We
had
so
many
disappointments
through
our
stay
that
I
have
to
give
them
a
1star.
We
booked
the
deluxe
room
which
as
it
turned
out
didn't
have
King
Bed.
The
first
room
they
showed
us
was
very
mouldy,
the
smell
was
bad
so
we
asked
to
change
it
straight
away.
The
second
room
was
smelling
better,
but
wasn't
cleaned
properly.
We
found
long
brown
hair
in
the
shower,
leftover
food
in
the
fridge.
We
took
breakfast
with
the
room,
but
they
missed
to
inform
us
in
advance
that
we
have
to
pay
extra
for
the
coffee
and
other
small
items
that
wasn't
included
in
the
price.
It's
ok,
just
tell
us
next
time.
They
also
missed
to
bring
the
food
we
ordered
as
they
run
out
of
the
ingredients,
and
they
informed
us
after
the
food
was
in
front
of
us.
It's
was
surprising
as
well.
We
mentioned
at
the
reception
that
we
are
not
satisfied
with
the
service
or
the
room,
and
they
didn't
bothered
to
compensate
it
in
any
ways.
I
really
recommend
to
lover
the
price
for
the
accommodation,
or
approve
the
service.
