Very friendly owners. A bit hard to find, and you most probably have to walk the last part due to the very narrow roads, but it's only five minutes from the main road. The rooms on the first level only have fans, while the rooms on the second floor (the ones with balcony) have A/C. The fan however works well. I was the only guest there for the entire five nights stay, which felt a bit lonely. Remember that you have to pay using cash only. For beeing the single guest, the wifi is very slow occasionally. Rooms are clean and quiet. I can recommend the Mt Batur hike offered at the accommodation. It's a moderate hike up on Mt. Batur where you can see the sunrise. It's seams to be a bit of a gamble on what guide you will get, but the one we had was excellent. Some good shoes (like running shoes), shorts and a jacket for when waiting for the sunrise being all swetty. You will get water, but bring one or two bottles more! The breakfast is very good, even for a vegan! They can arrange transport to the airport (I payed 300k)

Had a great stay for the price! Clean with effective AC in the room. The couple that runs this place is very sweet. Breakfast was not included but the wife is a baker and saved us some of her delicious bread! She was very kind and made the softest bread I have EVER had!!!! Thank you!

Wonderful little homestay. All what you need for some nice days in Ubud. Close to the markets and the big street with all the nice food and bars. Very clean rooms. Nice toilet and shower. A great breakfast for starting in the day. Free coffee and tea all day. Very silent in the backyard. Highly recommend!

Despite being so close to the busy streets, the place is quiet and has a relaxed vibe. Plus the hosts are super duper kind.

When I arrived at the first day, the taxi only drop me at the main street, and the homeowner found me walking with luggage, and pick me up to the homestay, what a surprice! And like other review, pronouncing my name perfectly made one really feel welcome and take care. The environment is very neat and clean, it is simple and comfortable. After long trip back to the room have a hot shower is supper relaxed! Shower room is very clean and big! Making people feel as comfortable as home. The location is convenient, I stayed for two nights only, originally I wanted to extend it. But I was too late, they were fully booked after πŸ˜‚. The owner couple are very kind and friendly, but also let the guests keep their own space. Can also help people arrange scooter or bike rental, and share the good spot to go and nearby delicious food during the chat. Next time I come to Ubud, I will definitely visit again. Thank you very much ! πŸ™

Very quiet and peaceful homestay with lovely owners. There are 4 or 5 good priced high quality Warungs (local restaurants) nearby on the same street. Just a short 10 minute walk from the main busy street of Ubud. The rooms are simple but nice with no TV. The owners place a fresh flask of hot water on your balcony table every morning that stays hot all day, along with tea, coffee as sugar. They no longer provide breakfast. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this guesthouse when staying in Ubud! The owner is incredibly kind, helpful and accommodating. The property was quiet, peaceful, and has beautiful architecture. The location was very convenient and walkable to lots of restaurants, cafes, shops, sights, nature areas etc. It was very clean, the AC was super strong, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower had hot water and great pressure. We had fresh hot water in a large thermos (and coffee and tea bags) brought to our outside patio daily. Free cold water from a cooler to fill up your bottles too. The night-table lamps created a cozy environment in the evening in the bedroom. Amazing value. We wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you for everything

The place is amazing. Room is clean and nice, there are everything you may need. Location is in quiet area but very close to all central places within walking distance. House area is beautiful. Water pressure and temperature in bathroom are very good. Only one thing we didn’t like is slightly dirty bedsheet upon arrival. But we asked to change it, and the new one was very clean. Otherwise this place is perfect, especially for the price. I would rate 10 of 10 and definitely would come back!

So clean place! Some say hard to find. But that's not true. Just keep your eyes open once your in the area. The street to enter is small and short, but that makes it also Nice and quit. Its just a 10 min walk from the city center! The hosts are great .Very helpfull in everything. Ayu speaks English well. And from the morning on there is Tea and Coffee free all day threw. The breakfast is great. Try her pancakes! Delicious! And fresh fruit! I can say that the quality is worth minimum double the the price you have to pay! This place is top!

I felt at home from the first second I got into the house, they're the kindness family I've ever met in my life. Spotless, cozy and full of positive energy place. The breakfast is a must too! Pancakes and noodles my favourites.

5 star homestay. No words to describe the comfort, cleanness and the service l received. Ayu and Gusti are extremely kind and take care of eveything, they are well connected with every kind of tour and activities with discounts. It is a place to extend your stay, l had 2 pleasant weeks. I saw reviews about the location, never mind, it is only 10 min to the main road and walking at night looking at the stars and feeling blessed is priceless. Also waking up with tweeting birds...Having coffee and tea 24/7 on your table in front of your big beautiful room and many options for a yummy breakfast. And much more...Thanks a lot!

Great hosts and comfy rooms. Located close to everything interesting in central ubud but a bit away from the noise of the main street. The rooms are nice and clean and the breakfast is really tasty.

Wow! Great people, comfy bed, big bathroom, delicious breakfast (try the banana pancakes!), always free tea & coffee and over all it's so affordable! One of the best places we stayed while traveling the world for over a year. Thank you so much, we felt like staying in a five star hotel!

Home away from home. Location is perfect, quiet but only less than 10min walk to the Main Street. Room is very clean and has everything you need… so kind to have it cleaned and organised every day 😭 There’s both cold and hot water any time of the day. The best part is of course the host Gusti and his family, who always greets you with warm smile and makes you feel so welcome. A lot of great warungs around too. I would always come back to stay here if I come to Ubud again and again.

Good value for money. Very clean and quiet place. The owner is really kind and helpful. We storage luggage before check-in,the owner already helped us for moving all of them to the upstairs and left in front of the room when we went back! They prepared hot water every single morning for you so you can make coffee or tea straight away at anytime, very sweet ☺️ A/C and hot shower working well. Only down side is Wi-Fi isn’t stable.

😠 Run away from this hotel. On arrival I asked a cup of hot water to make myself some coffee (my water, my coffee) and the owners told me I had to pay to use their kettle.
