I stayed only for one night as it’s very difficult to get a room here last minute. The location is one of the major advantages. It’s close to the center but it is not in the chaos area. It’s less than 10 minutes walking from yoga barn, very close to the monkey forest but without the concern of having the monkeys around. There is a coco market less than ten minutes away. It’s a very peaceful place. The room was very spacious, you can see it on the pictures. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room and the toilets are very clean which is a highlight as some places lack of a good hygiene policies specially in the toilets. I strongly suggest to book in advance as they are a very demanded place. The swimming pool and the garden are beautiful, it’s exactly how you see in their pictures.

Excellent rooms, well maintained, lots of plants, orchids, flowers. But whole resort is steps. Elderly people like us having knee or leg problem, it's a nightmare. They should put railings at least on one side and install some lifts. Another mess is breakfast. They prepare after you have ordered. There is no breakfast spread as such. So our group of 12 people took about one and half hours to have breakfast. Not expected in a tourist spot. They should change.

In Jati Cottages you feel like home. Everybody is very very very nice. Food is amazing, the landscape is heaven. The room are super big. Super clean, I am so happy that I chose this hotel. The pool is marvellous, everything is clean. The reception, the service, I am really really glad I came again. Thank you so much 💜💜 I love you Jati Cottages⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place to stay while in Ubud. Its located just a bit outside the main crowded area, but within easy walking distance. Rooms and balconies are spacious, airco works perfectly. The pool is nice, service is great. We would recommend.

Can’t fault the service. We let them know how late we were arriving (due to flight delays) and they delayed the payment so we could go straight to bed and there was a sandwich waiting for us. Modern rooms, comfortable beds, beautiful pool area and convenient location. Friendly staff and great breakfast. Highly recommend.

In Ubud, we stayed here for a night in mid July, although we opted for a standard room, we were bestowed with a superlative experience by the hotel staff. This hotel deserves nothing short of a stellar 5-star rating(room, service & location), as it undeniably stands tall among Bali's finest. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel of impeccable service to all.

Fantastic room - clean and nicely furnished. Nightly story and mosquito repellent delivered. One of the biggest baths and beautiful eggshell baths. Great service - friendly and attentive Nice pool Good location - so close to everything.

Breakfast was good. Service staff were polite and are able to accommodate to our requests. Really affordable rooms for the service provided.

Great place to stay in ubud, very close to market area , quite and beautiful rooms, spacious and clean rooms, good internet connection, breakfast is delicious, pool is clean and side deck is well maintained. Host Mr. Dewa is humble and good person , he would like to talk to guest and make sure they are comfortable. Overall a lovely stay , it’s off the road so quite and peaceful. Cheers.

We had a group of friends stay at Jati Cottage for 5 days. It was a small little paradise for us all. Everyone was so lovely and helpful. And when I left my iPad there they found it for me and kept it safe while we stayed in another place until we could grab it.

One of the best stays ever. Location is great (store 3 min, restaurants 3 min, ubud market 15 min), pool is very clean and everybody are very kind and helpful. We would stay again in Jati Cottages.

I stayed 3 nights and the staffs welcomed us with such hospitality. The day we arrived was my mom’s birthday and they surprised us with a small cake with my mom’s name on it, singing the birthday song which made my mom really happy. The swimming pool was nice and felt like I was swimming in a tropical garden. Rooms were clean and the place seemed well-managed overall!

Great location, comfortable beds, unlimited drinking water. No view except the lounge chairs which were about 6 feet from our front door on the ground floor. Restaurant staff were poorly trained and clueless. Front desk staff very helpful. Cleaning staff great. Good a/c.

Our first stay in Indonesia and what a great impression Jati Cottage left! We booked without breakfast, as Ubud has so much to offer food wise. But the kindness, the care, hospitality and tidiness were top notch. We used the reception a lot for a private taxi for 1 day, transfer to the next hotel, scooter rental and many other info. Always kind to help us, the people of Jati Cottage went the extra mile to make us feel at home. The location is nice, if you don’t mind to walk a few minutes to the main road where everything happens. Or if you plan to have a scooter (would recommend). It’s close to the most fun restaurants, but far away to retreat from the chaos that is Bali. Jati set the standard high for the rest of our vacation, so high even that at Lombok we left a “resort” as it didn’t feel like being “at home”. If you need a place to stay in Ubud, Jati Cottage gets a warm recommendation from us.

Absolutely loved my stay at Jati Cottages. Extremely friendly and welcoming Staff, quiet location, super comfortable bed, lovely pool, most incredible breakfast and every small detail considered in the room. I felt very spoilt indeed and will most definitely be back on my next visit to Bali!

Easily our favourite place to stay in Bali. The staff is fantastic , the rooms are so spacious and cleaned thoroughly. Staff were very catering to every request and super super helpful if we ever had questions. Loved it so much we had to come back again on our trip here. Best place to stay in Ubud. Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, and great location. Large, tasty and healthy breakfast. Easy walking distance to Ubud markets and Monkey Forest and there's a great restaurant next door too. You can pay extra for super fast wired internet so is ideal for digital nomads or people who work online. Highly recommend for long or short term stay in Ubud.

Awesome place, super friendly staff. It’s very close to the center of Ubud. Breakfast was fine. Inside the bathroom of the room where we stayed there was a glass that wasn’t cleaned at all and the shower towels were washed but all of them had dirty marks (also the towels on the pool) but overall we had an awesome stay.

