O my god! This honestly was the best cooking class I’ve taken in Bali. I learned so much from Mattias. He was fun, funny, patient and full of knowledge. Do his 3 day class if you can. I only did the one day and missed out!!!

Raw food Bali provides authentic raw vegan cooking class. Not watered down raw foods. Very high quality foods and nutritious for the body and mind. Mathias is a great chef and has incredible recipes. He really lives the lifestyle and I can just feel it that he's giving so much in the class. His classes are very fun, intensive and as a student you receive so much information on health diet and cooking skills. He was born to help others live healthier and better. If you're even thinking about this class but don't know but still on the fence, I would suggest that you just try it and you will love it!

For some people, make -and eat- food is one of the automatic things, same as sleep or breath, that we do everyday for survive. But for other people, food is an style of life. The fact of eating raw food, and when I say raw means COMPLETELY RAW, it's an experience that excedes what you know about what you ingest, and even what you do know about yourself. It's a kind of awakening for the entire body system, and the most important, for ourselves. If you still have any doubt, you have to know that this is not just one more 3 days course cooking class but an experience on itself. Each day the kitchen was full of good vibes and we tasted the most extremely flavors with our mouth, heart, brain and soul. Nothing would have being the same without the love and dedication by the experienced professional chef Mathias who leads the course. So, give yourself the chance to discover yourself by a NewLifeFoodStyle πŸ‘¨πŸ½β€πŸ³πŸ‘©πŸ½β€πŸ³πŸ₯¦πŸ…πŸ’œ

This was an amazing experience. We contacted Mathias around 2 weeks before our stay in Ubud and he managed to organize a 3 day class for us. We learned so much and the food we prepared was just stunning and sooooo good. Mathias is a great guy and you can taste his love for raw food in every dish. We cannot wait to make all of those recipes ourselves. We have been vegan for a year now and also tried raw food before, but now we really want to have it much more often. We highly recommend Raw Food Bali to anyone interested in healthy and tasty food!

This is a great introduction into the world of raw plant based food. Although I’m not a vegan or even a vegetarian I found this 3 day course so interesting and informative I have been telling everyone I know about it. Mathias is a great guy and an excellent teacher and cook. He is so passionate and enthusiastic about the food he prepares and the health benefits of this type of eating. The food we shared was wonderful - Chocolate Mousse, lasagne, soups, cheeses, breads, dips, sauces , ice cream, cakes etc ... All made from plant based ingredients! I have taken many cooking classes around the world and this is definitely amongst the best of them. Thanks again Mathias @rawfoodbali

I had such a wonderful experience with Mathias. I came with my 3 kids, and he was caring and inspiring for them. They enjoyed his energy and his food so much! It was a pleasure to be in the company of a man, who believes in what he does, who puts love into every part, care in detail. Detail of the dishes we prepared, but also, detail in the dishes and cutlery used, everything is stylish and clean and eco. I highly recommend for anyone wanted to explore raw in more detail, or who is not raw , really it is delicious and wonderfully fun

πŸ‘ Very tasty and good internet! Quiet and comfortable. But matcha tea is served with curdled milk. I asked to remake, brought again with curdled milk. Shaved their sets. Not bad kits. But still, this place did not become a favorite. For the money, there are many more good places for lunch or breakfas...

πŸ‘πŸ‘ Crazy good home made noodle house. I had the plate of fried tempeh appetizer that came with a special onion sambal and the rendang ramen with big chunks of tender beef.
