Location is really nice, view from the rooms are amazing but rooms are not maintained. There were spider webs in washroom and other places as well. Service is equivalent to a 3 star resort not a 4 star. So do not expect much. We booked rooms with breakfast included, which only have 2 options honey toast and omelet rest everything was chargeable. So I would recommend go out for food.

We originally booked for 4 nights and changed our booking to leave a night early. The facilities advertised are not available - no spa, no breakfast (except for a choice of eggs), no tea/coffee, no dining facilities for lunch or dinner, no shuttle bus. After (approx) 1:00 in the afternoon there is only one member of staff on reception until the following day. room was outdated, dirty, sheets were old and stained, towels were not replaced until after the second night. Feel bad for them in some ways, they are a clear victim of the pandemic but there is so much more they could do that are not money related to improve their service.

So lovely. Really beautiful villas and amazing pool. Team decorated our room for our honeymoon and were all around lovely people. Food was yummy and service was excellent. Catching a cab into Ubud center is easy and very affordable. You will find minor stains/scuffs in room & on linens but that is to be expected with a hotel of this price and in the literal jungle. It’s like staying in a tree house! Some of those reviews scared me at first but it was well worth booking! The staff is WONDERFUL and I am so grateful they hosted us.

Amazing hotel, nothing to fault at all - gave us a trip to remember and staff are so attentive and lovely. Location is remote but they offer free shuttle to Ubud daily. Will come back definitely

Friendly staffs, nice surrounding forest with birds singing and wild monkeys. Room is big enough but needs more maintainance, fantastic indoor and outdoor bathroom , limited choice of breakfast during this pandemic. Thanks to Pak Kadek who gave us promotion rate during this pandemic. I love nature and quiet hotel so i rate maximum for its location which is far from crowd. Me and my wife stay for 6 days and expect to come again for longer stay.

Beautiful location, but a bit outside of any other places for walking, but taxi is easy. Rooms/villas/resort are a mix of very nice to these needs some maintenance or to be exchanged. I am not that picky so as long as the overall look is nice which it was.

“Ticket to Paradise” was our stay at Natura ~ This get away exceeded our expectations from the moment we were met by Joe in check in to Nia helping organize a driver to our jungle getaway. The staff were fantastic and were there to help with all our needs in the dinning room and villa. Indrawati was amazing in organizing a massage for my daughter, a floating breakfast and daily afternoon tea with fried bananas. She is such a sweet and kind lady! We woke up in a jungle and loved listening to the sounds of nature in this quiet get away perfect for a family or honeymooners. The infinity pool was dreamy ~ One special highlight was to be awoken by over 20 monkeys climbing the trees outside our bedroom. A memory of a lifetime 💛

A very relaxing location no other accommodation in site. The rooms need some maintenance. Staff are lovely. The breakfast is OK! 4 stars. Bassicly always allot of traffic to get into town but that is everywhere in Ubud at the moment!

Loved staying at Natura villa. We had a great time and the view of the jungle was absolutely breath taking and worth the trek to the location. Pros Amazing views Clean and eco friendly villa Friendly staff Quiet and private location Cons Only provided one litre of fresh water a day which was not enough for two people The breakfast was set course and underwhelming. Definitely not enough to be filling. We made the hotel aware that we would arrive at 11:30pm however when we got there no one was at reception and we waited 30 minutes for someone to come check us in after wondering around trying to get help. Not ideal after a long drive and flight The hotel offered a limited shuttle service into the Ubud centre at 10, 2 and 5. This wasn’t enough as the hotel is a 15 minute drive out of the centre and requires transport to get anywhere.

Didn't stay here but ate at the restaurant. Fabulous setting in the jungle with super 360 views. Great service, nice food. Relatively upmarket resort, world foods available.

We decided to move our wedding venue to natura 2 days before the date. It was very last minutes decisions and we are so greatful that the resort manager, Nia, was very incredebly helpful to make this happen! During the day, Nia and her team are very professional to cater to our needs. Eventhough (my assumption) it was very stressful for them due to the last minutes booking, they still show us patient, care and profesionalism. They prepare a separate room to do make up and hair do. The resort itself has a spectacular view to the jungle. Exactly how we want for our wedding. The room they prepare for us is also very beautiful. Big batroom with bathtub. The view from the room is breathtaking. Thank u for making our wedding memorable!

Poitives: Beautiful rainforest location. Very relaxing, quiet & secluded place. Staff very attentive & courteous. Food was great. We ate the local dishes. Edgeless pool looking into the rainforest & mountains. 10 min car ride to markets in Central Ubud (AUD $7 = 1 Way). Spent 3 nights here. Negatives: Monkeys are able to come into common areas. Need to keep room doors closed. Not a problem for Us. Rooms are big enough, but need refurbishment due to aging/use.

The views from Natura Villa are outstanding and the service is exceptional. The infinity pool was a big drawcard for our family of 4. A great escape away from crowds whilst only being a ten min taxi to the centre of Ubud.

We stayed here for a few nights. Pros: - Super friendly staffs - Beautiful jungle view. When you use the kitchen or common area pool, you feel like you're in a movie. - Spacious room size. Both room and the bathroom has enough space even if you have many belongings. Cons: I know that Bali is just recovering from the pendamic hit, but the resort was not quite ready to accept the customers yet. - The private pool doesn't have privacy. You can be easily looked down from the neighboring unit or the kitchen area. - The bathroom sink drain stopper was stuck and not working, plus leaking. After asking it to be fixed, we were told that it was fixed which did not happen. - The shower was pouring hot and cold water ever second..! We asked to fix this issue but it wasn't fixed until we left. - When we checked in, the bed sheet was torn, so we had to ask to change the bedsheets. - We got a bit pushed to use their expensive massage services. - There was not enough customers when I stayed, so there was no meals are available for lunch and dinner in the resort. Fortunately we had one good restaurant that does delivery, or we could rent a scooter to eat out. However, we saw one family with kids who were stuck.. - The crackers that we got breakfast were so hard and many of the times we had to spit out the hard bit.

This is such a cute and secluded accommodation literally overlooking the jungle from their infinity pool. Wayan was the check in attendant and he showed us the surrounds and the facilities. The ladies at the main area were friendly and nice. Only slight downside is that the place could use some TLC and the private pool isn’t too private. I recommend this place

Perfect place for first time in Bali. I liked so much... The place in the jungle, the private pool in our village, the infinity pool... so quiet come on.. you have to come to live it... Great staff, all of them. The room even better than in pictures. Maybe the breakfast can be better... but gastronomy is not the point to go to Bali. Very much recommended place

This villa is very different to how it is described online. I wouldn’t fall for the trap. We booked a panorama room with a private pool, and the room looked nothing like the photos. The room was very outdated and as soon as you walked in, it had an old smell to it. The roof has holes in it, so be careful of the bugs as the resort Is full of them. We noticed many cracks and chipped paint in the room and dirty windows etc. walked downstairs to our private pool and was nothing in comparison to photos. The pool was very dirty and the lights inside had moss on it, could tell it hardly gets cleaned. The day bed was also old and run down. The staff were friendly enough, the restaurant was very quiet and the public pool area was nice however not well maintained as there was a lot of stuff just left behind no one cleared it away. Location is very far from ubud (20 min drive, which is not ideal for ubud as they don’t have taxis etc) They offer a shuttle once every few hours and that’s all. Although, the view into the Forrest was very nice.

The setting is beautiful but the villas are a little run down. The beds were comfortable but the outdoor seating was not. Our bathroom had no hot water, fortunately or kids bathroom did. The restaurant is beautiful and the food okay. The staff are really lovely, nothing was too much trouble.
