they have an abundance of staff and treat their guests like family. The food and breakfast was wonderful and eggs made to order as opposed to sitting in a warming pot, the coffee was fantastic and the room and shower were perfect. The beds are very comfortable as well. We did two treatments in the spa with Mia and Tini, HIGHLY recommend. Very professional and the best massage I have had, and I have had many. The spa services are very affordable and although they are a bit more money than the others small spas in the area, this is a professional service within a very tranquil environment. It is also in a safe and great location for touring around markets, stores and restaurants. The Yoga Barn is about a 12 minute walk and worth attending a class! Best yoga studio I have ever seen. You feel the essence of Bali. Thank you so much Sens!

We booked the hotel after an issue with our original accommodation and it was the best thing that could have happened to us. From the second we arrived, I loved the place, especially because of the staff and more importantly, the hotel manager. The personal touch added by the manager - he always greeted us by our names and made our stay so special. The staff was so amazing and kind and helped us with anything we needed. The hotel was everything as advertised but it was the service that made it stand out and exceeded expectations! Will definitely recommend!

really nice hotel, location in central ubud, easy access to anywhere

Mid size hotel with good location. External may seems a bit dated but inside the room is quite modern. Comfy bed, Duvet, and pillow. Glass wall bathroom and toilet may be a little bit awkward to some people. Swimming pool is small and located at the center ground floor of the building so not much sunlight reached the pool except during midday. Staff are friendly and helpful. walking distance to Ubud Palace.

Right from the moment we entered, we had a wonderful experience at SenS. The staff is very very helpful and friendly- right from arranging a separate vegetarian eggless breakfast for my mum everyday, to packing us a breakfast box, ready to go at 2 am as we left for our MT Batur trek- everything was perfect and on point. The hotel truly exceeded my expectations- in service and amenities! Another plus is, it’s walking distance from both Monkey Forest and Ubud Art Market, so location is a plus too. Nothing to fault here, at all. Go for it!

We stayed in a King bed room for 3 nights. The room was clean and the facilities quite modern. Staff were very pleasant and obliging. Located close to the downtown area of Ubud, it has everything one would want for a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

SENS Hotel was fantastic in providing all the necessary hospitality. We had been taken great care by the front desk Irma and others. Mr July one of the attendant in Food and Beverages department served us very delicious and fresh Vegetarian food on request which made our trip memorable and smooth.Thankyou so much for the great care and service. We are very pleased and our stay was very pleasant at Hotel Sens.
