Amazing hotel with great amenities and helpful staff! The location was a 10-15 min walking distance to the city center! We even walked to the monkey forest. We rented out a moto from the hotel and visited the waterfalls, temples, and rice fields! We had a great stay at Sti Ratih and wouldn’t hesitate to come back on our next trip.

Piece of heaven in Ubud! The restaurant food was awesome, the pool and the green around and flowers is amazing! And the rooms are big enough, good service. Walking distance to many places in town.

Upgraded to the suite, which is a great room next to the pool, we enjoyed it. Service of reception, restaurant and all others was really good. Breakfast options are plenty, either continental or Indonesian. And on top of that there is a nice pool. A very nice stay !

I strongly recommend this accommodation where I had a perfect vacation in every way. The room conditions and wonderful structure as perfectly as a five-star hotel, the special and warm and comfortable overall atmosphere, and above all, the kindest staffs reception, massage, restaurant, room services etc,, everywhere made my vacation so perfect. I'll be back. Thank you all. Really appreciated

My friend and I had an absolutely wonderful stay here. We booked this place last minute as we were a bit disorganised planning this trip but we were continuously blown away by how nice it is. The location is good as it’s not too loud at night but not too far from the main drag. The free breakfast is amazing with large variety of dishes to choose from and a view of the resort. The bathroom is nice and includes a big bath, the beds comfy and included a Indonesian bed time story when they made the beds, very cute. Their massage parlour and spa is so lovely and looks out onto a rice paddy; at night if you’re lucky you can see fireflies! I would come back to Bali just to stay here.

Amazing resort!! I booked this place very last minute but I’m so so glad I did. It’s really close to the city center yet nicely tucked away so you still get a good night’s sleep. Small resort but rooms are nice and the bathroom is so cute! Breakfast was really good and staff was kind too. Compared to other spas, the massages are on the pricier side. The only thing i didn’t like about this place was that the towels and bed sheets were not super clean… i found some stains on the curtains as well.

We initially booked for one night and got an upgrade into a suite. We loved the Balinese design and architecture, the large room but most of all the service, especially from the lady managing the place. We then booked for 2 more nights and stayed in a suite then in a family room. The family room was huge, we wanted to book for more nights but the hotel was full. The place is very quiet, centrally located, the staff is amazing, they have great dance performances on Saturday night. I highly recommend the place and would surely come back again.

Great Location to stay in Ubud! The staff is very polite, dinner and their traditional dance shows are very special **** and I would definitely recommend their massages <3 Rooms are spacious enough and the outdoor bathroom was also a plus.

A Relaxing Family Christmas Y2022 in Sri Ratih Cottages. A lovely tropical garden resort 😍 with great friendly attentive services. Take time to enjoy the tropical garden and relax by the little swimming pools. A memorable 3 Days 2 Nights stay. ❤️

This was a true 5-star experience. Staff was absolutely amazing. Spa offered fabulous massages. Wide breakfast selection every morning. Rooms were comfortable and felt secluded. Outdoor bathroom/shower was gorgeous with the best-selling toiletries. Great location with several really good restaurants nearby and a quick drive to nearby sights. We walked to Monkey forest! If we ever come back to Ubud we will definitely stay here again.

A charming hotel in an amazing tropical green setting. The staff is very professional and very pleasant. The suite is large, very clean and beautifully decorated. The beautiful flowers and originals folds of the towels on the bed are magnificent. The breakfast offers several flavors . The hotel’s restaurant offers wonderful flavours to make you discover the excellent Balinese cuisine. The excursions with the drivers offered by the hotel are extraordinary. In short, we feel at home because the staff is dedicated to the total well-being of the client. Special mention to Krishna, Desak and Srih.

Since 1990, wonderful hidden, secluded and at walking distance from Ubud centre. Great deluxe room, free afternoon tea and 15 min head neck massage. Great breakfast. Well maintained jungle garden and suprisingly good room rates. Superior rooms but outdated.

Highly recommend! The hotel is very clean. And customer service is fantastic! I would’ve given 10 stars if I could. I had the best massage in the hotel spa (I will get the girls names later). In the restaurants- Eka and the other lovely ladies make you feel very special! Love it !

Great hotel, nice rooms and pool. Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast but limited options. There is some insects and geckos in and outside the rooms, for us it was ok but keep that in mind if you are afraid of insects. Overall - we’re very happy with our stay!

Its a boutique hotel. Not too big. We stay at duplex room with garden view. Spacious room with open bathroom. This hotel is quiet and comfortable. Ala carte breakfast was quite good. Portion is big and we get fruit platters. Too bad, we missed the free massage due to full capacity.

If you are in Ubud, you have to stay here. An oasis in the middle of the town. Excellent restaurant and fine spa for the well deserved treatment. The rooms are large but cosy with (in our case) a bathroom which is half outdoors. We loved our stay here and will surely come back at some point.

We had our first 3 nights in the hotel and it was super nice with very kind people taking care of us always with a smile! The hotel is located in a more quiet location not so far from Ubud ,but you can rent a motorcycle ,not so expensive ,for 24 hours and you can travel everywhere! The breakfast was delicious and you had a big menu to do different choices every day!Money change authorized places and mini market to buy extras in a walking distance 10 minutes. These nice people made our stay beautiful!

