Very nice pool, good breakfast, good attention. Beautiful landscape with the rice camps around the hotel and it is near ubud center. The only thing we didn't like it, was that, we had to ask them to clean the room.

I really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It was like a dream. The infinity pool is really something else. The place was really quiet and relaxing. We were mostly alone around the pools. You can just sit down and watch the forest for hours. One detail, which is something we saw all around Bali, is that they have an idea about building baths only to let the water flow out of it. The system looks ok at a glance, but then you start seeing the flaws. In the end, we were left with a great puddle in the bathrooms after each shower.

We stayed for 6 nights in the villa with (maybe) the best view of them all. 210. Everyone is really polite and nice, absolutely a pleasure to meet them. Third day, the manager came to us to ask if we are happy. Very impressed about this. Very rare to see the manager wanted to discuss as much as possible with the clients to see directly their opinions. Food is good, prices are decent. We had a broken light bulb outside on the terrace, in less than an hour after we've told to the reception about this was already sorted out. The view is incredible, worth all the money. ---------- On the minus side: A double mattress instead of two single ones will be better. Some more light outside during the night, especially on the steps because they are so many... Washing more often the mosquito nets next to the bed or the curtains will be a big plus ;) + replacing the silicone from the bathroom glass more often And the main road in front of the hotel needs to be repaired (but this issue is for the council to sort it)

Location is amazing, stunning views. Staff were always smiling and friendly. Rooms a little dated and showers needing to be re-done.

Just stay in one of the amazing jungle view villas and enjoy your life 😊 The feeling when you wake up in the morning with the sound of the rainforest and the jungle view from your balcony is unreal. All the staff is great and welcoming. Breakfast is included and super delicious. The place itself is very quite and you feel like you are in the middle of the jungle but at the same time you are within a walking distance from the busy downtown streets.

We didn’t have water in our room in the morning during a few hours, so couldn’t brush teeth, take a shower, etc. Also the conditioner is very old and the minimum temperature was about 24 degrees. The room is old, there is a smell in the bathroom when you start using bath. The territory is good, pools are amazing, personnel is polite. I just was upset when we asked manager about the discount or smth else for the inconvenience otherwise I will have to write a negative review. So the review is here)

The staff were very friendly and very good with ensuring we were well looked after the entire stay. The pool is the best pool I've ever been too and always so quiet. The rooms themselves were kept very clean and the views from our lodge were incredible. Definitely worth top stars for this place, would 100% be recommending.

Awesome location. Not morè than 15/20 minutes away from all amenities and restaurants. So quiet, it's like living near or in a forest. Impeccable service and room cleaned every day. Infinity pool with forest in front of it. Rooms large enough with a balcony to enjoy the views. I would definitely choose again

Villas were clean and spacious but felt the lights were really less in the room as well as on the whole property. But bathtub was missing. Hotel has 2 swimming pools that looked clean. Situated within the city but the backside is facing into the jungle and a river downstairs. Lots of reptile noises at night. Wifi doesn't work good due to poor reception. Breakfast was not good at all but the food in dinner via ala-carte from the menu was good and delicious. Nearby spas, restaurant, handful of clubs, many mini-marts as well as city centre viz Ubud Palace and Water Palace.

Perfect for couple specially honey mooners. I would definitely recommend Pros - Location is perfect very near to center and near to many sightseeing spots in ubud - We stayed in hut and it was great with air condition and wonderful balcony. - Infinity pool is exceptional. We enjoyed our time there They also serve nice breakfast Cons - Sometime we found insects inside our hut however this is normal since our hut was very close to forest

I was honestly so disappointed with this hotel. When checking in, they had no record of our booking. Even though I showed the reception staff the paid confirmation on my phone. We were offered a room for the night until things were sorted but we were asked to pay again and re claim the money back through expedia. I wonder why??? I pre booked well in advance at a cheaper rate. It was all very stressful and no one even came to explain to us whether things had been sorted out or not. We felt very uncomfortable for the duration of our stay. Our door wouldn't lock, the pool has black mould in it. On the last day we asked if we could leave our bags for a few hours while we went for food and a walk. We came back to find our bags still sitting in the reception area and the receptionist looked very unhappy with us. I've never had issues when leaving luggage at a hotel before! Such a shame because this could be a fantastic hotel!

Great hotel with 2 amazing pools that offer you a killer view. Clean rooms and super friendly staff! When I got sick on my 3rd day in Ubud, they even made a fresh vegetable soup (that wasn’t on the menu) so that i could eat something that would be good for my stomach. So kind!! Definite recommend.

The pool with a view into the jungle is really nice, but the pool water has a lots of chemicals and looks dirty.. The whole place is in a very good location, staff are friendly, rooms are fairly tidy and are cleaned daily, but in general, all the place is quite old and shabby, it seems that the place just needs renovation. The rooms and furnish are outdated. Wifi is really poor...

The staffs are friendly & pool is beautiful. The rooms have poor insulation & ac is not powerful enough. So it's too hot in the room. Booked a one bedroom villa expecting the nice valley views from balcony (like shown in picture while booking). But my balcony(room 212)was facing some building. Breakfast have limited options & it's not a buffet. Requested for a 1hr late checkout but it was denied. But while checking in we had to wait till nearly 3 to get the room(for which we didn't complain)

Absolutely loved it here. Location is perfect! 20 min walk to Ubud market and many restautany . The staff are the most kindest and warmest people. The room was clean, comfy and service we received was amazing.

The place is clean, comfortable and of course the view is you know The nuances of nature are still very beautiful, blending with nature, so it's more calm to see the natural beauty of Bali❤ So if you go back, don't forget to stay here, OK?

When we arrived , the staff were lovely and that carried on for the whole of time at Pertiwi Bisma 1. However the room we had was disappointing for the price we paid for it. The first room was dirty , the sheets were stained and the bed curtain was covered in dirt. The bathroom was worse and the AC was leaky. We immediately requested to move and we was told we will have to wait tomorrow. The next day we transferred to another room and it was somewhat of an improvement. However the bathroom was still dirty and the shower door was hanging off. We complained to management and he offered us a 50% discount. Another thing is how far the rooms are from the restaurant. There were literally 5 sets of stairs to get to our room and it was a challenge for 20 something knees let alone anyone with walking issues. Overall the staff was good but the lack of quality facilities let this accommodation down, I won't be returning.

We stayed here with my husband for 7 days and everything was fantastic. The staff is friendly, kind and always there for you if you need any help. The view from the jungle villa is amazing, and the pool is perfect. The restaurant is also really good, we loved the food here really much!