Absolutely love this place, and will happily recommend and return! The garden is immaculate, pool awesome, room huge and clean (extra nice touch with the balcony!) and the staff is the most welcoming humans ever. They know you by name and room number! The location is spot on, close to the yoga barn, radiantly Alive yoga and the main strip. Great place to eat just next door. It sure is one if the best places I’ve stayed in Asia for that price point (~aud75/night for superior room). The wifi could be better from the rooms (!!)

Stayed here on my first leg of my Honeymoon. Incredible spot, centrally located. 10 minute walk to the Ubud market, and 5 minute walk to the Monkey Forest. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast that was included was delicious. The spa was ok, and the pool was fantastic. The price was also incredible. The room was a bit dated and the bed was hard but other than that everything was fantastic. Highly recommend.

We stayed at Jati Cottage for 5 days during our trip to Bali. The room was great - it was on the top floor, so had a nice high ceiling and a view of Ubud. The only thing that would improve the room is a bit more storage space for clothes but we could make due with what was available. The really great part about the hotel is their staff - friendly, warm, and accommodating. Everything was thought through - 24hr reception with people helping you with the luggage regardless of arrival time, ear plugs against any noise at night (which was needed as there were some quite pesky roosters in the vicinity), and a call around 10:30am to take your breakfast order (as the sitting is until 11am). But the absolute star was the manager who was on duty while we were there. We had a quite serious incident so needed to go to the police. The local station in Ubud could not help as our incident was in another jurisdiction, so the manager arranged a car and came with us to another two police stations, translated and waited with us for what was probably a total of 3-4hours. He remained absolutely understanding and helpful throughout. We only regret that we were a bit stressed at the time and did not thank him enough on the spot. Definitely recommend!

Always my go-to in Ubud. The staff make you instantly feel at home and all the personal touches from the pool to the bedtime story scroll in evening make for a gorgeous experience. The spa is great with poolside foot massages. Amazing experience always and great value for money. Also fantastically located.

Fantastic experience at Jati Cottage. The room was beautiful, the bed was really comfortable and the breakfast delicious. They have scooters for rent for 80.000 IDR/day. The one we got was in good condition. The staff was friendly and gave us a nice welcome drink when we arrived. We didn’t have time to enjoy the pool, but it looks gorgeous! We will be back! Highly recommend this place.

Extremely satisfied. We can only recommend everyone to check in here during their stay in Ubud. The manager and his team are extremely friendly and helpful. They make every effort to read every wish from the guest's eyes. The hotel is rather small with a nice pool. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is very rich and it is always freshly prepared for you.

Perfect stay! We were welcomed very nicely. They took all the time to explain the rules and neighborhood, as well as tips for places/cultural things to visit. The garden is beautiful and the swimming pool actually has a deep part also, nice to cool down after a humid day in Ubud. The rooms are basic, but clean and have everything you need. Sounds of neighbors are heard slightly, but that's at most places we stayed @ Bali. We stayed in a lower apartment with pool view. They actually changed towels for us without asking, provided extra water as a service and helped us out whenever we needed info. Last but not least: their breakfast is literally the best we had in all of Bali!

Very good hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The WiFi is not that great in our room, but works fine when sitting at the pool or at the bar (kept disconnecting) and starting from 4pm the roosters go on a frenzy and make so much noise you can’t go back to sleep.. even with the Ear plugs you receive.. All in all the hotel was very nice, with good breakfasts and a very good pool. The staff made me give it 5 stars instead of 4.

I’ve loved my stay here! I feel like the photos do not give this place justice. The gardens are beautiful, very jungle like. The staff are so kind, sweet and accomodating. My room also exceeded my expectations - exactly the same to the photos. The spa is lovely and provide amazing massages also!

A great stay for even more than a week. We had amazing staff that helped us with everything we needed and we were really happy with the overall area of the hotel. We would recommend this and totally come again! Great rooms and overall very comfortable space.

Great size room, staff were so friendly and helpful!! Spa was absolutely superb! Beautiful surroundings! Great value for money!! Get a downstairs room if you have problems with stairs and the earplugs are there for a reason! Coqs start around 4am, my daughter slept though:). Thanks Jati

Amiable staff, beautiful property, large room with air conditioning that worked very well. The breakfast included in our rate was also very good. As others have mentioned, the spa is perfect. Highly recommend getting a massage. I'm not sure if it was just our room or the property as a whole, but the Wifi connection didn't work very well. It would connect, but no data would go through, or a video call would be extremely choppy.

Honestly, 1 night is not enough to explore and enjoy all service here. I must say the staff is professional and helpful. Any time I need the support they will be there in 2 mins. The room is quite big. However, I don’t like the toilet much, big but seems like no sunshine, and the water makes it smell a bit. The atmosphere and swimming pool are super chill and fresh. If you are a light sleeper, the neighbor’s rooster will wake you up in the morning (not too early, don’t worry). If you are a person who likes to enjoy the hotel, I recommend it. But if you are a traveler and spend much time outside the hotel, think again.

This place is wonderful. I had the pleasure to stay for a month, and it was wonderful. The staff, management & the owners were extremely helpful, friendly and attentive to us. I can not thank enough. Furthermore, the place is gorgeous, well kept & family friendly. A beautiful retreat for anyone who is looking for a day, week or a month accommodation. I will certainly come back!
