We booked a couple nights here for a more affordable stay in Ubud. The rooms were simple and clean with working Ac. It smelled a little bit moldy, especially in the washroom but if you keep the door closed it's fine. The free breakfast is really nice and changes every day. When we asked how much it is to extend we were asked where we booked and got a slightly more expensive rate than our online booking. The location is very good. We booked our onwards travel with them for a deal through their family, which turned out to be more than other people paid, so make sure you book ferries and buses elsewhere. All in all I would recommend this place just make sure you pay fair prices. If you plan on staying longer, keep in mind that the wifi is very blotchy.

Great value as a big private room with huge bed and private bathroom. Clean tidy and pretty well located. The hosts are very friendly and always on hand to help. Would come back

Great place for homestay staying in Ubud. Owners are really nice, helpful and carrying people. Rooms are super clean and tidy every day. You will get choose from many delicious breakfast every morning and it's super cheap.

Such friendly staff and luxurious rooms. Being away from the road gives you respite from the intensity of the streets in Ubud. Cant recommend highly enough

After reading the reviews for the spa, my partner and I decided to come here for a massage. The staff were kind which makes me sad that the place itself lets it down. The downside for me was the atmosphere. If you are looking for a relaxing atmosphere, this isn't it. As it is right next to the street you will constantly hear the noise from outside. Also it is one room with 3 beds, separated by a curtain. During my massage one curtain was open so at the top of my bed I could see a staff member just sitting staring at me. So the lack of privacy was definitely felt. In that same room is a small toilet which is only separated again by a curtain. In terms of the massage itself, it wasn't my best for me, but my partner was happy with his so it is a bit hit and miss.

This place was rally Nice! Would recommend it to anyone who wants a good and affordable stay in Ubud. Super clean compared to other places in Ubud. Staff is helpful and super kind!

My experience was awesome. We were three people and we tried for the first time a Balinese Massage. This kind of massage it’s more for relaxing, the movements are calm and slow. The place is beautiful and each room has a capacity for only 2-3 people. The price is reasonable.

Highly recommended! We (two German girls traveling) did 60 minutes oil massage for back and head here and it was just wonderful :) At the beginning the street was loud but after a while I did not notice the street noises anymore because I was so deeply relaxed. Actually we did even add additional 15 minutes foot massage after our head&back massage because it was so good.

She is a really strong one. I asked for a strong massage and she gave it. It was 😊

Lovely owner and the room is clean & tidy

Almost "invisible" massage salon and easy to miss. Very friendly ladies. It is a nice local place, do not expect any posh place, I visited it with my wife two times. The first time we took a foot massage and the second day we took a 1,5h Bali massage. Do not worry about visiting a local place which is not shining at the first look.

This was hands down one of the best massages I’ve ever gotten. We were blown away. So simply decorated and in a backyard, but with air conditioned room. I love stronger massages and this lady was amazing. Such kind people and incredible prices . Go there!

I was there for a Balinese full body massage. It was great, the best massage I had in Bali. The lady was very attentive and selected the massage for my body, where she felt tension she massaged longer. She didn't do it automatically, I felt taken care of, not like 'another customer'. She was very aware of what to do and what points to press. Massage with elements of reflexology. It's easy to miss this little place, but it's worth a visit. there are 3 beds in the room, very comfortable, not squeaky, separated by thick curtains. They have free water and you can pay by card. In addition, the prices are low for such massage skills.

My partner and I got a 60 minute Balinese Traditional Massage and it was amazing! We were blown away by how good it was from start to finish. Very fair price at 1,000 for 60 minutes, the professionalism and skill of the two ladies doing the massage was brilliant. Would recommend to anyone looking for a massage that doesn’t want to pay three times the price at a fancy massage place.

Location was perfect, staff were very friendly. Unfortunately the front of the property is shared with others and I was attacked by a viscous dog on the property and the response from the staff of Rumah Ary was to stay elsewhere :( really terrifying and ruined the experience was terrified to leave the room again even to leave and go elsewhere incase I was attacked again.

Super friendly staff here! Always greeted with a smile and small conversation. Free water refills and can include a breakfast for a small fee. Close to main road but still quiet and tranquil. My room had views of the mountain tops which sets you up well for the day. Will definitely stay here again. Big thanks to Julie and her family/ staff x

Very nice, cozy place with a clean room and working AC. Beautiful terrace and compound. The Spa was also nice and cheap (back massage 60k, manicure with polish 70k). All in all super place to stay!