Globally the hotel was perfect, the suite room is big and clean, the pool is nice and the garden feels like you are in the jungle. The only thing that I didn't like is that there was a bad smell in the bathroom.

  • 5/5 Henry M. 4 months ago on Google
Very good hotel with a beautiful garden. Delicious breakfast and nice service. Close to the center of Ubud. Nice to relax after a long day by the pool. Quiet because the hotel is away from the main street. I recommend staying here for a vacation.

I stayed for 6 days initially I wanted to cancel after checking in because it was not close to Ubud center. However I decided bro stay instead, the staff was professional and friendly. Our rooms were serviced early in the morning (when we went for breakfast and came back it was serviced). The property is clean and quiet if you are a lover of nature then it's definitely for you. The food was tasty. I would definitely recommend Sri Ratha. I enjoyed my stay.

They offer guests staying in the cottages a free 15 minute head, neck, and shoulder massage at the spa! When I got to the spa they welcomed me with a hot towel and welcome drink. Really enjoyed my stay here

We had so many disappointments through our stay that I have to give them a 1star. We booked the deluxe room which as it turned out didn't have King Bed. The first room they showed us was very mouldy, the smell was bad so we asked to change it straight away. The second room was smelling better, but wasn't cleaned properly. We found long brown hair in the shower, leftover food in the fridge. We took breakfast with the room, but they missed to inform us in advance that we have to pay extra for the coffee and other small items that wasn't included in the price. It's ok, just tell us next time. They also missed to bring the food we ordered as they run out of the ingredients, and they informed us after the food was in front of us. It's was surprising as well. We mentioned at the reception that we are not satisfied with the service or the room, and they didn't bothered to compensate it in any ways. I really recommend to lover the price for the accommodation, or approve the service.

Very nicely decorated hotel. Rooms are clean. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. In the restaurant there is a wide choice of food. Traditional and also vegetarian. Price/performance is excellent! In the spa you can relax and get away from stress. The only drawback is that in the evening it can sometimes get loud due to a nearby restaurant with live music.

We’ve been coming back for a second time. The garden is astonishing and the rooms are cosy, clean and very relaxing. The staff is friendly and everyone are trying to make your stay more than enjoyable. I would strongly recommend it and the location is not that bad rather. It’s no more than 15 min by walking away from the centre. I love the breakfast in Sri Ratih and the bathroom that’s open and most of the rooms provide bath under the sky. It’s a lovely place with magnificent garden.

Hotel area and rooms are beautiful and well kept. Breakfast is good and the variety is excellent. Service is friendly. However, we had an issue with the toilet of our room of which the hotel was aware when giving us the room. When we complained about it they gladly gave us a new room. Another incident was related to the day trip we bought through the hotel as they didn't inform us of all the expenses related to the trip beforehand (e.g. taking us to a very expensive restaurant). Also, the driver promised us that we have time to see two waterfalls in addition to a coffee plantation he insisted taking us. However, suddenly after the plantation we somehow didn't have time anymore to see both of them.

Nice tucked away Villa in the centre of Ubud. All of the rooms surround a big swimming pool so you are never far away from a swim. The rooms are luxurious and large, with good air-conditioning and a semi outdoor bathroom. The cafe is nice and serves large varied breakfasts, though is very close to many popular cafes if you prefer vegan options.

  • 5/5 S A. 4 years ago on Google
Good breakfast. Clean room and the outdoor place is beautiful. The bathroom is "semi-outdoor" which is cool. Our room was next to a South American restaurant, they have live music at night. It won't bother if you like Spanish music.

We're in the middle of our honeymoon. I hardly ever bother reviewing, but this place is worth the effort! The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The food is incredible. The pool area is beautiful. The location is perfect. If were ever in Ubud again we will definitely be returning!

Super clean and comfortable room, quiet and beautiful garden and pool area, amazing treatment at the spa (we got a free 15 min neck massage which was so good we booked a full body treatment), tasty a la carte breakfast in the cafe and super friendly staff everywhere. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon!

Had a great 3 night stay here. Really good location and staff is very helpful and kind. The cafe on site served delicious food. We dined there two out of the three nights. Rooms were spacious and clean. There also a mini mart right around the corner

Amazing Resort/Hotels. Very comfortable and spacious room and bathroom. For the price we pay of $120 that include free breakfast. Its worth the money. There are minimart within the premises too. Less than 2 mins walk (50, steps)

I stayed at Sri Ratih cottages in April 2014. What a wonderful stay. The room was perfect, the food incredible and what about the famous Balinese welcome!

I was impressed by the incredible service of the staff, they were so lovely and polite and helped us with any request. We stayed in the suite room, which was super beautiful, especially the bathroom with outdoor bath and shower. I can also highly recommend the massage in their spa, 250000 IRD for 90 minutes, one of the best massages I’ve ever had.

11/10!! This hotel has everything and more. From the friendly staff, to the super clean rooms, on site spa and amazing food to mention just a few. I would highly recommend this hotel. I wish we could stay longer.

Room and bathroom were beatiful and clean, staff was very forthcoming and friendly, overall atmosphere was relaxing - leovely to come back to after the bustledness of an Ubud day. Highly recommended, would be hard to find better value for money.
